A delicious sweet that is masculine, elegant, and balanced, dominated at the start by honey and cinnamon, then maturing into well-balanced vanilla with tobacco. In my opinion, a work of art, like other Xerjoff perfumes; I’m not a fan of sweet perfumes, but this is the exception.

With Xerjoff Naxos, I find myself back with that characteristic I like from the brand: creating something extremely original and outside the mainstream. An EDP that isn’t afraid to be different; that’s where its strength lies. The opening is very sweet, but for me, beyond common honey, the sensation is clearly aniseed. It’s a sweetness with that particular anise touch that gives it depth and unexpected character, distancing itself from the obvious. However, that initial intensity disappears after a few minutes, leaving a subtler trail, slightly spiced. It’s a fast evolution that, once again with Xerjoff, confirms that longevity isn’t its strong point. And here we repeat the situation I already observed with Renaissance: it doesn’t last long. But, for my way of appreciating perfumes, this doesn’t detract from its value. Its distinction and the audacity to be different more than compensate for limited persistence. What Naxos offers is a memorable and bold olfactory experience that prefers to leave a powerful impression in a short period rather than being a monotonous “giant.” I feel it’s unisex and versatile, though more for the day until sunset. An EDP for those seeking something genuinely distinct, a sweetness and spiced aura that moves away from the conventional.

  • 10/10. It represents Italian elegance very well; masculine, powerful, imposing, and firm, yet neither serious nor dark. I’ve tried everything. Nothing better than this so far. If you have batches from 2024 onwards, please let them mature. Don’t be disappointed by the longevity and strength of the citrus (which lingers later but as if they were more refined). Use it to let it breathe with air at least 10 times. You’ll see that by the tenth, the citrus starts to become more volatile and doesn’t suffocate as much. After three months, you’ll possess a masterpiece of perfumery.

Xerjoff Naxos is a jewel that pays homage to the soul of Italy but with the body of a modern titan. From the opening, it wraps you in sweet citrus that sparkle, but soon gives way to the heart: honey. Yes, the honey isn’t shy; it’s creamy, golden, almost edible, mixed with elegant lavender that balances the sweetness with a fougère nod. Tobacco appears soft, rounded, without aggression, adding body, warmth, and refined masculinity. All of this sits on a vanilla base that doesn’t cloy but seduces. How does Naxos smell? Like a Roman emperor smoking a cigar wrapped in lavender while sipping honey tea on a Sicilian terrace. It has an aristocratic air but also festive, sensual, very Mediterranean. It lasts a long time, projects well without overwhelming, leaving a classy trail. Ideal for cool nights, dates where you want to make an impression, or to feel imposing. If you like perfumes with sweet, warm character and effortless elegance, Naxos doesn’t disappoint.

Birthday gift to myself. Blind buy guided by reviews. I buy almost everything blind in Jaén; there’s no niche here. I accumulate disappointments and few surprises with quality. I don’t dispute the quality of Torino 21, but I don’t like it like perfumes of lower quality. As it’s all about taste, this morning when I used it for the first time, what I noticed is that this one is different. I can’t describe it or understand notes, just say it’s special, different, and clearly superior. I don’t know if it’s the best or the most perfect, but it’s definitely among them. I have to try it more to see how it evolves.

  • Sangobein

I bought a decant to try it and was very strongly disappointed. The opening and development smell old; the moment I tried it, vintage radio came to mind.

  • Franco Palmisano

It deserves the hype. Probably the gateway to the niche world. After years with designer scents, this is a fantastic discovery. Totally different, pleasant, and friendly despite the potency, sweet without being cloying. Only for temperatures under 26/27 degrees, works day and night. Refined, elegant, unique; you always stand out.

  • Gabriela Zephora

I met it through YouTuber Leonor Gabriela and got hooked, but I think it was reformulated. The last time I tried it, it wasn’t the same anymore. Once upon a time it was Naxos, magnificent and incredible, famous and loved by everyone, but what a pity they killed it. So heavily reformulated!

  • Not for me. Smells like honey and tobacco, almost boozy even though it’s not stated. Very sweet, only for cold weather; in the heat, it suffocates. Smells like an older lady due to the sweetness, but the tobacco makes it unisex. I don’t like it, but the ingredients are high quality; it lasts and projects massively, leaving a trail several meters long.

  • It’s not hate, but I won’t hide that it’s not for me. It smells beastly, way too much for me. It gave me a headache and nausea within three minutes, so I’ve already removed it from my radar. It’s more feminine than unisex. I wouldn’t wear it in summer or on any occasion. If you already own it, congratulations, it smells beastly, even more than others.

