  • It delivers on its promises: lemon and ginger, just as described. It’s ‘bright’, fresh but slightly ‘pungent’, like the 10 am sun in spring or early summer. A good option for days when you want a simple, clean, and different aroma, a kind of ‘anti-cold energy’.

  • It’s a refreshing lemonade, citrusy, barely sweet, and very natural. With just two notes, alongside the lemon, I detect a sparkling touch of bergamot. Spicy and woody base, I assume dried ginger and soft vetiver. It melts into the skin leaving a clean, musky trail. I love it for spring and scorching summers, it prolongs the post-shower freshness. It charges you up for the day with a happy, vital smile. At night, it calms and relaxes you for dreaming. Doctors should prescribe it and save money on pills. Very affordable, 170 ml for 20€ on sale. It’s a cologne, sillage almost non-existent, lasts about two hours. What can you do, but while it lasts, it smells exquisite. Beautiful frosted glass bottle, no plastic. Comes in a splash bottle with a built-in atomizer, thanks to heaven because without it, it lasted only 4 days. Unisex and evokes Eau d’Hadrien. As a drink, lemon and ginger are said to aid weight loss; as a scent, it dispels bad vibes and brings out the best in me.

  • Barzelatto casts a shadow over simple, advertising-style colognes like 4711; you expect a lot for the price-quality ratio, and it ends up being simple and volatile. If you try the brand, especially the vintage or reserve version, you’ll understand what I mean: much better quality and aroma overall.

I bought it blindly expecting something special like the others in the line, a huge mistake: from the start, it smells like that familiar lemon detergent here, what a disappointment. I got used to the smell, but I only use it to freshen up the room. I know it’s not bad, but I can’t shake that association. It smells too much like pure, harsh lemon.

I bought it blind, hoping for something special like the others in the line, but it was a mistake: from the very first moment, it smelled like that lemon detergent found around here. What a disappointment. I got used to it, but now I only use it to freshen up the room. I know it’s not a bad smell, but I can’t stop associating it with that. Sorry, it smells too much like straight-up lemon.

I liked it for its freshness; it smells more like verbena than lemon, very ‘sparkling’. Fresh, summery, like a morning at the beach bar with a beer or lemonade. It has lemon, citrus, mandarin, orange, and neroli. Enjoyable scents, but not the classic kind.

  • No need to overthink it: it delivers on its promises. It’s a natural lemon with a spicy ginger kick and a soapy undertone. Linear and with an incredibly short longevity, perfect if you’re looking for a simple lemon scent without the burn. Reminded me of Jeanne en Provence, but with milder citrus notes.

  • I wear it when I want to feel like a refreshing lemon ice cream on hot days or to recharge my batteries when I get home. Since it’s a cologne, don’t expect longevity or sillage; it’s very personal, clean, and discreet. It even fits into aromatherapy (the bottle says ‘REVITALIZING’), and the price is a plus. Highly recommended for citrus fans.

  • For hot days or when I come home exhausted, this unisex cologne is like a lemon ice cream: refreshing and energizing. Since it’s a cologne, don’t expect long-lasting scent or projection, but it’s super personal, clean, and subtle until it becomes part of your aromatherapy routine thanks to its ‘revitalizing’ bottle. Plus, the price is a bonus. Ideal for citrus lovers.
