I had high expectations based on the reviews and notes, and it didn’t disappoint me at all. From the very first spray, I clearly detect the lemon, orange, and rum. As the hours pass, what I perceive most is the orange blossom, which fades in intensity but the scent remains just as strong as the beginning, and the vanilla also becomes more noticeable. I love this perfume.
Just as the name says, it smells mostly like lemon caramel. In Chile, it smells exactly like the “full” candies, check it out. It starts with a super delicate, feminine, smooth, and sophisticated opening, but after a few minutes, it’s left smelling only like “full” candy, which totally discouraged me. A definite no for me.
It feels totally strong and delicious: panacotta and lemon. It smells like a lemon pudding with glaze on top, very candied. The vanilla is more intense than in the Intense version; I’ll test the longevity.
What else can you say about this gem? It’s simply delicious. The opening is a sweet citrus, a wonderful candied lemon that softens into vanilla, like a flan bathed in caramel. Finally, it transforms into a delicious lemon foot that soaks into the skin for hours, leaving an incredible trail. It lasts all day on me and days on clothes. I adored this fragrance; in my opinion, it’s the best by Dolce&Gabbana, ideal for autumn and winter due to its sweetness and warmth. It’s my signature scent; with it, I feel sophisticated, sparkling, and invincible. I love it.
I was hesitant to try it, but in the end, I’ve fallen for it. I’ve been wearing it these last few weeks, and it’s a good perfume. It opens with a sugared lemon, then transitions to a liquor-soaked cake, very realistic. On my skin, the liquor note is very prominent, which lasts the longest and gives it a sexy vibe. It doesn’t last more than 4-5 hours, and the trail is 1-2 hours, although it lingers more on clothes. It’s pretty, I like it, but I think it’s too sweet for me; I’ll try it again in winter. Edit Oct.: With the cold, I use it a lot, so the problem was the high temperatures.
It smells like a vanilla and lemon dessert, and the rum gives it that unique touch. If you’re a gourmand fragrance fanatic, you’ll probably love it just as much as I do.
Smells like lemon pie, it’s exquisite. It has a citrus lemon opening, then turns into a sweet little lemon cake, and finishes just like the lemon pie scent. So rich, with great sillage. Lasts less than 6 hours on my skin, but has massive projection.
At first, I didn’t like it, but within a couple of minutes, I started to get into it. I’m not a huge fan of gourmand fragrances. For Chileans, it smells like a lemon frugelé, but over time, it turns into a pleasant vanilla. I wouldn’t buy it again.
I was looking for something captivating, and this is the trendiest one. At first, testing it in the store felt weird, but once I put it on my wrist, it smelled amazing! It doesn’t smell like cookies or lemon feet; it smells like summer, like sunscreen. Sounds great, but after a while, it becomes annoying, heavy, and even gives me nausea. I wouldn’t buy it because it wore me out, although the scent on my sweater the next day actually smelled nice. In the end, I’m not buying it.
It smells very synthetic, and yet I absolutely love it. The lemon reminds me of my boyfriend’s car air freshener; sometimes the acidity stands out, then the orange blossom (which I adore) appears, and occasionally, luckily less so, a musty boozy note, all wrapped in super intense vanilla. It seduces me a lot. It’s hyper-sweet, but I see it for any season or occasion, although it can come off as synthetic or like a room freshener.
So delicious, very tasty, but it doesn’t last at all on me.
Smells like lemon pie. I love it!
I read the reviews and went to try it excited. I’m not a huge fan of very sweet perfumes but I wanted to smell that lemon cake. The disappointment was huge. From the first minute it smelled like burnt plastic smoke. I don’t know if it’s the rum or the vanilla that doesn’t suit me, because I tried the Lattafa Eclaire and it also smelled like synthetic plastic. Don’t recommend buying blind. The bottle is gorgeous, but the scent is burnt plastic. There’s no lemon or vanilla… horrible.
It doesn’t exude sensuality; it smells like a teenager receiving their first perfume. It’s pleasant, rich, and creamy with a syrupy citrus note. Reminds me of freshly baked cookies and Christmas parties. It’s nothing new or impressive, has an artificial touch that doesn’t bother me. I own the Lattafa Victoria, which is the exact and finer imitation, so I mix them to boost aroma and longevity. Cute, innocent, and sweet. Yes, I’d repurchase!
I didn’t like it. I gifted it and she loved it, thinking it smelled like a lemon cake with liquor. On my skin it smelled okay, but I couldn’t handle the rum note. I’ll try the nude pink bottle…
One of my favorites. Saw the bottle photos and mixed reviews, and I heard it as soon as it arrived in Mexico. The opening is an intense lemon, like cleaner, but fades quickly. Then you feel the sweetness and creaminess of panna cotta and the spicy rum touch. I always thought it smelled like eating lemon pie with chai. It’s warm and delicious, ideal for those who love smelling like mantecadas. Not recommended for hot weather.
The bottle is divine and elegant. Bought it blind and have zero regrets. If you like vanilla, this is yours. Smells like a gourmand dessert, sweet but not cloying. Lasted on my skin for over 8 hours; even at 5 hours it still smelled perfect.
It’s the most gourmand one I know, smells like almond alfajores. It’s playful and cute, but I won’t keep it in my collection due to the price. It lacks a spark and the evolution is very linear. The bottle is pretty, but the scent feels like pure marketing.
