A total contradiction: the Betty Boop bottle and the ‘Eau Fraîche’ label promised something fresh and youthful, but it’s basically the classic. It smells deep, enveloping, and overwhelming, with vanilla so potent you can’t even notice the citrus or tiare flower that gives it creaminess. It lasts long and has great sillage, but it’s too sweet and tiring. I don’t see anything fresh here; it’s ideal for those who love perfumes that overwhelm you, but not for me.

I was gifted samples because I already fell in love with Clásique Intense. This one smells a bit less feminine, which is why I’m drawn to it. It’s fresh, slightly sweet, and the dry-down is very pleasant. I can still smell it on my shirt from yesterday; it’s still great after 24 hours. It’s not the most original, but it has notes that make it different, maybe due to the cane sugar. I recommend it to anyone wanting to try feminine fragrances but not too feminine ones.
