I just bought it a few days ago and I LOVED it. Exquisite citrus notes are felt, I also notice the lavender that gives it that clean sensation mixed with musk. Its longevity is over 8 hours, something hard to find in this type of fragrance. It’s a citrus bomb that won’t leave you indifferent. Definitely a 10 out of 10.
Very rich fragrance, but I don’t know where they got the idea that it’s unisex; for me, it’s only unisex at the beginning and afterwards it’s 80% feminine. It reminds me a lot of Voyage by Hermès in its middle and final phases.
It’s pleasant, but for me, it’s just another little lemon fragrance. I wanted to try it because of the supposed creamy aroma, like lemon tart, that I read about. Probably they forgot to add the tart to the one I have because I only smell lemon.
I’ve tried several Mancera scents, and this, along with Aoud Vanille, was instant love at first sniff. This is a kick of lemon; together with amber and musk, they create a great synergy. Longevity, sillage, and projection are at a very good level. It doesn’t disappoint at all.
I can only say I love it! I’ve been in love with quality citrus perfumes for a while, and this is definitely one of them. The opening is like a freshly squeezed lemonade splashing on you, brutal! On the skin, a rich creamy note magically appears, accompanied by the initial lemon; we stay with this phase for 2-3 hours. Then the creamy part disappears, leaving the conjugated citrus with musk, a floral touch, and a woody note. Longevity: 8-9 hours. Projection: 1.5m in the first 2-3 hours, then bubble effect. If you love citrus, it’s a great fragrance. Note: it didn’t seem that good when I received it, but with time, it gets better and better.
I bought it blindly on sale at Notino (98.50€ instead of 150€) because I had heard great things. Honestly, I don’t notice the creaminess people talked about; it smells like lemon, yes, to no end, but not like lemon tart. The longevity and projection are decent for an EDP, it smells rich… but, would I recommend buying it? Yes, if you see it for under 100€ for 120 ml, give it a shot. If not, I wouldn’t pay 150€ just to smell like lemon.
Well, it did smell to me like everyone says, that is, lemon skin. So much so that I let my husband try it without telling him, and he thought the same: it smells like lemon cake. It’s not a bad smell at all, but it leans gourmand. In other words, it smells like edible citrus, not rind.
Smells like freshly squeezed lemon juice, then turns creamy. The first two hours are so bright you might even sneeze, but the dry-down is the best: creamy and it takes a 180-degree turn. Very rich, it mutates so much that it seems like the scent comes from somewhere else, not what you sprayed that morning…
Sweet lemon and zest everywhere! Super long-lasting, a niche you must have for summer or hot days. Worth it. It’s the best after Chanel Allure Blanche; they aren’t the same, but Mancera smells more natural. Good price and two sprays last 4 to 6 hours.
At first, it seems easy, but time changes everything. After the initial notes, it smells like lemon caramel. It’s super unisex, perfect for sunny days; it brings me comfort and lifts my mood, almost like a therapeutic scent.
It’s an excellent fragrance; I just ordered a new 2021 bottle with the magnetic cap, but they say it’s not what it used to be and that its longevity and projection are things of the past. I’ll wait to try it and then say if it’s true that its longevity has dropped; I hope I’m wrong.
It’s an incredibly potent citrus fragrance; as someone said, it reminds me of lemon candy, with the intensity of a HALLS. At first, it’s a bit harsh but tends toward creamy. It has good longevity; I wish Hermes Eau de Toilettes lasted as long. Problem: in my mind, it smells like floor cleaner. Although the composition is high quality, it smells like that. I find it interesting as an olfactory experience, but that’s it, and I certainly wouldn’t pay the price.
Among what it offers, it’s unique: citrusy, sweet, and potent. Some say it smells like lemon tart or lemon candies; it’s a sweet, long-lasting citrus, fairly simple, very fresh, ideal for summer and spring. I join the critiques saying it might seem synthetic or like a cleaning product, but the composition is high quality and well-blended. In my opinion, I consider it a feminine-leaning unisex.
Just bought it and I love citrus scents that make you salivate like you’re squeezing a lemon. The good thing is that while it shifts to something sweeter, it never loses that acidic edge for those who don’t like overly sweet fragrances.
Smells super acidic, lacking that sweet touch found in Allure Blanche. It’s linear and barely evolves into something sweet. The longevity is short, ‘just there.’ I’d always prefer Allure Blanche if it lasted longer. UPDATE: Once it dries down, the acidity fades and it’s not a lemon foot smell anymore; it’s skin-scent only. I don’t recommend it.
