I love it! I had smelled Yes I Am a long time ago and thought it was very common; I didn’t know about this flanker but found it while browsing; based on the notes and reviews, I decided to try it. To my surprise, I haven’t stopped thinking about it, so I bought it. It’s a juicy sweet chocolate with a bitter touch, I imagine from the orange and cardamomo, it makes me drool haha. If you love the combination of chocolate and citrus, this is for you. Yes, I feel the weak longevity, the heart doesn’t last anything and only the sandalwood remains, but like any good dessert, the euphoria and sugar rush are at the beginning.
My mother and I tried it. Neither of us liked it; it smells like bitter chocolate and unfriendly. I didn’t like it at all.
I like it dry, I’m not crazy about it but I’m not dissatisfied either. I’ve smelled Good Girl normal and Supreme; they don’t smell the same but they go in the same line. For me, it’s not unique or special. It does smell like chocolate, synthetic but pleasant, not realistic or gourmand. For me, gourmand is when my mouth waters and I feel like I could eat it. This one is very sweet, but synthetic, it doesn’t emulate real chocolate. I see comments saying it’s bitter, I feel it’s sweet. It’s easy to like if you enjoy perfumes like Good Girl, La Vie Est Belle, or Sound of Donna. If I point out a flaw, it’s that it doesn’t last too long on me: it projects for the first 2 hours and lasts about 4 hours on skin. Luckily I bought the cheap 30ml version, so I don’t feel like I’m wasting money; I like it and would use it for autumn-winter night outings for short trips, before it abandons me, because I’m not the type to carry perfumes in my bag. I wouldn’t buy it again.
It’s a chocolate perfume 🍫✌️. Although there are many with that note, it’s hard for them to smell like real chocolate (Chocolat Greedy is also a good option, but more vanilla, just like the Sephora one). Citrus notes show up sometimes, but the chocolate is always there. In my opinion, it has the same base as the entire Yes I Am line.
I’m smelling the sample: it’s a 70% cocoa-type chocolate, the cocoa is noticeable and a sweet piece, not as much as milk chocolate, more towards cocoa. When it dries, vanilla appears with the flowers in the background. In the dry-down, it smells the same as on the paper, great, the cocoa holds up. I don’t smell it creamy or balsamic, silky until dry-down; initially it’s powdery and dry, the flowers give it freshness and moisture. It doesn’t remind me of the original Yes I Am, that one is sweeter and simpler. When it dries, it takes on a milky creaminess like a very pleasant body lotion (I fell in love). It’s friendly; on paper it doesn’t seem to have much sillage (edit: yes, it does), smells feminine, I imagine a shower product with this scent more than a perfume. It’s rich, but that leaves me hesitating. It reminds me of Private Show and Prerogative by Britney. (edit: now that I’m using it, I have a better perception, it smells rich, addictive due to the chocolate and vanilla gourmand, then clean fresh floral notes 🧼). ⭐️Comparison with Hugo Boss Private Accord: I was going to choose that one, but I returned it and got the Cacharel. This one is sweeter, creamier, more gourmand. The Boss one is more luxurious, lasts longer, is more cosmetic, and less sweet. Both are excellent, but even if it lasts only a breath, I’ll stick with I Am Delicious because I was looking for something more gourmand. The bottle of this flanker is prettier, nude brown tones and lacquered.
To me, it’s a The Scent Private Accord by Hugo Boss but with a more refreshing mandarin; they’re somewhat similar. Does it resemble Chocolate Greedy by Montale? Not at all, that smells like cookies with chips and nuts (very realistic). Nor does it remind me of Angel Muse by Mugler. Yes I Am Delicious is delicious; the mandarin makes it refreshing, suitable all year round, neither too wintery nor summery. Performance: meh, lasts about 5 hours with moderate sillage, although the opening is potent. Would I buy it again? Yes.
A disappointment, luckily I didn’t buy it blindly. Not only does it last nothing, but the first thing I noticed was a very alcoholic opening, followed by artificial chocolate, like room spray. I didn’t find it pleasant, just alcohol and bitter chocolate that hits for 5 minutes and disappears. I would only buy from the line for the bottle and choose the first one.
