Have you worn Vibrant Leather Warm?

Tell us how it opens, how it settles on your skin, how long it lasts and when you wear it.

  1. I like it, even if it’s not my favorite. It smells amazing on others—very subtle and elegant.

  2. I like it, but I don’t love it. Those around me find it very pleasant, subtle, and elegant.

  3. Currokontodo

Reminds me of Le Labo’s Another 13 thanks to that neutral touch. It’s very wearable, not a beast and doesn’t project much, but it smells great and improves as it dries down. Lasts quite a bit on my skin, smells clean, and when people get close, they get a crisp hit. Nothing to do with the original VL. Feels woody, with a touch of talc and something synthetic, but what more could you ask for? Now I’m testing it cold; in the heat, it works wonderfully.

  4. Works perfectly for me and delivers on its promise. Women love it, and I feel fresh and optimistic.

  5. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do for me. Women love it, and I feel fresh and optimistic.

  6. LaPaka

This is the worst of the ZVL line—no character, no identity, and zero projection. It’s incredibly weak, even below normal strength, and it gets completely lost when you smell it up close. I could write a whole essay, but it’s not worth the effort. At 20 euros/100ml, it’s ridiculously overpriced; Zara has other VLs that are a thousand times better.

I think it’s the worst of the ZVL line—lacking character, identity, and zero projection. It’s very faint, even weaker than the regular ZVL. If you smell the original, this gets completely overshadowed. I could write a lot, but it’s not worth it. 20 euros/100ml is way too expensive. Zara has other VLs that are infinitely better.

  8. I don’t detect the iris, but I like it quite a bit. It reminds me of White Soho, though it doesn’t smell like the original VL once it dries down; it’s a weird flanker, but I still like it.

  9. I don’t detect the iris, but I like it quite a bit and it does resemble White Soho. I don’t sense the similarity to the original VL when it dries down; it’s a weird flanker. Still, I like it.

  10. Sergiomerida959595

The most ordinary in the collection. It’s not bad, but that’s all it is.

  11. emiliopadron

I hate it. A bland scent with no personality that says nothing about itself. Shortly after applying it, it disappears. Out of all the Vibrant Leather options, this is the one I regret buying the most.

I hate it. A bland scent with no personality that says nothing about the wearer. It disappears after a short while. Out of all the Vibrant Leather fragrances, this is the one I regret buying the most.

  13. I don’t get what fragrance they’re talking about, but I put it on at 12:30 and by 7:30 I was getting compliments at the bar with my elbows on the table. Since most fragrances don’t work for me, this one is perfect and smells incredible. Today, a day later at 3:15 PM, I can still smell it right up close. Believe it or not—that’s my experience. On another note, it reminds me of the smell of peaches.

  14. I don’t get what people are talking about, but it works wonders for me. I put it on at 12:30 and by 7:30 PM at the bar, while holding my phone, I could still smell it on my other wrist. Since most fragrances don’t work for me, this one is fantastic and smells delicious. The next day at 3:15 PM, I’m still catching it on my skin. Whether you believe it or not, that’s my experience. Plus, it reminds me of the scent of peaches.

  15. daniiecrowley

A really bad attempt at riding the ‘Vibrant Leather’ name on the label. The opening is feminine, it fades in seconds, and then it’s gone. I’m not sure if White Soho, which it’s compared to, suffers the same fate, but it’s a disappointment. On my skin, it disappears completely in under an hour and stops projecting after half an hour. Totally forgettable. I kept the bottle because the scent reminds me of my grandmother.

It’s a terrible attempt to capitalize on the name Vibrant Leather on the label. The opening is feminine, it vanishes in seconds, and then the fragrance simply disappears. I don’t know if White Soho, which it’s compared to, suffers the same fate, but it’s a disappointment. On my skin, it’s completely gone in under an hour and stops projecting after half an hour; it’s totally forgettable. I kept the bottle because its scent reminds me of my grandmother.

  17. Anyone can try this at Zara for just 5.95€, but you’ll be disappointed: it lasts an incredibly short time, is barely noticeable, and has zero sillage. What a shame, because with that slight resemblance to Oud, it shouldn’t have diluted a collection that usually scores well.

There’s no projection even after an hour, even if you spray two shots or the whole bottle. Don’t waste your time or money.