I tested a decant from two years ago and a new one, and I notice the scent has changed. Before, it was a more feminine floral citrus; now the citrus is sharper and the florals are toned down. It smells like lemon candies and feels overpriced. It only lasted about 3 hours.
What a letdown with high expectations. I bought Lemon Line based on good reviews, expecting a creamy lemon with lavender and oakmoss… but on my skin it’s linear: from start to finish, it smells like lemon candy, nothing creamy. I remember those lemon candies from the 90s my grandma gave you when you had a sore throat; that’s what it smells like. Lasts well, about 6 or 7 hours, but doesn’t project at all. It’s a decent, natural scent for temperate climates, but there are better options for the price. It didn’t convince me to keep it, though I know Mancera lovers or citrus fans will adore it. Maybe it’s a bad batch or reformulation, but always try before buying to avoid disappointment.
A good citrus with white florals and moss; lasts longer than the average citrus but isn’t a beast. It puts me in a good mood, but its flaw is that it’s very linear with no noticeable evolution, which is disappointing for the price. It’s unisex, a bit more intense than typical feminine scents, so I wouldn’t recommend it much for girls. It’s good, but not extraordinary.
My first niche fragrance; smells like natural lemon with a sweet touch. It’s not the same as Chanel Allure Edition Blanche, which is creamier; this is more citrusy. Lasts 6 to 8 hours with moderate sillage, perfect for hot weather. I wouldn’t wear it to very formal events, but it looks great for casual or semi-formal situations.
Test on skin for a full day before buying. It was a mistake to test and buy after just 10 minutes; it’s a great fragrance, but on my skin it lasts a maximum of 4 hours. I had hoped it would last at least 8 or 10. As a lesson for buying Mancera: better to keep the fragrance on your skin all day before purchasing. The initial scent is delicious, a hit of concentrated lemon soap, and it smells like lemon candies until the two-hour mark. After that, you feel a low concentration of musk (maybe that’s why it doesn’t last long on my skin; probably a batch issue).
Smells like real yellow lemon cake, with a spicy opening that softens into white florals. Lasts brutally on my skin for over 8 hours, projecting strongly even at a party or football game. Not a revolutionary scent, but given the ingredient quality and price, it’s worth it and has already earned me compliments (8/10).
I got compliments on the first day I wore it to the office. ‘Relaxing aroma’ is how I describe it, and that’s how others described it too. Recommended for the office on summer days or to lift your spirits on an ordinary morning.
I received it two weeks ago and have tested it decently. Look, it’s cool, but it’s very linear. If you’re entering the niche world expecting a ‘crazy lemony’ scent that evolves… this isn’t it. It opens like a lemon candy, similar to Nimm2, and turns bitter and slightly milky after half an hour (personally, I don’t smell any lemon pie anywhere), and that’s it, no more magic. Projection is strong at first, but then it settles into something normal, just like the longevity. I’ve received several compliments at the start because it’s striking to smell so much lemon, but then it fades from perception. It’s fine if you find it on sale, but don’t go crazy paying the full price. I’m happy I found it so cheap, and now that summer is coming, I’ll use it a lot.
This fragrance has most of the notes I love (mandarin, juniper, lavender, lemon, geranium, etc.), and yes, I’m tempted to buy it (if it were available). The geranium, the herbal touch of lavender, and the citrus notes are present from the start through the dry-down. It might seem linear, but that doesn’t matter because if you like these compositions, this is exactly what you want to smell. In my country, there are no seasons; I live on the equatorial line, but I’d say it’s suitable for summer and spring daytime wear, for events with a certain level of formality. I join the chorus of admirers; it deserves it. Plus, it reminds me of old-school citrus scents like Dior Eau Sauvage.
The best lemon perfume I’ve tried to date. Simple as that. I’m eagerly waiting for the hot, humid days in Argentina to get the most out of it. For me, it breaks down into three phases: the opening and the first five minutes smell literally like lemon zest (photorealistic), then it turns into proper lemon with a slight sweetness, like fruit candies or lollipops. By the middle and final phases, it becomes a lemon with very clean white flowers and an exquisite creaminess that rounds it off. Plus, it has more than acceptable performance for a citrus and projects quite well in the air (lasts much longer than Dior Homme Cologne or Allure Edition Blanche). Honestly, it’s a total beast, one of Mancera’s best.
For a citrus, it has surprisingly good longevity and projection. Lasts over 7 hours on skin and can last days on clothes depending on the fabric. The scent is linear—lemon and more lemon, sweetened to taste like a lemon dessert. It’s pleasant and has earned me several compliments. A great everyday summer or hot-weather workhorse. This perfume delivers what Mancera is known for and lives up to the brand. 9/10.
