  • The opening smells like chinchilla fur. After a minute, it fixes itself and has a scent more similar to conventional Eros.

A good perfume that fulfills its purpose; I don’t find it as versatile as mentioned in some comments, nor a secret weapon that makes you stand out from others. It’s a simple perfume that plays between citrus and sweet, where tangerine, rosemary, pepper, and vanilla stand out, which can be bothersome in temperate climates. I see it more as a perfume for cool climates or night situations, something youthful, not elegant, and certainly not for warm climates. If it’s for usage situations, I think there are better options; I also don’t find it a novel perfume or one that adds something new. In conclusion, a good, simple perfume that pleases but not everyone; I bought a 50ml bottle and I don’t think I’ll buy it again. Recommend testing before buying. Greetings!

  • At first, I thought that citrus opening with tangerine, lemon, and pepper would make it perfect for sunny days, but it turns out it doesn’t; it performs better in cold climates or directly at night due to the certain heaviness of the scent. Anyway, it’s an exquisite perfume. As it dries down and the citrus fades a bit (they don’t disappear, they stay very well), the vanilla comes out more; in this point, it seems to me to have a slightly sweaty smell, I haven’t seen anyone comment on that, but it catches my attention. I don’t know if something changed in the scent with 20/100ml left in the bottle and oxidation having done its work. In any case, super satisfied with the longevity and projection; don’t overdo the sprays, otherwise it’s very easy to become quite invasive. I don’t fully understand how Eros Flame is considered so similar to original Eros. They share many notes, yes, but between the predominance of tangerine in Eros Flame and the mint with green apple in original Eros, they create totally different and not at all redundant sensations.

  • Perfume en proceso

Personally, I didn’t like it. I don’t know if the opening doesn’t feel like a good combination of notes, but in general, I didn’t like this perfume. If you can smell it at a department store to confirm you like it, I love perfumes and know how to find something I like, but this one, personally, I didn’t like. My recommendation: don’t buy it blind; if you’ve already smelled it and liked it, don’t read more reviews, just buy it. I’m not telling you to buy or not, it all depends on what you like about the scent, longevity, and projection.

  • As my first review in the community, I chose this one because it’s what I’m currently using. Halfway through the bottle, I’m not getting attached. It has a pleasant, very citrusy opening that, once it passes, there’s no more perfume (at least on my skin). Is it good? Yes. Would I use it to go out at night? No.

I have the Eros EDP. I don’t love it, though for daily use it’s not bad. But my big disappointment was Eros Flame: it’s practically the same scent, literally. The only difference is that Eros projects a bit more and focuses on the freshness of mint, while Flame highlights the citrus more. That said, it’s much less potent. The version I bought (at Falabella, so I doubt it’s fake) lasts only minutes on the skin and then is only noticeable from very close range. Could the batch be too new? Anyway, if you find it at a good price, go for it: it’s not a bad perfume (I bought the 200ml on sale), but certainly not the holy grail many describe. Due to its low intensity, I think it will work better in summer. I’ll keep testing it… maybe if I let it mature it will transform into that ‘beast’ so many talk about.

  • Buy blind, very delicious. I don’t know if it’s my poor sense of smell or the perfume, but it’s hard for me to smell it on myself. Three months later, it lasts at least 12 hours on my skin. Sometimes, 7 hours later, people could still smell it strongly. It sticks to other people’s clothes; that’s incredible. If you spray it on clothes, it lasts for weeks; even a week after storing a garment in the closet, the closet still releases the scent. 10/10.

This is a hunter’s perfume, brother! It’s strong, with character and personality; you have to know how to use it to dominate, because otherwise, it will dominate you. It has an incredible trail and performs perfectly in clubs, parties, and gatherings where you want to be the protagonist—it will give you that spotlight. It’s a double-edged sword, so you need to know how to handle it. Great power comes with great responsibility. It’s spicy due to the pepper notes, with sweetness from tangerine and orange that stand out, yet warm from the vanilla and tonka bean. It stands out mainly for the pepper, rosemary, and tangerine. It’s a trigger for married men and single moms!

