To me, this is the best cotton candy perfume out there. They relaunched the 2020 version in a different bottle; I loved it and sold out quickly, but now the scent doesn’t excite me as much. It’s a perfect dupe of Killian’s Love Don’t Be Shy, ideal for anyone who loves that aroma. Lasts really well. It’s similar to the Barbie perfume in the same Zara Kids section, just a bit more powdery.
A true masterpiece.
I’ve been wearing Love Don’t Be Shy imitations by Killian for years, and I have to say this Zara version has nothing to do with it… I don’t detect neroli, jasmine, or orange blossom; instead, it’s mostly marshmallow and talcum powder. I don’t get the hype. Maybe the old versions were similar to Killian, but this current one isn’t.
Oh, I don’t know the Kylian one, but this smells like Narciso, powder, and stuff like that: a slightly plastic note but with less vanilla, straight up orange blossom. It caught me off guard—totally adult and crazy that it’s from Zara Kids. I didn’t take it home because of that powdery spicy touch that just didn’t work for me in the original Narciso.
