  • Another of those perfumes where the first time I smelled it I didn’t like it, but afterwards I fell in love. I feel it’s super intense, dense, dark, creamy, and extremely sweet. While I do wear it during the day occasionally, I consider it a well-suited night perfume. On my skin I feel the vanilla, tonka bean, and sandalwood very strongly; I practically don’t feel the citrus opening notes. The longevity is very good, about 8 hours, and it leaves a trail that can be bothersome; people have told me that on the stairs, after a while of passing by, you can still smell it. I love it, I love this type of perfume that invades without asking, but it can be too intense for some. If you’re looking for a sexy, sweet, hyper-vanilla, and strong perfume, this is it.

  • It’s a perfume that surprised me: the first time I tried it, I didn’t like it, but giving it more chances it started to win me over. It’s a vanilla with almonds, yes, but dense, dark, mysterious, and even a bit resinous. On my skin I don’t detect the citrus at all. There is rose, but it’s very well combined and doesn’t bother me at all. It’s sensual; while I would wear it during the day too, I think it’s ideal for night outings. What disappointed me is the projection, which on me is moderate to low, and the longevity on my skin is about 6 hours flat. I recommend getting to know it and not sticking with the first impression, as I didn’t like it at first and now I love it.

You are simply addictive; I think this perfume highlights my most sensual and sexual side. You are poison on my skin, what a beautiful scent! You have me spellbound. You have the necessary chords to be adored: the right citrus notes announce the two standout flowers, rose and orange blossom. Then comes the best part: the perfect combination of balsam of Peru, heliotrope, and almonds with WOODS (very noticeable in the dry down, sandalwood and cashmere). I received it a few weeks ago and it became an addiction. One night I wore it with a black dress, high heels, crimson lips, and crowned the outfit with this aroma. It made me discover my most sensual and bold version. Thank you Dior, I don’t know why I didn’t know you before. I had and enjoyed Hypnotic Poison, but I never imagined the daughter would surpass the mother. The only thing they are equal in is performance, which is excellent. It goes from now to my top 5 favorites.

  • It smells sexy and elegant, a scent out of the ordinary. I think at least in my country I’ve never smelled it on anyone, though I don’t think it’s a scent for everyone; I recommend trying it before buying. But I love it.

  • I bought it blindly based on the pyramid and notes, but I think I expected something else and that’s why it’s not fascinating me for the moment. On my skin it stays very strong; I feel the super pure vanilla (almost like room air fresheners) and the sandalwood very much. That said, it’s a very lovely fragrance and people will probably compliment you. It’s better used at night in weather that isn’t too hot (today in my city it’s about 21 degrees and it works well), I wouldn’t wear it on a summer night that hits 25.

  • It’s an intense, sexy fragrance with a lot of presence and weight (perhaps even a bit cloying for some). I consider it more for night than day. I struggle to recognize the declared notes; I smell tonka bean and vanilla very strongly. In the dry down it softens a bit but not much; on my skin it feels like a sweet and spicy vanilla.

  • Oh nooo, what a beautiful perfume! It’s a bit gothic, sexy with a mysterious but very youthful halo, and has a soft, gourmand vanilla. I’ve been intoxicated by this elixir of the gods for years. It’s insanely sexy (in my perception) and the dry down is completely mind-blowing. Like any good Dior child, it exudes class. 10/10 for year-round use, but it shines best in winter or for seducing on night dates. Try it, it’s burning hot.

  • Hi! I bought this fragrance because I like gourmands but wanted something stronger with a prominent sillage, and it delivered. Despite being 30, I still enjoy youthful perfumes and wanted to try something different. It opens with bitter orange, moves to sweet roses as if sugar or caramel was added, and dries down to vanilla and slightly powdery tonka bean, though the rose lingers at the base. It’s a floral-sweet scent. I loved it, even though I normally prefer dessert or clean scents. If you try it, you’ll love it; the only downside is that it lasts 3-4 hours on me, and given the price, it’s not something you want to reapply constantly.

  • It has a strong citrus opening, like they mixed it with fruit juice and peel. It reminds me, not in scent but in concept, of Burberry Her, though here the bitter orange is less sharp than the green lime in that other fragrance. As it evolves, notes of rose mixed with vanilla, almonds, and balsam of Peru create a creamy sensation. Nothing like its previous Poisons; this is a pretty little girl perfume.

  • I’m not a fan of cloying sweetness, but this was my first import and it’s worth a thousand times the price. The bitter orange and lemon opening cuts through the initial sweetness in a balanced way, helping those who usually resist strong scents to adapt. It evolves into sweetened roses and orange blossom, finishing with a vanilla trail that lasts for hours. Although my perfumes don’t usually last, this is an exception and always gets compliments. Unfortunately, it doesn’t come to my city, so I’m stretching the last bottle because it’s one of the few that truly lasts on my skin. Highly recommended for anyone who struggles with overpowering scents.