  • I’m commenting on the fragrance based on my perception and Latin American experiences. In the evolving phase, it smells to me like hot panela with lemon and warm honey, that drink you make when you have a cold. The opening smells like citrus with the honey very shy, like yes, like no, but that citrus feels a bit like disinfectant without actually being so. The dry down is lovely, rich, and huggable. Personally, I wouldn’t buy the bottle. It’s not bad, but for me, it’s something I relate to warm panela water, honey, and lemon.

  • Honey bomb with tobacco, lavender, and light citrus. The magic is in the air; that trail is pure magic, with beastly performance like everything Xerjoff touches. Lethal bursts several meters away for several hours.

  • GarciaJorge03

Glad I only bought a decant. It’s totally not a women’s perfume, not even for an older lady with thousands of figurines and baptism memories at home. Very sweet, cloying, smells deliciously like honey, but it’s nothing I’d want to wear. Glad I didn’t buy it blind.

  • I liked it quite a bit. I’m not sure if it’s fatigue or just me, but I feel the longevity is very short; by the next hour, I can’t smell anything. Otherwise, it’s very pleasant. Recommended.

  • El_fragante

I like the perfume. It accompanied me to my graduation gala, and the scent lingered on my tuxedo for a long time; I still remember that a month later, opening the closet, it was soaked with that honey smell. However, it’s hard to use. I used it that one time, I think for Christmas, just at home to enjoy it, and once for university, but that’s not its vibe, no matter how elegantly you dress. Honestly, I’ve gotten some compliments, but the opinions are resolute yes-or-no, and mathematically, more people have expressed disgust. I imagine it’s due to its intensity and because that spiced honey and tobacco smell very natural and high-quality. Its low versatility isn’t about climate, but context. Since I don’t often attend formal gatherings, I don’t think it’s a bad idea to use it on dates, but personally, I’ve leaned toward other fragrances. It opens spicy and slightly citrusy, but what really shines is a mentholated nuance where tobacco combines perhaps with a citrus. Then it continues with a natural, sweet, and potent honey note as the main heart. I can’t ignore a subtle jasmine, softened by honey, making it totally unisex. After about 10 hours, honey loses prominence, and the sweet, warm base with vanilla and tonka bean enters. These notes have a functional job (longevity); they aren’t propositional, just smelling warm and sweet, but much less synthetic than in other commercial or Arabic scents, which justifies Naxos’s high cost. It’s long-lasting; on my skin, it goes over 12 hours, and the trail is heavy for at least the first 3 hours. You can tell it’s a perfume with honey as the main note; to appreciate the others, you have to get close. Naxos is unisex, leaning masculine. Many people say it’s for adults and elegant; I agree with the elegance, not the age. I’m young, and the scent settled well on me, resulting in a look coherent with an outfit up to the task. Cheers.

  • Everything has been said about this perfume, but its hype is justified. It’s a powerhouse for intimate night outings that won’t leave anyone indifferent.

  • Probably one of the best sweet perfumes ever made. It feels very natural; the trail is heavy but not annoying and accompanies you all day. I haven’t bought the bottle because it feels too feminine, not because it’s sweet. It has something that fits better with classy women of a certain age. Better to smell like this than the JPGs in the Le Beau line. One thing is smelling sweet and feminine, like Naxos, and another is smelling sweet and ultra-synthetic, nauseating alcohol like Le Beau.

  • Thanks for discovering this; I was used to tobacco, but what an exquisite twist. The performance is incredible—it fills the room and you can tell it’s typical Xerjoff. It’s sweet, lulling you with vanilla and honey, but perfectly balanced with citrus and a noble tobacco, nothing heavy. I recommend it for special parties, not dates due to the potency. It definitely makes you stand out. Conclusion: I loved it.

  • Although it’s a niche scent, I don’t find it easy to wear; the floral and sweet notes are very prominent, and the tobacco adds warmth that gives me a slight headache. It smells quite feminine, like an older woman’s perfume. My mom asked if it was an old lady’s perfume, and she’s right. I never imagined wearing it when I was young and simple, but rather for my grandma or mom. Good performance, but the scent is too complex.

  • My god, what can I say? It’s one of the best scents I’ve ever smelled. Everyone loves it. The quality and performance of this 2025 batch, lasting 8-9 hours, make it indispensable for any perfume lover. A masterpiece.