  • Honest review (spoiler: it will be long). Eros Flame is very true to its notes; when it says mandarin, it smells like mandarin. It’s citrusy, sweet, and in my opinion, mentholated. I live in Bogotá and so far I’ve only used it during the day; I don’t recommend it if you don’t want people to sneeze at two meters away. It leaves a huge sillage, so be careful if there are many people around. It’s a love-hate scent: some like it, others sneeze. It reminds me a bit of Avon’s Musk Instinct; instead of being sweet or red for dates, it feels more green or herbal. The opening is mandarin, maybe grapefruit and melon. Then it moves to an oak forest, mint, and eucalyptus. Finally, it becomes intimate with a clean amber and talc base, ideal for gentlemen at semi-formal events or night dates, but not in enclosed spaces. It hasn’t been a compliment magnet, but it is a rich scent that can be overwhelming. I haven’t used it at night yet, but I’ll update later. I confirm that when it dries down, it’s exquisite: mentholated, masculine, and sweet, perfect for special occasions. If you have a date at 6-7 PM, apply it to your clothes hours beforehand to control the sillage. I’ll return in a few days to tell you what the lucky lady has to say.

  • Hit me from the first spray. The citrus opening is one of the most realistic I’ve tried, then it transitions into an exquisite woody vanilla. It’s easy to wear and very pleasant. Recommended if you like citrus with a woody touch. I didn’t find it too sweet, making it super versatile: works for cool summer nights just as well as winter. Longevity is more than acceptable.

  • Jorge Fonseca

Solid and well-made fragrance. It’s masculine but doesn’t smell basic or typical, despite its accessible price. It feels like an expensive orange liqueur that leaves a trail of smoky, spiced vanilla, very pleasant and not cloying. Perfect for casual occasions or a date to make a good impression. On my skin, it lasts about 2 to 3 hours with good projection, then another 5 hours with moderate projection, just enough not to bother anyone.

  • I love it, definitely would buy it again. I was drawn to the bottle and some online reviews. I tested it in-store and didn’t hesitate for a second to buy. That warm citrus-vanilla scent grabbed me immediately. If you get the chance, test it on skin before buying, though it’s a lovely fragrance. P.S.: Although it has a slight resemblance to regular Eros, when you try them together you realize this one takes a different path. For me, regular Eros feels a bit ‘stuffy’.

  • Monoborracho

A citrus with character, period. The mandarin opening is addictive and grabs you from the first spray. The best part is how that freshness slowly fades into a woody, sexy base that’s noticeable almost from the start without overpowering. I see it as masculine, energetic, and jovial, like you just woke up and are ready for anything. It gives instant energy. Longevity is good, and projection shines for the first two hours. Ideal for someone who wants freshness but with some muscle.

  • peperinafragancia

Smells like orange, lemon, vanilla, and woods, all very pleasant… but be careful, it has an excess of pepper that doesn’t fully convince me. That pepper dominates everything else. In the end, when applied, it literally just smells like pepper. My advice: try it, wait an hour, and then decide if you want to buy it.

  • I already have my second 200ml bottle, and it surprised me how versatile it is. It starts citrusy with mandarin, but has a warm base that hooks you from the start and gives it a lot of character. It sounds youthful, but that spicy note makes it perfect for those over 24. It’s a gem; it’s already my signature scent.

  • My boyfriend wears it, and honestly, it’s one of the best men’s perfumes. The truth is, it’s so long-lasting that after we meet, it stays embedded in my clothes for hours. I’d say it’s one of the hottest scents I’ve ever heard.

  • antonio_g_mad

It projects strongly with citrus and pepper notes, to the point of being scary if you over-spray, but magically, within 10 minutes, you barely notice it. Lots of sillage at first, then it fades to nothing… feels like a rip-off, and I don’t think it’s fake since I bought it from Perfume’s Club. For things like this, Arabic perfumes are eating designer brands for breakfast. In any case, Versace knows they don’t have a well-rounded product with these Eros scents; they’ve been priced halfway below competitors for a long time.

  • This is my favorite fragrance out of the 100+ I once owned. Versatile, different, masculine, long-lasting, and most importantly: memorable. An opening that might seem rough at first, but after 20 seconds, the orange/tangerine comes out along with rosemary and pepper, giving me an olfactory sensation that no other perfume achieves. After a while, the woody vanilla comes out and finishes consolidating this great aroma. From my perspective, it’s a total blind buy if you like critical scents, although I’ve seen that the rough pepper opening ends up ruining the experience for many people, so I would recommend trying it first. Suitable for all types of weather and occasions.

  • Spectacular throughout the entire life of the perfume. We’re talking about 10 hours of longevity, and on clothes, it lasted for months or until I washed it, yet I could still smell it. The scent clings to your nose and to other people. Extremely versatile all year round except in extreme heat. Too complimentary. 10/10.

