  • I was fascinated by this new fragrance; it’s citrusy with an incredibly rich coconut note. While it doesn’t have much projection, its longevity on skin is around 6+ hours. If you’re looking for a fresh scent with a coconut note, this is the one. A very good flanker from Boss.

  • This new fragrance fascinated me; it’s citrusy with a touch of incredibly delicious coconut. While it’s true that it doesn’t have much projection, its longevity on skin is 6+ hours. Definitely if you’re looking for a fresh perfume with the coconut note, this is the one. Very good Boss flanker.

Boss Bottled Pacific is a tropical, aromatic, and woody fragrance. The opening is fresh and light, and immediately you perceive a coconut smell similar to a tanning lotion. It’s very pleasant and to a certain point relaxing. As time passes, it shows a musky scent with light woods, but always in a fresh style. It’s suitable for hot days in summer and spring, trips to the beach, resorts, casual outings, etc. In terms of performance, its longevity is regular, reaching 5 hours, and the trail stays very close to the skin. In summary, it’s a pleasant and light fragrance, with a scent that for at least me is relaxing and that changes the direction of the Boss Bottled flankers a bit, but I don’t recommend it for blind buying.

  • I have it right now in my hands in tester format… the opening is very fresh and beachy, smells like a coconut tanning lotion. After a few minutes, the patchouli notes (which last the entire life of the fragrance) settle in with the woods. It’s fresh, cheerful, and summery; I’m not saying it can’t be used in winter (in my country we are starting winter, for example), but it exudes an informal, youthful, and beachy air. Ideal for the office, gym, informal parties. Scent for personal enjoyment, it has low sillage, it’s not cheap for its performance, and you must over-apply quite a bit for someone else to smell the perfume. But due to the novelty of perfumes with coconut notes, it’s very original and definitely outside the Bottled line… I would have baptized it with another name.

  • I was unsure whether to buy between Hugo Boss Pacific and JPG Le Beau because I heard they were very similar, but I ended up buying JPG blindly due to the many positive comments, although the strong coconut smell didn’t fully convince me. A few days ago I saw it in a store, tried it, and it was so delicious that I bought it a few days later. The opening is very similar to Le Beau, but this one has a softer coconut and a fresher, more marine scent that doesn’t bother those who don’t like coconut as much. I tested it on clothes 14 hours ago and it’s still holding up, and on easy-to-retain skin for about 7-8 hours. Compared to JPG, I do recommend Pacific for all weather, even it looks good for heat due to its fresh marine scent.

  • If you don’t want to pay the hype of Le Beau and its markup, go for this boss, it smells exquisite: summer at its peak, a scent that transports you to a beach accompanied by a piña colada in the shade (the fragrance doesn’t have pineapple). Projection and longevity are moderate. Although if you wear it in the afternoon when the temperature starts to drop, it makes itself felt with more force.

  • Simply spectacular, I love this fragrance. Although it’s an EDT, it projects well and lasts a good 6-7 hours (the last few at a shorter distance). Plus, being a coconut scent makes it very special, as not many fragrances use that note, and even fewer replicate it so well. It has that noticeable salty note that gives it a special touch, combined with the cashmere which adds a very masculine musk. Scent: Coconut + Lemon + Salty + Woods and Musk. Usage: Casual-Day. Season: Summer-Spring (I don’t see a problem in autumn because not).

  • The performance is the most average of the Bottled line, meaning next to its sisters it’s a beast, haha. It lasts 5-6 hours when stretched out, and the projection is good for the first 2 or 3 hours, BUT the scent is on another level, much better than the overrated Le Beau. It’s a salty coconut that doesn’t feel heavy in the heat; in that climate, it’s perceived as citrusy, like a coconut cocktail with lemon and salt. By late afternoon, the coconut and salt settle into a rare but exciting combination of sweet and salty. I’d buy it ten times over for the scent; without a doubt, the best of the Bottled line.

  • The performance is the most average in the family, but compared to its sisters, it’s an absolute beast lol. Lasting 5-6 hours with great initial projection, the scent is on another level—way better than the overrated Le Beau. It’s a salty coconut that doesn’t feel heavy in the heat; you can tell it’s a cocktail of coconut, lemon, and salt. As evening falls, the coconut and salt settle into a weird but exciting sweet-and-salty blend. I’d buy it again and again just for the smell; without a doubt, the best of the Bottled line.

I wore it every day of Holy Week because I bought a 200ml bottle and wanted to give it a proper trial before judging. It’s an excellent, incomparable scent; literally smells like a beach day without that annoying synthetic coconut smell from sunscreens. Here, the coconut is very natural, very pulpy; with the lemon and salt, it reminds me of a street coconut snack like the ones sold in Mexico. A delight for warm climates, nothing as clingy as Le Beau. When it mixes with sweat, it creates a very particular and intoxicating scent. Definitely recommend it blindly. Average designer-level longevity. A solid 8.

