Descripción

Chocolovers by Aquolina is an oriental vanilla fragrance for men and women. Launched in 2006, this composition was created by Givaudan and Shyamala Maisondieu. The top notes unfold with a vibrant citrus blend of orange, lemon, and bergamot; the heart reveals an unusual mix of hazelnut, coriander, and valley lily; while the base notes land on a warm, sensual foundation of vanilla, musk, and patchouli.

  • People around you will think there’s a chocolate cake nearby. They won’t assume you’re wearing the scent. Imagine biting into a chocolate cookie filled with orange cream. Delicious.

I absolutely hate it. It smells like pure chocolate, as if you’d slather your body with an orange chocolate bar and walk around like that forever. It gave me the sensation of having baked a chocolate cake and not washing my hands afterward. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I hate it. It smells like pure chocolate, as if you’d smear a chocolate bar with orange all over your body and walk around like that. It gave me the feeling of having baked a chocolate cake and not washing my hands afterward. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Chocolovers delivers on its promise: straight-up chocolate with a zesty orange kick. At first, that chocolate is dense and made me think it might be a hard-to-wear scent, just like crisiclaudia said. But after ten minutes, the intensity drops, vanilla takes the lead with a citrusy lemon hint, and that creamy chocolate base lingers. The musk is the real hero here, adding freshness and cleanliness to keep it from becoming a sticky disaster. It’s super comfortable and pleasant if you like sweets; today was my first try and the compliments never stopped. I loved the evolution, which starts with more citrus notes before settling into something sweeter. The trail is huge, lasts about 8 hours, and clings nicely to the skin. Perfect for casual wear in fall and winter.
