Smells super citrusy, but that intense orange note from Boss Bottled Intense is what really hits. It delivers on all its promises: it’s potent and lasts all day.

This perfume brings back good memories; it’s very potent. At first, apple and cinnamon stand out with woody touches, drying down to a sweet, medium-warm vanilla finish. It’s always given me a mysterious aura. I used to wear it a lot for clubbing until I ran out. Many say it doesn’t last, but on my skin, it held up for about 7 hours and left a trail. Based on that, I recommend buying a decant first to see how it works for you.

It’s not bad, but it fades into the background of my life. Apparently, it doesn’t match my pH, so I’m not buying it again. 6.9/10

A delicious fragrance that highlights the cinnamon a lot; it’s very warm. It’s one of those scents that makes you want to hug someone. I’ve gotten so many compliments from friends and my girlfriend, even more than my other fragrances, which were higher priced and better quality… it’s a shame they discontinued it, because it was one of the few Hugo Boss scents that was truly worth it.

Good aroma, a classic from Boss Bottled. But as for Intense, nothing at all. An EDP with insulting performance. It lasts me no more than 4 hours. The projection is low, barely 1 hour. Not recommended at all unless you absolutely love the scent.

A love story between me and the Hugo Boss Bottled Intense. I bought it at 16 at a Duty Free and loved it the moment I smelled it, beating all the bottles in the store. After Hugo Boss decided to stop producing it (it’s undoubtedly the best flanker in the line), I managed to get one on eBay almost six years ago, which thrilled me. It’s an absolute delight: sweet, amber, with a spicy and woody touch, but not childish nor too mature, nor unisex. The mix of apple, bergamot, cinnamon, and wood is incredible. It maintains the DNA of the original but with much more depth and intensity. Although it’s sweet, it has a clean and formal air that adds elegance and masculinity. It’s versatile for all year except the hottest days; ideal for autumn, but also works in winter and spring. It’s perfect for the office or intimate dates, but not so much for going out partying. Girls love it and associate it with me, so it doesn’t smell generic or like someone else’s. Since it’s no longer in physical stores and almost no one uses it because it’s hard to find, it’s an exclusive gem. As for longevity and projection, with the EDP it’s more than satisfactory: about 7-8 hours on skin and over 10 on clothes. The projection is about a meter for 2-3 hours, not being invasive; then it creates its own bubble. It’s not a “Beast Mode” because it wasn’t born for that, but for the gentleman who shows his best in close range. In short, it’s my favorite fragrance, my signature, and the scent I want people to associate with me. It fits my 22 years perfectly, though it works from 18 to 45-50. If you find it on eBay at a good price, don’t hesitate to buy it. No need to try it, you’ll love it. Glory to you, Hugo Boss Bottled Intense.

I’m a fan of Boss Bottled EDT, and thanks to this INTENSE flanker, I’ve rediscovered the scent that captivated me at first. Super elegant and well-rounded. A sweet fragrance.

A solid 10/10, officially discontinued. I still don’t get why they remove Hugo Boss’s best fragrance; it smells incredible and lasts forever. I have a bottle that’s 90% empty, but I’m seriously considering buying a backup.

Intense because it’s the original loaded up. But it has nothing to do with an EDP. It tastes good, but it lasts like any EDT, about 4-6 hours before you’re already sniffing your own neck. I hope they stop misleading people by labeling everything as EDP.

When I bought it, I had zero faith and zero expectations. Now it’s an absolute no-brainer for autumn, and every time I wear it, it embraces me with its semi-warm notes of mate and cinnamon infusions. It’s a delight that I think is undervalued. And no, it doesn’t smell anything like Layton, which I appreciate.

I love it! I say it with absolute honesty. It’s a perfume that feels delicious, pleasant, and even addictive, even though it’s not spectacular or designed for demanding noses. Don’t look for a lavish or royal scent here; you won’t find premium ingredients that take you to a paradise of pleasure. You’ll just know you’re trying something simple, but tasty and effective. It’s highly commendable that a perfume that could be ‘very synthetic’ performs so well. Personally, I enjoy wearing it on my skin. This creation, like the first Boss Bottled, has an optimal balance between sweetness and freshness thanks to the apple and orange blossom combo, which contrasts with the spicy block of cinnamon and cloves. It only differs in that the sweet and spicy tones are intensified for a more formal style, without losing its timelessness. In my opinion, Boss Bottled was the inspiration for youth perfumes like 1 Million or 212 VIP, positioning itself as a reference. I’m seriously considering buying a bottle. The rumors of discontinuation make it even more attractive to collect. Rating: 8.5

It’s more intense and longer-lasting than the original, but without making it heavier or cloying. Before, people thought an EDP was just an EDT with higher concentration, and that’s exactly what this Boss Bottle Intense EDP is. It smells very good of roasted apple with cinnamon, maybe a trite scent that some people might associate with maturity, but for me it’s a great classic, very versatile and for all ages, available at a very low price. It’s true that Hugo Boss fragrances usually last a breath, but that’s not the case with this EDP. Au revoir.

I think during the pandemic and social distancing, perfume was perfect for connecting closely. With the Boss Bottled Intense EDP, I definitely got more looks and made people smile (though I can’t say for the mouth since we were wearing masks), creating space to talk and socialize. Hugo Boss Intense takes the best of the original and showcases all its complexity, delivering hours of delicious scent.

It’s a pleasant scent, nothing annoying: a tart apple with a bitter touch. Then it evolves and becomes totally different with the woods and sandalwood. I see it as ideal for ages 30 and up, but it doesn’t look bad on a 20-year-old either. At first, it’s sweet and cheerful; it doesn’t smell pretentious or like a rough guy. After two hours, when the woods kick in, it becomes more masculine. It doesn’t have brutal performance, but its longevity is decent for an EDP; on me, I can still smell the wood right on my skin after 8 hours. Since the atomizer is small, I like to spray it about 8 times. I see it as great for daily use at school or work; it’s not pretentious, but elegant and goes perfectly with a dress shirt. I also love the current formula of the regular Boss Bottled; it’s a hit of wood and sweet apple that’s addictive and quite masculine. I think the potency of its wood is the key.