I wore this every day this Holy Week after buying the 200ml bottle to test it properly before reviewing. It smells amazing and incomparable—literally like a beach day without that fake coconut scent from sunscreen. I get a very natural, almost octopus-like coconut with lemon and salt that reminds me of street-side coconut snacks in Mexico. A delight for warm weather, nothing as overwhelming as Le Beau. When it mixes with sweat, it creates a particular and intoxicating aroma. I definitely recommend it blindly. The longevity is average for a designer fragrance. A solid 8.

  • The lemon opening is fine, but the coconut smells artificial and excessively sweet; it’s basically a sweet perfume bordering on ridiculous. By today’s standards, it could be considered ‘slightly sweet,’ but the tyranny of sweetness in modern perfumery is demonic. It lasts a maximum of 5 hours even with over-application, and the projection is timid. I don’t recommend it: you can get a cotton candy stick for less, just watch out for ants.

Coconut with salt. Oh, my husband used it in the heat and ufffffffff, what a treat. We were surprised it lasted and projected more than 8 hours, considering the heat and that Hugo Bosses usually fail. It might resemble Le Beau slightly, but this is more woody, and Pacific is for extreme heat, spring-summer, and daytime, more informal vs. the JPG that I also love. Please, Hugo Boss, more perfumes like this, as delicious as this or the Unlimited, but with the duration this launch had!!

Salty coconut. Oh wow, my husband wore this in the heat and ufffffffff, it was so delicious. We were surprised that its longevity and trail lasted over 8 hours, considering the heat and how Hugo Boss fragrances usually fall short. It might be slightly similar to Le Beau, but the latter is more woody; Bottled Pacific is for extreme heat, spring-summer, and daytime, more informal versus the JPG which I also love. Please, Hugo Boss, make more perfumes like this or the Unlimited, but with the longevity this launch has.

  • Very nice aroma, subtle and salty coconut. Nothing, nothing sweet. Doesn’t resemble Le Beau at all, not even in the bottle; this is much better on the street, less youthful, and more serious. Lasts quite a bit for what Bottleds usually last. All in all, a very good option for summer.

  • Good perfume for warm, non-extreme climates. Hits the notes: coconut, salt, lemon, and sandalwood. Light but tasty for going to the beach; I don’t see any other use. Lasts decently for a Bottled, about 6 hours with good projection. If you like the Le Beau type of coconut and want something fresher, this might be the better option. 8.8/10.

  • Simply spectacular, I love it. Even though it’s an EDT, it projects well and lasts 5-6 hours. It’s a coconut scent, very special; few fragrances use it, and even fewer replicate it so well. It has the salty note well perceived, giving it a special touch, plus a masculine musk and lots of sandalwood.

Much better than Le Beau if you have both. Recommend trying it before buying; it’s key for summer. In my country, it’s expensive and scarce but absolutely delicious. I think it’s the only Hugo Boss without duration or projection issues: lasts 5-6 hours and then fades to skin. This time they did it right for an EDT.

  • I’m married to this perfume 😮💨. Without a doubt, my favorite fresh scent overall. It smells different from the rest; maybe not innovative, but I don’t know anything else like it (it doesn’t resemble Le Beau). Opening with marked coconut, slightly sweet, and creamy sandalwood that drops off in 10-20 minutes. At 30 minutes, it’s natural coconut, aquatic, and salty, like refreshing coconut water. Surprising performance: 7 hours with 10 sprays. Moderate projection for 3 hours, then a personal bubble for another 3, and almost skin scent. Versatile, easy to like, and excellent in the heat. Good for everyone. It’s a 10, one of my favorites. Too bad it’s scarce 😢.

  • Bought it for the pretty blue bottle and because it was limited edition. The coconut is slightly sweet at first, juicy. Then comes the cypress, green, though sometimes it smells like semi-synthetic motor oil if you sniff it too close. I use 3-4 sprays; after 2-3 hours it’s barely noticeable, and by 5 hours, nothing. On another person, it lasts a decent 4 hours, with the coconut detectable at 0.5 meters and the green notes at 1 meter. It’s for summer or spring; in winter, it fades and clashes with the rain. Not fresh, but works in dry heat at 33 degrees. Its ideal season is spring with a gentle breeze. Can be used anytime or for formal events. If you aren’t into green/woody scents, it could be unisex, but anyone can wear it. Coconut lovers will like it. I bought it blind and didn’t love it much, but I keep it for the perfect blue Boss Bottled bottle.

  • Smells like salty coconut, not sweet like Le Beau; more tropical and carefree. After about 2 hours, the cypress emerges, a green and bitter touch that makes it unique compared to other sweet coconut scents. It’s a good perfume I’d buy again.

  • Never thought I’d try a Hugo Boss; I always saw them as generic. But out of curiosity in Liverpool, I smelled a blue bottle and fell in love instantly. Didn’t buy it then, but months later I returned and discovered it was the limited edition Pacific, not the Tonic I’d tried. I searched everywhere until I found it in a Facebook group. It’s the definition of sea, beer, and family: fresh coconut, citrus, and salt, nothing sunscreen-like. Lasts 7 hours with good projection. Ideal for the beach or seafood dinners, perfect for a beach wedding. 10/10, an unexpected masterpiece that gave me a slap of humility. If you find it, buy it without hesitation.