  • Naxos is a great olfactory experience, one of those that generates well-being from the very first second. Starting with its excellent packaging, where luxury is evident in every detail. It’s a sublime, elegant aroma that envelops you and makes you keep smelling yourself. It usually pleases everyone because it has something very addictive and is very well crafted. For me, it’s completely unisex. The blend of lemon, honey, tobacco, vanilla with that touch of lavender is incredibly well-constructed. The opening is very clear: a citrus note where the lemon is perfectly perceptible. A few minutes later, it sweetens with a creamy, non-cloying, warm, and very pleasant honey. It carries a soft spicy note of cinnamon, and floral nuances that complete the set without stealing the spotlight. As time passes, the scent gains presence. It’s not overwhelming, but when you move, you notice it, and it fills the space with great class. In the dry down, that creamy, clean tobacco appears, accompanied by vanilla and tonka bean, forming a combination that’s extremely hooking. It’s a very well-rounded perfume: you can feel the quality, how refined it is, and the aura of distinction it radiates. It makes you stand out from others in the aromatic plane. When I want to leave a warm impression and be remembered, this perfume never fails me. Longevity also performs very well: on my skin it reaches 10 hours with notable projection and a sillage that accompanies very pleasantly. In short, if you’re a lover of sweet and tobacco-based perfumes, this one has to be in your collection, yes or no. It’s warm, addictive, and one of those that feel truly special. Rating 9.5/10.

  • Lucapereirafitperfumes

If you’re thinking about diving into the niche world, this is the ideal perfume to start with. An exquisite, sweet, and addictive perfume that’s worth every penny; the ingredients are high quality and noticeable. It works for almost everything except extreme heat, although if you apply three sprays (one on each side of the neck and one at the nape), it works. I once wore it to dinner with my mom and didn’t smell it, but after 10 hours, when I was leaving, she told me, ‘You’re the one leaving that rich smell everywhere,’ haha. Something incredible, truly; maybe you don’t smell it, but I can assure you that other people do. I recommend trying it before buying due to the price and because it doesn’t suit everyone.

  • It reminds me a lot of a honey and lemon caramel. I barely perceive the tobacco, and if I do sense it, it’s only because the olfactory pyramid says it’s there. More than a tobacco perfume, I’d say it’s a lavender and honey perfume. Performance is good without being crazy. It projects strongly for the first two hours, then after that time, it settles into a bubble about a meter around. Longevity is around 10 hours, but it depends more on each person’s skin whether it lasts longer or less; I’d say standard longevity is 9/10 hours.

  • Everything has already been said about this fragrance bomb, so little more to add… It’s a flagship scent of niche perfumery. A spectacular opening of honeyed citrus that evolves into a dry down of tobacco leaf and vanilla. Not cloying at all, mainly because that vibrant part of the opening (at least in my experience) doesn’t disappear entirely. It’s an enveloping perfume, an olfactory safe haven for many, and you’ll likely smell it around you whenever you see it. It admits some versatility; while many label it as super elegant, I don’t think you’ll get tired of it, and it doesn’t clash in almost any occasion.

  • Gian Arévalo

Created from Oakmoss, Ethyl Maltol, Hedione, and lots of Coumarin. Ingredients that enchant 8 out of 10 people, which is why it has high sales—a formula for the mass market, because if you’re deeply into niche, you’d never use this.

  • NAXOS by Xerjoff is one of those fragrances that from the very first moment makes it clear you’re dealing with something special, elegant, and well-constructed. Today I wore it and want to share the continuous wear experience because it truly deserves attention in every phase. From the opening, Naxos presents a warm, vibrant blend that reminded me of ripe citrus over a sweet, spiced backdrop. It has that initial impact, but not aggressive—sophisticated: it welcomes you with illuminating bergamot, while cinnamon and spices add character and depth. As the day goes on, it evolves harmoniously. The heart feels richer and more complex, with touches of tobacco, honey, and a very well-balated woody base. It’s in this phase that Naxos shows its personality. The perfume doesn’t fade or become flat; it maintains an interesting balance between sweetness, warmth, and structure. The base, though softer, remains elegant and keeps its presence. Even after several hours, I perceive that enveloping sensation of honey and wood that accompanies you without overwhelming. For me, it’s a fragrance that conveys confidence and distinction, noticeable both in how it makes you feel and the reactions it generates. Regarding performance, the longevity is excellent: it stays consistently on skin and clothes for many hours. The sillage is generous without being invasive, and the projection maintains a perfect balance to leave a mark without being excessive. I believe this balance is one of its greatest strengths: it doesn’t seek to be loud, but rather elegant and memorable. After wearing Naxos all day, I can say it delivers on scent, evolution, presence, and sophistication. It’s perfect if you like warm, rich, well-defined fragrances with a classic touch but a modern twist. For me, it’s a piece that justifies its place in the collection and one you’ll always want to wear again.

