Bought this for my girlfriend and the performance is top-notch: projects for about two hours, then settles into a personal bubble within a meter, leaving a nice trail as you walk. Lasts around eight hours total. It compares to La Vie Est Belle Elixir in the initial raspberry burst with those pacifier-like grape notes, but this one has bergamot. Passion Temptation leans toward sweetened raspberries, while LVEB offers bright, sparkling raspberries; both feature saffron. The big difference is the dry-down: LVEB gives new leather mixed with cocoa butter, whereas here the leather is almost nonexistent, replaced by a praliné base carrying the DNA of Red Temptation. If you don’t like the BKR540 DNA, you probably won’t love this either.
Just picked it up and loved it in the store—even my daughter, who’s super picky about perfumes and rarely approves of my favorites, gave it a thumbs up. Worth trying, I’ll let you know how it wears down the road.
