  I tried it today with high hopes, but it smelled like Nenuco, like baby cologne. I thought the vanilla would come out more over time, but no; on my skin, I only sense the citrus and ginger. I loved La Belle this Christmas and was curious about this new one, but it was a total letdown.

  It smells like baby cologne, but an exquisite one; you can definitely detect the cider, vanilla, and that sparkling ginger note. For me, it’s a hit—simple notes but executed perfectly.

  It’s similar to Classique Cabaret, with that spicy kick from the ginger on the orange blossom. It has a slight sweet aftertaste, surely from the ‘marshmallow’ note, though for me it stays there: a faint background sweetness that’s hardly noticeable. If you have the previous one, this isn’t worth it, plus it lasts a bit less. Still, it’s good in performance.

  Pin-up smells very similar to the classic Nenuco. It’s a fresh scent with a citrus touch, ginger, lemon, and orange blossom. I don’t perceive the vanilla, maybe it’s there and that softens the citrus a bit, but I don’t feel it as such. It seems very tender and cuddly, it smells like a baby. In my opinion, neither its bottle nor its name represents it.

  Pin-up smells very similar to the classic teddy bear. It’s a fresh scent with citrus, ginger, lemon, and orange blossom notes. I don’t detect the vanilla, maybe it’s there and just calms the citrus a bit, but I don’t smell it as such. It seems very tender and cuddly, smells like a baby. In my opinion, neither the bottle nor the name represents it.

  I bought this almost blindly. As a Classique fan, I saw a deal on this version, loved the packaging, and grabbed it. It balances the sweetness of vanilla with lemon. It has a baby cologne vibe but with good longevity and an ‘I don’t know what’ adult touch. I agree with other comments: I don’t associate it with a pin-up girl, but rather with a young, simple feminine who chooses flats over stilettos (me, ha!), looking for a fragrance for the workday without reapplying. It reminds me of whipping batter for a vanilla cake with lemon zest; a definite yes.

  Very delicious 💖. Perfume for springs, summers, and warm autumns. I appreciate that ginger and sour apple citrus, not the typical bergamot. I really feel the orange blossom, the sweetness of the vanilla, and the amber. Honestly, I don’t detect the marshmallow note. On me, it has great longevity and medium-to-soft projection; I can smell it well for 5 to 6 hours.

  I loved it. I detect more ginger as the dominant note. It has almost the same dry-down scent as Dior’s Poison Girl Unexpected.

  Since I already owned Classique Cabaret, I decided to pick this up too. They are very similar; I’d say you don’t really need both. It’s very pleasant, the orange blossom is always present, and it’s sweet and elegant. It’s neither relaxing nor annoying, suitable for multiple occasions. I find it very versatile.

  At first, it’s a very potent, warm, and citrusy orange blossom. After three minutes, it softens; it remains warm and citrusy, but the orange blossom blends with ginger and sour apple. The marshmallows and vanilla aren’t distinct; instead, they support the scent into something very soft and subtle, like baby cologne or that Barbie doll from the 90s. Only the opening is intense; the rest is a very soft scent that makes you want to keep your nose close to your body to keep enjoying it.

  It’s very cute and literally smells like baby perfume, but with better longevity and projection. Despite loving the scent and the packaging being a million bucks, I wouldn’t buy it. It doesn’t make sense to spend that much money just to smell like baby cologne; it’s better to buy the cologne and reapply as needed.

  It’s very cute, it literally smells like baby perfume, just with better longevity and projection. Even though I like the scent and the packaging is amazing, I wouldn’t buy it. It doesn’t make sense to spend so much money to smell like baby cologne. It’s better to buy the last one and reapply it as many times as needed.

  I had this tucked away and finally opened it today. At first, it smells like an aquatic cologne that reminded me of my mom braiding my hair as a little girl; I think it’s hayfield notes. Once it dries down, it becomes floral, musky, and slightly gourmand. I previously used Devotion by D&G and noticed a similarity, though that one is super gourmand, sweet, and intense. In contrast, Pin-up is more versatile, fresh, and zero-intrusive. I was pleasantly surprised: it was a blind buy and I confused it with the first flanker from the 90s. Average longevity, gorgeous bottle, and a delicate scent. I agree with those who say it smells like baby cologne, probably due to the vanilla and marshmallow notes.