  • Cristián Ahumada

I’m on my third bottle; it’s been the perfume that has left me with the most compliments, at least on my skin. It develops much better in cold climates. The olfactory pyramid is quite noticeable, and on me it has an average longevity of 10 hours on clothes during the day… over time I learned to layer it with YSL Libre Intense. They share the opening and base, and they boost each other in the heart with the floral part. At least on me, it comes across as a sophisticated men’s fragrance.

  • JuliánNoel

This fragrance is unique. At first, I didn’t like it at all; it felt too strong and sweet. But here’s the interesting part: after a month of regular use, even though it remained strong and sweet, it became much more pleasant. After wearing it for a while, I absolutely loved it; the quality of the notes is top-tier, giving off a high-end vibe. I detect a sweet mandarin opening, followed by rose and vanilla after an hour. After several hours, it settles into a rich, musky vanilla with a spectacular woody touch. In my case, longevity is about 6 hours with great performance. For temperate to cold climates, I recommend a max of 7 sprays. You can wear it in heat because it’s citrusy at first, but as it develops, it tends to get strong, so limit it to 4 sprays max during the day to avoid being overwhelming (I disagree with those who say it disappears in 10 minutes; be careful with the number of sprays). Occasions: romantic dates, dinner, or parties, but also daily wear with fewer sprays. Don’t buy blind; it’s rich and sexy, but it could be overwhelming because it’s not a common scent and it’s strong. It’s hard for people not to like it, but don’t over-spray because it’s potent and definitely not recommended above 30°C. Overall, it’s very complimentary and you’ll surely get compliments. Women love it. Recommended age: 25+, as it’s a bit playful and not simple in composition. 9/10 for note quality, compliments, and versatility. I’d buy it again when I run out, and it lasts a long time because you need few sprays. I recommend it 100%, but please try it first to see if this DNA aligns with you.

  • Out of my 35+ perfumes, this one always wins and becomes my favorite. I think that’s enough of a review on its own, haha. It’s super versatile; I’ve worn it to the gym and to parties. Longevity and sillage are decent, maybe average. I own a 200ml bottle that cost me $128, and I’m pretty sure it’ll be my first repurchase. Smells like creamy, sensual orange. Highly recommended; every woman I’ve shown it to loves it.

  • valentinophantom

My supplier received this perfume in 200ml for the sum of (I inhale) $52. I can’t even criticize it; for $52 I got this gem of perfumery. Longevity: 9.8/10. The Eros line performs very well on my skin; even the Energy lasts great. Projection: 9.3/10; it emanates very well from my arms and neck. Excellent in that regard. Scent: 9.5/10. It’s an Eros EDP with pepper and quince. It reminds me of the mild bite of shiso, my favorite ingredient in perfumery. Final note: 9.53. Absolute sexiness. Never again will I buy a Carolina Herrera. Thank God for making me Argentine.

  • A rich aroma. It’s possible to use it in any climate except when it’s too hot, since the vanilla and tonka bean give the fragrance weight; that’s why it shines in winter nights. It was the first designer perfume I owned and I have no regrets, a 10/10.

  • It’s an exquisite fragrance; the scent generates compliments no matter what. I wish the longevity was better, as it fades to a skin scent after a few hours. If you like citrus, it’s your perfume; it’s a scent with a lot of personality, and a sweet base wraps it up completely. Scent 10/10, Longevity 7/10, Projection 7/10.

  • I wasn’t a huge fan of the opening, but once it settles on the skin, it’s one of the richest things I’ve tried lately. I love it.

  • Mortadelo mishogino

I took a month to write about this. For me, it’s the best flanker of Eros. I paid 70 euros for 100ml (expensive as hell), but it’s one of my favorites. On clothes, the longevity is all day; strong projection for the first hour or half-hour, and the trail in enclosed spaces is brutal (8/10). The scent… wow, crazy stuff, especially I smell tangerine, pepper, spices, and then that vanilla touch from Eros. Overall, it could be described as meaty and sensual. P.S.: It has macerated, god… 10 hours after showering and it still smells on my skin, what a showstopper.

  • It’s a very rich scent. The tangerine has a lot of presence, slightly spiced, although in general terms, it’s a fragrance too dense for its qualities to be appreciated well. The floral aspect gets buried by the sweetness, and let’s not even talk about the woods. So it can’t be used in hot weather, and in winter it goes unnoticed due to lack of longevity and projection. A contradictory perfume. Neither fresh nor warm. Anyway, an intimate fragrance, skin-scent only. I enjoy it best at home. I love the aroma, but it’s completely impractical for outdoors. It could have been one of the best fragrances of recent years if they had just refined those details.