For gourmand lovers, this is the best I’ve tried. Smells exactly like lemon pie as the reviews say. Longevity and sillage are top-notch, noticeable for hours. It feels very youthful, so I gifted it to my teenage daughter and she adores it.
Smells like a Roscón de Reyes or panettone with honey and citrus. It’s super cozy, but I’d love a more potent version.
This fragrance is loved by many but also hated; I adore it, it’s one of my favorite designer scents. Created by the iconic Olivier Cresp (whom I had the honor of interviewing about his new Akro launch, and we also chatted about this gem). It has excellent longevity and smells like a lemon tart, but you can tell vanilla is more prominent. Yes, it’s sweet, but not as cloying as many say… on many apps they claim it contains panna cotta, but no, it doesn’t (little secret, no secret at all, Olivier himself told me that). I recommend it only for cold weather (fall and winter), both day and night. People have been complimenting it a lot during those seasons. As a bonus, the bottle is gorgeous.
No doubt about it: no one does citrus like Olivier Cresp… he’s a legend! I don’t know what else to say that hasn’t already been said. Even though it stays linear from start to finish, it’s such a delightful experience that I could wear it all day without caring that the notes don’t evolve further. It smells like a drunk lemon pie, and that drunk has rum that Victoria doesn’t, but otherwise they’re almost identical on my skin, with Victoria even winning because for about 20 minutes it shows fresh lemon followed by sweetness… I love perfumes like this, I need to find others with lemon and sugar!
This perfume is amazing! It smells like burnt lemon pie with a hint of rum that gets you drunk on the scent and makes you want to sniff it over and over… Wherever I go, I get compliments and people always ask for the name. If you’re a woman with character, bold, and not afraid to leave a mark… this one is for you!
What can I say about one of my all-time favorites? To me, it’s a work of art. I’m a huge fan of sweet and gourmand scents, so when people say they’re disappointed, I don’t know what else to ask for. I own both versions and prefer this one over the Intense. The Intense does last longer, and I detect more hazelnut and orange at the start rather than lemon; being more intense, I find it less versatile. I LOVE BOTH, but if I had to pick one, it’s definitely this one without a doubt. It brings me so many compliments. It’s like a glazed lemon pudding so sweet it doesn’t smell very citrusy; it smells incredible, edible yet elegant. One of my top picks, and I feel so much love for it: it’s precious!
I’ve kept my distance from vanilla scents for a long time, but I like this one for its floral composition, thanks to the orange blossom. This white flower shines from start to finish. Although I read here that the rum is noticeable, on my skin the orange blossom steals the show, with vanilla lingering in the background. I love it for cold winter days and autumn afternoons.
Smells great, but it’s not all that hype, a bit overrated. I actually like the ad more than the perfume itself.
It smells like vanilla pancake with orange. I loved it at first, but then it gave me a headache. It’s very sweet, so only for winter. Don’t buy it blindly or wear it on the subway during rush hour. P.S.: It lasts forever.
Smells like a fresh lemon tart with a crumbled cookie base and a splash of rum on a Seville terrace. Very delicious, but I’m a bit tired of seeing the ad everywhere. Maybe I’ll buy it later when it’s not so visible.
It’s my third expensive designer perfume, so my nose isn’t trained yet. But the moment I applied it to my wrist, I fell in love, especially with how it evolves. I’d read it smelled like lemon tart with church incense, and yes, it’s exactly that. As a lover of both scents, it’s PERFECTION. And the bottle? Simply gorgeous!
At first, it didn’t grab me, so I left it in the closet for a few months, and now it’s my absolute favorite. You can smell every single note; it’s sweet but with a citrus twist, perfect for cold weather. On my skin, it lasts about 24 hours.
I bought the limited-edition little heart bottle on sale. I tested it in 20ml, and three times I’ve worn it, people have asked and complimented me—even a stranger approached. It’s a simple, straight-forward floral-vanilla scent with no tricks and nothing special, but incredibly enjoyable. I usually prefer unique, non-mainstream proposals, but here I enjoy the standard, and so do others. I’ll restock it because, even though it’s familiar, it makes a difference.
I already have it in my collection. I’m a gourmand lover, but not of just any kind. I like it for the lemon touch and the milky, creamy development. At first, I feared it would be flat—just lemon with sugar—but not at all. Later, I detect plenty of panna cotta and vanilla. The orange blossom is integrated, giving it a clean touch that makes it a mature, light, and elegant scent. It doesn’t have a huge sillage, but since I just bought it, I’m not sure yet. I don’t care because I want to smell good on myself and for anyone hugging me to enjoy it without overwhelming anyone. I love it!
At first, it smells like orange blossom water from Christmas bread, then candied lemon—it’s not really citrusy. Later, the vanilla settles in and makes it addictive. It evolves on the skin: vanilla without florals, pleasant, warm, and very sensual.
Beautiful perfume. A well-gourmand lemon cake fragrance perfect for fresh weather. Worth owning and easy to wear.
I don’t like it.
People do ask what I’m wearing. It reminds me of lemon cake. I prefer the heart notes over the top notes, and I’d buy it again.
Smells like Roscón de Reyes to me.
Bought it blind and I’m torn. The lemon suits me perfectly, but that sweetness feels weird and I’m not convinced yet.
Exquisite. The vanilla is delicious; I smell more orange skin than lemon, giving it an elegant vibe. Medium longevity, super feminine and gourmand. Don’t buy blind—it evolves minute by minute on the skin. A great perfume.
I gifted it and it seems too plain. More suitable for teens. Blind buy that didn’t work out 😭.