  • Daniela constanza

One of my all-time favorites: sweet, citrusy, feminine, and sensual. It makes me fall in love and I want to keep smelling it. I don’t know what Poison Girl (EDT, EDP, or Unexpected) has that all of them are spectacular. I love them madly and would want to wear them always, although they are expensive. I don’t understand why in the photo the bottle is pink and in real life it’s dark, brown; I’m a bit disappointed that it doesn’t match, but it’s my favorite fragrance.

  • It was my signature for 4 years when I was younger. It’s a work of art: at first it’s fruity and citrusy, then vanilla, almond, and bakery (literally a guy in my class said it smelled like cake and we were far away). You smell a mix of pancakes, pastries, and cookies. If you like gourmands, you’ll love it. It lasts 10 hours, on clothes and hair for days. In winter it stuck to everything and the smell in the hair was incredible. Its trail is huge and heavy; you can smell it from far away and you’ll receive many compliments. Men love it; in fact, I used it when I met my partner and he wouldn’t stop telling me how good I smelled. Today I don’t use it anymore because I feel it’s for someone aged 18 to 25 and on me it feels childish, but I’ll always carry it in my heart.

  • Elizabethshelby

Some people trash this fragrance because they are lovers of Hypnotic Poison and perhaps expected something else. But I have to admit it’s my new addiction; I don’t know why I took so long to try it, it stole my heart. I was intimidated by the rose note, but it doesn’t bother me or I don’t feel it. It’s the most delicious vanilla in the world, with that almond and orange touch, what a delight. It’s a scent I want for life. I feel it very caramelized, people compliment it a lot, and I can’t stop smelling it. Ideal for autumn and winter, addictive, sweet, sexy, and feminine.

  • It’s not bad, but it overwhelms me and reminds me of Yes I Am, just creamier. It’s not for me, although it lasts all day on the skin. I prefer Poison, my fragrance from years ago that is still the only one that makes me fall in love.

  • Maryrose2310

For meetings or dates, it smells super sweet with lots of vanilla; be careful, it can get cloying and even give you a headache. If you can smell it before buying, it’s better.

  • I’ve loved it since it came out several years ago, and now I finally have this beautiful perfume and bottle in my hands. Vanilla predominates as the hours pass, but in a very elegant way. It’s sweet and mysterious. Very good longevity; I recommend spraying with caution and gradually. No age range! It’s a classic that won’t go out of style.

  • A very rich fragrance. It has something in its dry-down that reminds me remarkably of Narciso Poudrée, though much less sober.

  • One of my favorites. Very vanilla, sweet, with a balsamic touch, addictive. I always receive compliments with this fragrance.

  • Without a doubt, it’s one of the richest perfumes I’ve tried. I love it and, without hesitation, it’s a blind buy. The only downside is that it doesn’t last long: after two hours, I can’t even smell it on my skin. That’s why I sometimes use it for layering with something else that has better fixation, like Dior Addict or some woody scent. What really surprises me is its opening, which smells like an orange or lime dessert, like a cheesecake. It’s super linear. I really love it. For me, it is definitely the one.

  • I love it! I already feel like a veteran collector, but among all the ones I like, this is one that must always be in my collection: it’s a must-have! I’ve been wearing the bottle for less than half and I’m definitely going to restock. I always receive compliments with it; it’s not a beast mode, but it has great projection and moderate longevity.

  • I like the opening, but once it dries down, it smells quite like brand-new plastic dolls, and that’s not the way I like to smell. It becomes intimate with no sillage, and I don’t see anything special about it to buy.

  • macarenacer

Amazing perfume. The best part is its dry-down, a spectacular almond-vanilla. Lasts about 12 hours.

  • I tested it with great anticipation to smell that sweet vanilla aroma. I don’t know if it’s my skin, but at first I smelled tobacco, like the perfumes ladies wore in the 90s. After a few hours, it becomes nicer and more vanilla, but at the start it smells like cigarettes. I still prefer Hypnotic Poison.

  • Vainillalau

It’s DELICIOUS. On my dry skin, it’s an almond-vanilla blend, super sophisticated. I love it, it feels opulent and sexy.

  • Vampyrella

It’s rich, sensual, and youthful. I don’t understand where they got the idea that it smells like grandma; it’s super sweet and excellent for young women. On my skin, it lasted 8 hours. I keep it saved as a treat for special moments.

  • I was eager to try it because they said it was super sweet, but on my skin it smells terrible. The rose note stands out too much and gives me nausea. Plus, since it’s so long-lasting, it feels quite overpowering.

