Love this flanker! I’m not a fan of the original, but I’m currently drowning in this bomb; it’s one of the best things I’ve tried from Zara.
What I smell most is tonka bean and lots of leather; sometimes it smells like sweaty leather. Honestly, tonka bean smells great, but the leather turns me off. A bit disappointing, but since I bought 30 ml, I’ll probably sell it on Vinted.
Great buy; it smells just as good, if not better, than the Red Temptation & Vanille Extrait at a better price and quantity. At first, I thought I’d be overwhelmed by it in summer, but now it’s addictive and I love mixing it with wild ideas. It smells like vanilla with cocoa and praline, sweet and delicious, keeping the original’s base intact. It’s a beast mode perfume; I even enjoy it at 30 degrees. Edit: sometimes the dry-down is very dry, hard, and woody, perhaps due to the amber or leather, and it begs to be mixed with something sweet. The ideal mix is with Moonlight Whisper: more longevity and that delicious vanilla. Another option is Devotion, a marvel that has earned compliments.
Great buy because it smells the same (or even better) than Red Temptation & Vanille at a better price and quantity. At first, I thought I’d be overwhelmed by it in summer, but now it’s addictive and I’m itching to layer it with crazy ideas. On the skin, it dries down to an incredibly rich vanilla with a hint of cocoa. It opens sweet, fresh, and spicy, but as it dries, I enjoy that vanilla-cocoa-praline blend that I can’t stop smelling. It’s sweet and delicious while keeping the personality of the original in the background. It feels like a masterpiece. Even at 30 degrees, I wear it without any issues. Edit: sometimes the dry-down is too dry, hard, and woody, perhaps due to the amber or leather, and it begs to be layered to boost that caramelized vanilla. The ideal combo is with Moonlight Whisper: better longevity and it keeps that delicious Red Temptation vanilla alive. They blend into a complex, seductive scent. Another option: layer it with Devotion, a wonder that has earned me compliments.
The vanilla in this perfume is incredibly rich. It’s addictive; on my skin, it dries down to a caramelized vanilla with a toasted note, and the longevity is quite good. I’m not sure if it’s exactly like Red Temptation & Vanille, which I haven’t tried yet, but this flanker is a masterpiece.
The vanilla is rich and addictive. On my skin, it becomes caramelized with a toasted touch and lasts quite a bit. Maybe it’s like the Red Temptation & Vanille flanker; this one is a marvel.
One of Zara’s best, definitely forever. I enjoy all kinds of fragrances depending on the occasion, but this type of scent drives me crazy: addictive, sensual, warm, powerful, elegant, a delight. You’d easily think it’s niche. It makes me think of a femme fatale, fully dressed and made up, perhaps in a dark red dress, ready for a classic, elegant bar in London.
One of Zara’s best; I want it forever. These fragrances drive me crazy: addictive, sensual, warm, and powerful. They feel niche, making me think of a femme fatale in a red dress at a classic London bar.
Personally, it doesn’t hook me. On my skin, it smells like BR540, with zero sweetness or vanilla.
Personally, I’m not thrilled by it. On my skin, it smells basically like BR540, with zero trace of sweetness or vanilla.
I tried it in-store and it was delicious. It reminded me of Lattafa’s Eclaire. It smells pure vanilla and caramel.
It smells like vanilla, but there’s nothing special about it. No trace of caramel, honestly.
At first, it reminds me a bit of the old Bvlgari Black, then it softens into a vanilla and spice blend. It’s not bad and lasts quite a while.
I bought it because someone else loved it, but it just doesn’t work for me. I detect a tonka bean note or something hidden that smells like sweat. The longevity is brutal, better than many expensive perfumes, but I wouldn’t buy it again.
I loved it the first time I tried it and bought it on the spot, but wearing it at home is disgusting—it smells like my grandma. The longevity is insane, but once it dries down, it reverts to that old-lady scent. Sometimes I mix it with sweet vanillas to make it last, but it still ends up smelling like grandma.
