Descripción

K by Dolce & Gabbana Parfum by Dolce&Gabbana is an oriental vanilla fragrance for men. This creation, signed by Daphné Bugey, was launched in 2025 and is presented as a new addition to the brand's catalog. Its olfactive pyramid unfolds with a top of fig and caramel, giving way to a heart of licorice, while the base settles on sandalwood and woody notes.

  • The K Parfum by Dolce & Gabbana opens a new aromatic window that is citrusy, woody, and slightly spicy, adding to the three previous versions of the K line with the Italian house’s firm intention to solidify it as its major men’s bet. The opening repeats that fresh blast with slightly sweet, citrusy accords and conifer nuances in the tradition of the classic aromatic. There are sensations of spicy notes in its development, with a dry-down that tends to be darker and woodier without losing its aromatic vocation. It’s an edition I find more complex, dark, and deep than the previous K Intense, although the fig and coconut accords over a leather base repeat with the sobriety of the earlier version. Against the sporty, soapy, and casual concept with lavender in the EDT and EDP, the fig makes the Parfum more versatile, less cold, and sweeter, with a more pronounced, woody patchouli and an absolutely masculine trail with a persistence that easily beats 8 hours to the delight of the most demanding. In conclusion, Daphne Bugey’s tweaks to round off an already beautiful and underestimated creation place the K Parfum among the most successful, interesting, and hierarchical launches of the season.

  • The K Parfum by Dolce Gabbana is fruity, sweet, and woody. At first, it smells of sweet fig, slightly cloying, a phase I didn’t like much, although it keeps that fig scent found throughout the K line. After about 30 minutes, woody accords become noticeable, probably sandalwood, which improve and balance the initial sweetness. From there, it smells of fig and woods until it fades. It’s geared towards autumn and winter due to its sweet and warm woody notes, perfect for night outs, with friends, etc. Its longevity stayed with me for just over 8 hours with a regular sillage. So far, no fragrance from the K line has truly won me over; some seemed better but never to the point of wanting to buy one, and this is no different for me, but that’s just my thing with this line, so try the fragrance yourself and form your own opinion.

A bomb! It differs significantly from the EDP; the woody notes are more pronounced, and at first, it smells much rounder than the EDP (which to me smells like herbs and lavender that don’t blend well with the sandalwood). Very harmonious, with base notes always present, though the fig is noticeable at the start and feels great. On my skin, it dries down linearly, which suits me perfectly. Maybe not ideal for very hot days; I find it a bit heavy but super versatile. It reminded me a bit of the ADN from Nuit de l’Homme (not the EDP version). In terms of longevity, it easily lasts over 6 hours on the skin and days on clothes, with good projection that I haven’t fully noticed yet regarding duration. If you didn’t like the EDT or EDP, try the Parfum because it’s very different.

  • Rich scent, but once it dries down it becomes less citrusy, more mature than the EDP and definitely more so than the EDT. I’d recommend it without a doubt, though it’s better suited for evening or night. Longevity is good, as expected for a fragrance.