I see it as a scent for all ages. Creamy, sweet with a touch of acidity. On my skin, it’s like milk chocolate, citrus, and berries (I imagine strawberries with chocolate). Super gourmand but not cloying, rather light and wearable, so I enjoy it in summer too. I don’t feel it’s heavy, but refreshing thanks to the citrus. On my skin it lasts about 9 hours, although fragrances usually don’t last on me (yes, I applied quite a bit).
Too much bitter chocolate and coffee on my skin, I don’t feel anything else. Hard to wear, I didn’t find it pleasant. I can’t figure out when to use it, maybe at home, on the couch reading, with intense cold. It lacks a note to balance it; it’s just too bitter. It didn’t last longer than a cup of chocolate in my hand.
Yes, it’s me, delicious 🍫. This Cacharel is super simple: orange, cocoa, bitter chocolate, and a hint of hazelnut. It’s the quintessential gourmand. Although the orange blossom takes away a bit of the edible effect, on my skin it smells like chocolate with a slight floral touch, nothing more. I use it a lot on winter nights because I loved that scent coming off my skin when I went to bed. It’s not a powerhouse, but I like it just for that: for sleeping. Yes, it smells quite synthetic, but it’s very easy to wear. Scent: 🍫🍫 Longevity: 🍫🍫
It’s very similar to Natura’s Kriska, so for me, it’s nothing new. It’s a chocolatey, warm perfume with sandalwood and white flowers. The performance is good for what it offers, but the nuances are subtle. I prefer the Kriska, which has more punch and a distinct spicy facet.
I’m here to share my take. I read many bad reviews and felt regretful about buying without testing, but I ended up with a great experience. I love orange; my favorite is Britney’s Hidden Fantasy, which isn’t as popular and is exquisite, though it doesn’t last long and I’m obsessed with that. I was expecting something more intense and scandalous for summer with Yes I Am Delicious, but it’s the opposite: dry, chocolatey, like opening a cocoa jar. It’s a serious chocolate; the bitterness doesn’t bother because it balances with the orange without being cloying. If you’re looking for a chocolate cupcake loaded with frosting and caramel, this isn’t it. If you want wearable chocolate, you’ll love it.
I really like it; it smells rich like milk chocolate, literally like a drink. I love it. It’s not overwhelming and is very wearable. I recommend it for cold weather, though it works year-round. It lasts 3 to 4 hours, so you need to reapply. The trail is wide, and everyone can smell it.
I’m not a fan of Cacharel perfumes in general, but this one is a hit. If you love smelling like chocolate all day, it’s highly recommended. The longevity isn’t the best, lasting a max of 4 to 5 hours.
It arrived today along with the Glorious, which is my favorite. It’s a wonder for all ages—a sweet elegance that isn’t cloying. After a shower, I sprayed it on my arm and it still lingers. You can buy it blind and gift it with confidence.
Seeing the chocolate note, I thought it would be unisex or less feminine; as a guy, I figured if it smelled like chocolate, I’d wear it. I was totally wrong. I ordered it blindly and gave it to my mom. They really make the chocolate note very feminine, which isn’t bad for them.
I hated it. The jasmine note is way too strong and drowns out the chocolate; nothing youthful about it. It’s cloying and bad.
What a crazy idea, haha, it smells like Christmas hot chocolate. I love sweet and gourmand scents, so I liked it, but it felt too realistic for my taste. Make sure the public actually likes this as much as you think.
I have conflicts with this scent. I was looking for a chocolate gourmand and girly vibe, but it smells more like woody cocoa, spicy, and unisex. It’s interesting and not overwhelming, so it’s okay. It doesn’t seem like the Natura version; it’s closer to Oriflame’s Love Potion. Don’t buy it blindly.
Cocoa, cocoa. Scarce longevity.
Bitter chocolate with sandalwood smells like sweet makeup on my skin. I bought it on sale and couldn’t resist. It doesn’t last long, but for the price, I’d rather have this than Black Opium Extreme, which is way too dark.
Only in the opening does it smell like chocolate, then almonds and a vague memory of a lily; it doesn’t smell much like makeup to me, which is what I expected.