  • Wlad Molina

Smells like a fragrance version of Cohiba Weller. The opening hits hard with potent, vintage lavender that overshadows the initial citrus and sets a classic tone. A few minutes in, warm notes of honey and cinnamon emerge, balanced by the softness of cashmere and jasmine, which tame the intensity and add elegance. What stands out is a clean, sophisticated blend where sweet chords merge with freshness. As hours pass, the lavender persists alongside vanilla and tobacco, reinforcing a masculine, mature character. This is where Naxos reveals its personality: sensual, sophisticated, and elegant for special events. I don’t see it as unisex; its construction is clearly masculine. The freshness of the lavender sets it apart from other sweet tobaccos, preventing it from being cloying and giving it a unique seal. My rating: 8.5/10. A delight that year after year remains a benchmark, awarded and solidified as a go-to for those seeking sophistication with sensuality.

  • My wife loves it so much she’d wear it herself. It might bother people who don’t like sweet and winter perfumes, especially the older, stronger batches, though the current one is better. The honey, cinnamon, and tobacco create something incredible. In my opinion, it’s very much for special occasions like weddings or dinners. A great hit from the Italian house, exquisite. If you like sweet winter scents, buy blind; if you prefer fresh citrus, don’t.

  • Didn’t dislike it. Citrusy lavender opening that darkens quickly without losing freshness. You can smell the honey and tobacco; it’s unisex, incense-like with a warm, cozy character. It could suit a gangster or your grandma at a family dinner. It has clear classic touches, reminding me a lot of Mancera perfumes with oud—quite oily and herbal, like a pharmacy. It’s not my style, but the quality is notable.

  • An aroma worth trying multiple times to see its facets. Beyond whether you buy it or fall in love with it, the experience is worth it. I love it and enjoy it greatly when I wear it. Shake off the hype and prejudices; allow yourself to try it just to live the experience. I don’t consider it the best or most novel, but it’s a well-rounded product with a unique signature.

  • Every time you wear it, you discover something new; it surprises you because it evolves over time, leaving trails of honey, tobacco, and citrus notes that make you remember the whole process. It’s a masterpiece of perfumery. Here you find quality and Italian elegance.

  • albertonose0104

Wordless. Nothing compares to it. Irreplaceable; only ANI by Nishane can compete with her. I’d buy it over and over again.

  • A traditional masculine fragrance with a modern touch… I love it. Perfect for semi-formal outings or the office. Smells great on rainy or cold days. Although it doesn’t project much, it lasts on skin and clothes. That sweet honey-lavender blend gives it a classic, timeless touch! All the notes combine perfectly! A masterpiece by Xerjoff! Scent 10/10, projection 7/10, longevity 9/10. Total 8.6.

  • I remember my dad buying round candies from the brand CERTS. The pink CERTS smelled exactly like this perfume, or vice versa. I don’t know which came first, but it doesn’t matter. With that olfactory memory, I don’t love it much; it feels like an old-school perfume.

  • After the hype, I tested it for a full day without comparisons. Undisputable quality, well-constructed. On my skin, it opens sweet and creamy, almost like elegant sunscreen. Delicious, soft, and enveloping aroma. Linear evolution: sweet honey, round lavender, and soft tobacco. Good initial projection and solid longevity (over 7 hours). It’s seductive and round, not overpowering. I connect more with dry or mineral scents. Is it good? Yes. Would I buy it in 100ml? Probably not. In 10ml for occasions? Yes. Personal rating: 4/5. Great perfume, just not my vibe.

  • Ivan_cattebeke

Just my experience (not an expert): opens with weak bergamot that quickly gives way to crackling honey with incredible cinnamon. The first 1-3 hours are dominated by these notes. Then comes vanilla, tonka bean, and tobacco, like a soft sweet dessert for 5-10 hours. Undisputable quality, one of the best niche scents. It says ‘I’m the king’ with elegance. It’s a rollercoaster where every note does its job. Longevity 9.5/10 (10-12 hours), projection 9/10 (3-5 hours), scent 10/10. Total 9.5/10. It lingers on clothes for days.

  • Rick Azafranado

Beautiful fragrance. For my fellow Chileans: I tried the Naxos alongside an Inzpira dupe called KHORA. They’re 90% identical. The dupe is very well made; the difference lies in quality and evolution, but at the end of the day, it’s the same thing.

  • What an amazing perfume! Smells like honey and tobacco and is super addictive. I wouldn’t wear it for everyday use, but rather for events or gatherings; with a formal suit, it’s a 10/10.

  • Ruben_marbella

Top-notch quality, just like what I usually use from Xerjoff. It’s warm and sweet, perfect for winter or cold climates. Great performance and projection.