The decant just arrived. My first niche fragrance and I’m absolutely blown away!
A citrus scent with no depth. It’s just lemon and more lemon. Lasts 5 hours on skin, up to 7 on clothes. I wouldn’t buy it again. Good quality, but not for me.
It’s literally like cutting a lemon on the tree and smelling it. Batch from 2022, the performance is there, right on the edge of the cliff…
Look, both my friend and I were left with a bitter taste, but not because of the scent. At first, it smells like freshly squeezed lemon with the peel—sour and bitter. Within minutes, it fades into a touch of lavender and soft florals (I’m not an expert in perfumes to tell you exactly which ones, haha), and then you detect a mossy note, like breathing hard in a damp place, like a forest, which isn’t bad. The downside is the longevity: I used it in summer and now in full-on December, and it’s the same—about 4 or 5 hours. The trail disappears after two hours. I recommend it if you like lemon, but if it lasted longer, I’d definitely buy it again; it smells great.
At first, it’s a well-concentrated lemon, but immediately you feel orange, amber, and musk, along with the bite of lavender. It’s a modernized ’90s sport fragrance. High-quality ingredients.
There’s not much more to say about this fragrance than: delicious. It’s a very pleasant fragrance; if you’re a lemon lover, this is your best option. When you apply it, it smells like lemonade with very, very light notes of moss, lavender, and orange, but above all, the lemon. It smells like an intermediate between Chanel Edition Blanche (but much less sweet) and Dior Homme Cologne (but slightly sweeter and more complex). Definitely fresh, perfect for extreme heat, with a very natural aroma, probably because it uses high-quality ingredients. It has good projection and longevity—nothing incredible, but it fully delivers in those aspects. I could say it’s one of my favorites. Edit: I stopped using it for a while because the atomizer broke, but I finally fixed it. Now that it has had time to age, it has changed completely. Now, not only do I perceive the lemon, but I also feel much more of the white floral side and an amber note; the lavender also stands out much more. It has become a bit more complex, with a slight soapy feeling, if you will, and its power and longevity have increased.
If you live in Chile, there’s a candy called Full Limón. This perfume is literally that same smell. It has excellent ingredient quality; you can tell. The evolution is more interesting, but it doesn’t lose that full, sweet lemon aroma. It’s not a bad scent, but the longevity is poor.
Straight to the point. Lemon, lemon leaf, lavender. Most people told me the opening smelled like floor cleaner. Still, it’s rich and enjoyable. I have the 2022 batch with the magnetic cap, and it leaves a lot to be desired in terms of projection and longevity.
I don’t understand the complaints about performance. Check if they’re wearing original fragrances, because mine easily lasts over 10 hours with great projection for the first 3-4 hours. It’s the one with the highest longevity in my citrus collection. It’s not terrible in terms of scent either; some might find it a bit synthetic or less natural, but the complaints about performance are out of place because the performance is outstanding.
To all the people complaining about performance, wait a month. At first, I felt it was weak, but now it feels very long-lasting. It’s the peak of citrus perfumes. At first, it’s a yellow lemon—clean but spicy—then in the dry down, it becomes a curious experience, like a floral lemon candy. One of the best things for summer.
The perfume is very citrusy and tastes like a sweet lemon—a pleasant and great scent for everyday wear. It’s not as well-known by Mancera as some other releases, yet it gets compliments from both men and women. Not widely known, but it’s an absolute gem.
LA AMOOOOOOO! I started my collection early this year, and this was one of the ones that caught my attention. This is a gem for hot weather; if you really love citrus perfumes, you’ll adore this.
I’ve been wearing it for a year and can say, without exaggeration, that Lemon Line is an outstanding perfume. From the first spray, it offers a sweet, clean, and refreshing lemon note; it’s a linear scent with little evolution, but it doesn’t need more to shine. Its well-executed simplicity is exactly what makes it so addictive. Over time, it’s become one of my favorites in the entire collection—that kind of fragrance you enjoy so much that when it runs out, you’d buy it again without hesitation. The projection is impressive: it fills a room with surprising ease. As for longevity, on my skin it reaches a comfortable 8 hours, which is remarkable for a citrus of this profile. A luminous, direct, and perfectly balanced perfume.
I absolutely love it, but I still get comments that I smell like dish soap. And honestly, it does smell similar. At least it’s a clean scent, if that’s even a good thing.