After seeing many reviews and being on my wishlist for a long time, I finally got it. I couldn’t try it in-store and it apparently doesn’t suit my skin. Although you can feel the chocolate and tangerine, a scent stands out that at first I’d say is mentholated, but it must be the cardamom that makes it masculine. I’ll keep it and give it a chance later; I hope that with time another note balances it as it matures and becomes that chocolate perfume I desired.
Something unusual happened to me with this perfume; I think I’ve never had an experience like this before. Here it goes: I bought it for my daughter, who had a fixed idea of a chocolate perfume. I bought it blind because the perfumery didn’t have testers for the Cacharel brand (they did for others). When I got home, my happy daughter applied it and it was a horror: a strong, outdated, heavy floral aroma that gave me a headache, and worst of all, the scent wouldn’t go away. I had to take a nap that day, what a mess! I hated it for months and my daughter didn’t use it either. After that time, one day she came to see me at night for a movie and wow! I suddenly craved ‘Nutella’; I paid attention and it was due to a faint Nutella scent coming from my daughter. I asked her and she told me she had only applied a minimal amount because the first time it sat so badly on me. I got a bit closer, since she had it very close to her skin, and it was a pleasant surprise: very different from the first time, now a faint almond-chocolate scent (Nutella) predominated, not very sweet, very well balanced with background spices and a subtle floral touch. Now my daughter uses it frequently; it’s enchanting, with medium projection and about 8 hours longevity. It tends to project and last longer if also applied on clothes. I think it’s for all ages, versatile: for work, classes, casual outings, etc., except for special or elegant occasions. It suits me better in autumnal, winter weather, or those times of day that aren’t hot, afternoons or nights. It’s a very cozy aroma to enjoy a cozy evening or a good rest.
In my search for a winter and gourmand perfume, I came across this. At first you feel the delicious, pleasant, soft cocoa, nothing annoying. But after a while I start to notice the sandalwood scent, which has nothing to do with the gourmand I expected. Most of the time it smells like a boring perfume that doesn’t distinguish itself from any other. It ends feeling like white flowers. The truth is, it turned out to be a boring perfume, I wouldn’t buy it under any circumstances.
I LOVE this perfume; I tried it once and I’m convinced I must own it. It opens with a fresh orange note that quickly gives way to hazelnuts and cocoa pod, very very delicious. Then it dries down, I sense a bit of bergamot flower and soon it turns into a sweeter scent, chocolate; that rich cocoa note dries down very dry. It doesn’t last or project much, but it’s too delicious, give it a chance. EDIT: now Yes I am Delicious is part of my collection and, what can I say?, it’s exquisite. The problem is that it lasts very little. I think it’s been criticized because many people say it doesn’t smell like ‘Nutella’; no, it doesn’t smell like cocoa cream, nor does it claim to. But it smells like fresh cocoa with hazelnuts, for real. What a pity they’re discontinuing it.
It’s quite pleasant to the nose, sweet without being overwhelming; I’d describe it as cocoa milk and hazelnuts. The problem is its trail and longevity: after two hours it’s almost gone:( on both clothes and skin. At least, for the price you can get it in Chile, it doesn’t hurt too much to replicate it, haha.
How addictive is this. I tried it years ago and liked it but didn’t dare to buy it; now I own it and wow, I regret not buying it sooner. It’s a warm chocolate but not gourmand, no no. It’s bitter chocolate with citrus and white flowers, that’s how I feel it. It’s spectacular for this cold weather and doesn’t bother in the office. What I like most is that cocoa with sandalwood as it dries down, spectacular. Yes, I don’t see it for a teenager, it’s for a woman 30 and up. In heat I don’t recommend it… It’s super good for layering since it’s compatible with warm, spicy, amber, and sweet scents.
