4711 is pure magic for refreshing yourself in spring and summer. Its two main scent pillars are well-chosen, thoughtfully designed, and feel rich and beautiful. Ginger and lemon, basil and orange, mint and lychee… Longevity isn’t its strong suit, but its freshness and those enveloping scents absolutely are. The prices are super affordable. Every time I open one, it feels like receiving a gift, a little surprise. Long live 4711!
The opening is effervescent, then it calms down into a scent that’s between creamy and bath gel, but with that electric touch that brings it to life. It’s an aromatic and balsamic fragrance, beautiful and full of personality.
It’s a rich scent, even though it’s labeled unisex, I see it with more feminine nuances. I’d recommend it only for her. It feels creamy with green and fresh touches, but be careful—it could get cloying if overapplied. It’s not a projection bomb, but it behaves well. Lasts under four hours on the skin with a trail that’s over two meters wide. It never bothers anyone, 100% recommended.

It comes out super fruity and fresh without veering into sweetness, thanks to that mint and lychee cocktail. It’s linear, doesn’t evolve, but so what; the initial blend is already a fragrance in a league of its own. It projects strongly for the first two hours and then clings to the skin until the fifth hour. Watch out, I’d never tried this 4711 line before and it totally caught me off guard. I’m going to look for more from the collection.