  • antonio_g_mad

I bought the 200ml version from Perfume’s Club Spain, so I don’t think it’s fake, but the longevity is non-existent. The opening is potent, which should theoretically help with projection, but it doesn’t matter; you could spray the whole bottle and it burns out in an hour (maybe that’s why it’s called ‘Flame’). It lasts decently on clothes, but with minimal projection. I like the trail, but only if you love loud, sweet, and citrusy scents like Scandal. I like both; this Versace Flame is less sweet and more sophisticated than Scandal thanks to that pepper opening. Scandal isn’t a beast in longevity either, but Flame loses to it by a landslide. Armaf’s Odyssey Mandarin Sky beats both in performance. I’m getting less and less interested in buying designer fragrances. Also, the last time I bought a 200ml bottle, I read many complaints about how they fill those milliliters—do they use water?

  • Santiago Barboza

One of the first fragrances I bought when starting my collection. Eros Flame is a beast; I love the opening with its great citrus presence and pepper note. As it dries down, it feels citrusy and sweet due to the vanilla and tonka bean. Despite everything people say, I don’t feel the wood notes are overshadowed; I expected more from them, but it’s not bad. I wouldn’t wear it in hot climates or enclosed spaces like a classroom, but it’s perfect for a night out, meeting, or party. As a daily wear, it’s fine, though very climate-dependent. In my case, the performance is great, around 7-8 hours, which is more than enough. It leaves a slightly subtle trail if you don’t apply it well (about 7-8 sprays would be ideal). If you’re looking to stand out and get compliments, it’s a great option; if you want something fresher and more versatile, I recommend Eros EDP. Sincerely, it’s a spectacular fragrance that I’ll buy again in the future.

  • Aka_Kaiser22

Mixed feelings. I’m not a huge fan of citrus, but I decided to give it a try. Is it great? No. Is it bad? Not at all. Is it the best in the Eros line? Nowhere near. For me, it’s a bit overrated. The opening from Flame is terrifying: sharp lemon and pepper that anesthetize your sense of smell. The lemon is so strong it smells like detergent, and you can’t appreciate the other notes. It’s just lemon and pepper with a distant touch of tonka bean. Short and sillage-poor. The positives: decent longevity and trail. If you like citrus, you’re welcome to the club; if not, it’s totally forgetable, as is my case.

  • Suitable for day and night; maybe pricey for daily use but valid for special occasions. Without trying to draw attention, anyone who notices will compliment it. It has a rich, addictive citrus and spicy scent. Worth owning, and I guarantee you’ll regret running out of the bottle.

  • samuelfitperfumes

Perfect and the best of the Eros line. Opens citrusy and dries down vanilla. Beautiful evolution, long-lasting, and projects well. Absolutely delicious!

  • My best friend always wears this, and I’ve tried it many times. People rave about this designer fragrance, but don’t get me wrong—it’s not ugly… just overrated. It’s a candied mandarin, like a hard candy, lacking the magic many describe. If you’re looking for something similar, SWY Absolutely is definitely a better option.

  • Leoalex9814

Addictive opening; it’s practically my best citrus. I bought the 200ml because I fell in love with the opening, but the performance is terrible: with 15 sprays it lasts a maximum of 2 hours, and projection is only good for the first hour; then it disappears. Compared to Al Haramain Aqua Dubai, this one is short-lived and expensive, while the other lasts longer and costs less. If it lasted longer, it would be a 10/10; it’s the most versatile option for day, night, and all seasons.

  • I love it: the citrus opening is addictive and long-lasting. The downside is the dry-down; it smells like vanilla and something I can’t identify. They paint it as suffocating and super-vanilla, but nah—it’s fine during the day if you don’t drench yourself in it. Aside from the dry-down, for me it’s a 10/10.

  • 03_Santiago

I’ve worn this for years, stopped for a while because it’s too overwhelming indoors, but it smells rich and masculine; just watch your sprays and timing. Lasts about 5 hours projecting on me, though others say it doesn’t last on skin. It has a serious, spiced character—nothing fun—but I love how it evolves from the opening to the dry-down.

  • At first, it’s citrusy and versatile (avoid it in summer), then it turns sweet without being as vanilla-heavy as people claim; I smell more of a sweet mandarin like marmalade mixed with creamy sandalwood and a hint of pepper that doesn’t stand out on my skin until the vanilla finally emerges at the end. The dry-down is delicious, seductive, and sexy; it will definitely attract whoever is around.

  • For me, it’s the best Eros: top-tier projection and longevity. It’s versatile for day or night, but in extreme heat the vanilla can become cloying, so I’d avoid wearing it then.