In my endless search for a perfume with cocoa (I already have several like Good Girl, Angel, and Nebras, but I wanted something softer) I found this, totally unique, for better or worse depending on taste. The opening is literal, like unwrapping a Ferrero Rocher or Cola Cao/Nesquik: soft hazelnut cocoa. Obviously it’s synthetic, like many perfumes. You can detect a tiny hint of citrus/acidity almost imperceptible, and after a few hours it turns into a bit of a ‘makeup scent’ with a lot of jasmine. From the start it captivated me; I think it’s versatile because although it has a touch more elegance and maturity, it’s not sharp or uncomfortable. The opening is intense but softens with the jasmine, just like I experience with another Yes I am (Glorious). In short, I think it’s worth trying or buying at least once to decide if you’ll keep buying it.
I was looking for something in this line and couldn’t decide until I saw Yes, I am Delicious; the name fits perfectly and, believe me, it smells exactly what it says. It starts citrusy with tangerine and bergamot that caught me off guard but I loved them. Then comes the chocolate and hazelnuts, not sweet but very perceptible, giving it warmth. It closes with a touch of talcum powder, very subtle, like perfumed powder. It’s feminine, delicate, spicy, citrusy, and powdery. It works well day or night; it doesn’t overwhelm but wraps you gently. I love it and I think it will be one of my favorites. The only downside is that it has low projection, but despite that, I hope to keep it in my collection for a long time.
Unfortunately, I smell the cardamomo way too much in the opening, so much that I barely perceive the rest of the notes.
Ugh, I read several reviews and decided to buy it, but it was a disappointment. I smell the cocoa, but very subtly, and there’s no sweetness at all. I love sweet gourmand perfumes that make you want to eat them, and this one doesn’t deliver. At least I bought the 30ml version.
It smells like sniffing a jar of cocoa powder, bitter and dry chocolate. I didn’t like it. The Kriska Arrasa is similar in the bitter chocolate part but is much sweeter, it has vanilla that accompanies and balances it.
I like it, but not as I expected. According to reviews, it was supposed to be a chocolate bonbon, but on my skin it’s powdery, dry, bitter cocoa, with lots of orange and a makeup smell. I recommend it for fall, versatile, and not overwhelming. I could wear it any time. But if you’re looking for sweet chocolate like Nutella, Milka, or Ferrero, this is NOT it. I give it 6/10.
Good evening, community. Let’s get straight to the point: it’s disgusting. Poorly executed synthetic chocolate, like a chocolate cake that disappoints when you eat it and leaves a bad aftertaste. A sweet cocktail without definition with a hint of chocolate, and on top of that, it doesn’t last an hour. The Yes I Am line is decent, nothing special, but all of them work except this one. Ew.
I tried it out of curiosity due to the name and the sweet concept, but my experience was different. The opening surprised me with prominent citrus and white flowers. I barely noticed the cocoa, very subtle as a background note. It quickly evolved into a powdery floral scent, like old makeup or classic powders. I didn’t dislike it, but it’s not my style. It feels mature, elegant, and classic, perfect for a woman with presence and that effortless ‘wow’ factor. If you’re looking for something sweet, warm, and cozy like a dessert or a blanket, this isn’t it. There’s no cloying gourmand or excessive vanilla. It’s a powdery floral with a discreet, sophisticated sweetness. I recommend it for those who love vintage, powdery florals with a measured sweetness. Interesting, but not for everyone.
Yes I Am Delicious is sweet and gourmand, wrapping you in a cloud of chocolate and hazelnuts. It’s like a dessert in a bottle, but with a citrus twist that makes it more wearable. It’s not groundbreaking, but it’s a great option if you like sweet scents. Perfect for fall and winter, casual wear, like going to the movies or a late afternoon with friends. Ideal for someone cheerful and youthful. I’ll give it another shot by layering it with another perfume.
It’s a sweet fragrance where the first thing you notice is the chocolate or cocoa and hazelnuts, just like the name ‘Delicious’ suggests. It’s creamy and enveloping.
I absolutely love it! It’s versatile for cold or hot weather thanks to its super noticeable citrus and chocolate notes, an interesting combination. It has good longevity and projection, though not huge. I’ve already bought three bottles and will keep using it because it’s different from the typical fruity or floral chocolate scents.
It’s an industrial chocolate bomb that has nothing to do with Cacharel. Once the chocolate fades, it leaves behind an attractive but weak floral chypre trail. If you’re looking for tastier chocolate, Zara has the right one.