  • Smells straight-up like CD, that signature mark of distinction that never fails. It’s sensual and attractive, perfect for a femme fatale. I detect vanilla, but the kind women with character wear, mixed with flowers and sandalwood. When I wear it, I feel like a sexy witch, pure essence of charm and spell.

  • Don’t let yourself be fooled, this perfume has something to be so iconic. Yes, it’s sweet, vanilla, and almond, but if you smell it closer, you notice that floral and sandalwood complexity that makes it very seductive, not just a simple sweet.

  • I think it’s a perfect balance between citrus, sweet, and floral. You feel all the notes in equilibrium. It’s one of my favorites and I always buy it again when it runs out. I only wear it at night because during the day it feels a bit heavy; it lasts forever on skin and clothes, and the trail is wide without being overwhelming.

  • La Clochard

Perfumes like this succeed at recreating what would be a rich recipe for a cake. It’s like a sweet almond cake with slices of orange and lemon on top that you eat before anything else. You can tell it’s almond and vanilla-heavy, and as hours pass, that incense-like base note emerges, which I believe is the balm mixed with the rest. For whatever reason, I don’t detect the roses or orange blossom; I think everything is very integrated. I think it’s a very well-rounded, accomplished fragrance with nothing jarring. It’s sweet but not sugary. I think it’s ideal for autumn and winter; it gives off a warm, nostalgic aura, like reading a Hansel and Gretel story. But since we honor women here, we know the house witch made of sweets will be a magical woman who welcomes us into her cozy home with a wood-burning fireplace, homemade pastries, and fun spells 🩷

  • JuanaBanana

It’s an exquisite perfume, very sweet almonds and vanilla. It’s versatile; you can wear it both day and night. On me, it lasts about 7-8 hours with a great trail for the first 3-4 hours.

  • Wlad Molina

The creamy rose that continues to enchant. What a delight. Poison Girl is one of those fragrances that, despite being almost a decade old, still feels current. Amidst the flood of new launches, it took a back seat, but its formula remains a winner. The opening has a citrus touch—lemon and bitter orange—that appears for a few minutes before retreating elegantly. What remains is the heart: a creamy rose softened by almond and sweetened by vanilla. It’s appetizing, feminine, and anything but subtle. What you truly perceive is that gorging yet elegant blend that evokes warm skin, refined sweetness, and confident attitude. It has no age limit; it suits a young girl just as well as a mature woman. It’s versatile, sensual, and has that ‘I dressed up for myself’ vibe. I give it a 9/10. Definitely a perfume that enchants.

  • Pame.Betsabe

This beauty is my favorite fragrance, despite having three notes I don’t personally like (rose, heliotrope, and almond). The magic of Dior makes them harmonize in a unique way. I have the reformulated version, and it still has good longevity and projection. It smells refined but is versatile; every time I wear it, I get compliments. It’s sweet and sexy. Regarding the ‘similar’ scents, Azzaro isn’t the same but follows the same line, and Trusardi tried to copy it but fails; it has a more citrusy opening and a different sweetness; you can tell it doesn’t have the Dior signature. Anyway, I love this perfume and it became my go-to 💕

  • I’m dying to wear this in the cold months of autumn and winter. It’s very feminine and bold, quite intense, and lasts all day. Perfect for not going unnoticed, day or night. An intense, feminine vanilla aroma with a sexy touch. I recommend not buying blindly and testing it on your skin and clothes first.

  • oliendobonito

An exquisite blend of bitter orange, vanilla, and almonds that creates something unique. It’s elegant, sensual, and decidedly nocturnal. It has great projection and lasts 7 to 8 hours on clothes, even longer. It’s a fragrance that dresses you completely, radiating confidence and allure. It reflects an independent, dominant, sensual woman who is perfectly self-assured.

  • This is a hit—a sweet scent without being cloying, with great projection in the perfect amount, and it smells better with every wear. 10/10.

  • Minimalister

I was disappointed by the Poison line, or maybe not if it’s intended for little girls: it just isn’t worth the price because I think you can get the same effect with a body mist. The scent isn’t distinctive or original; it smells like vanilla and a decent sweetness, but zero originality and zero ‘Poison.’ In short: recommendable for little girls, not strong, not invasive, very subtle.

  • coconutgirl23

I bought this blindly because the reviews were amazing and I had a lot of faith in the brand. Most people love it, but it hit me straight away. Since I first smelled it, it felt too invasive; it’s not sweet, it’s strong, and it gives me nausea. Even though it’s called Poison Girl and is marketed toward young women, I feel it’s more for women in their 30s or 40s; there’s no ‘girl’ vibe about it. I don’t recommend it.
