It’s a bittersweet citrus fragrance. It starts with a fresh lime, then becomes warm, sweet, and powdery thanks to the nutmeg and an undeclared touch of iris or violet that makes it super sensual. Ideal for autumn and winter, alongside the Mandarin-Cardamom, both from Geza Schön. Perfect for a nostalgic autumn day or for relaxing at night. Its price is ridiculous for the quality: a 170 ml bottle is worth between 20 and 30 euros. It’s an eau de cologne, but on me it lasts 4 hours, unlike the Lemon-Ginger which, being more acidic, evaporates sooner. It has a heavy frosted glass bottle, it’s refillable, and comes with a sprayer, very practical for those of us who use a lot of cologne. It’s unisex and reminds me of Prada’s Infusion d’Iris. Nutmeg in food is stimulating and aphrodisiac. Imagine a hot chocolate with cinnamon, honey, and nutmeg, mixed with that powdery sensuality of the iris and the sweetness of the lime; I guarantee you’ll have an unforgettable night. You’ll tell me…
It’s a luxurious woody aroma. At first, it gives a bit of a scare, but it passes quickly; it smells more like a man than a woman. It relaxes a lot and the ingredients are top-notch. What shocks me most is how long it lasts and how much trail it leaves—acceptable for a cologne and even more so for this line.
An exquisite woody aroma, especially. At first, it feels a bit sharp, but that doesn’t last; it feels almost more masculine than feminine. It has a relaxing effect, and you can really tell the quality of the ingredients. What surprises me is its longevity and sillage, which are acceptable for a cologne, especially from this line.
I love it! It’s an eau de cologne, implying short duration, but the aroma is special, exquisite, and sensual. I feel so good when I apply it.
A super appetizing cologne for autumn, perfect to replace my Álvarez Gómez scent that I wear in the heat. Totally unisex, the Lime & Nutmeg blend is ideal for cozy fall evenings at home. The lime comes out strong and sometimes smells a bit like cleaner, but I don’t mind; in fact, it’s a much-needed energy boost against the seasonal fatigue. I’m just as fascinated by nutmeg in the kitchen as I am in fragrances for the warmth it brings. For a cologne, the longevity is more than decent.
A super desirable eau de cologne for autumn and it will be my substitute for the Álvarez Gómez one, which I use most in the heat. Totally unisex, Lime & Nutmeg is perfect for enjoying autumn plans by the warmth of the home. The lime comes out strong and sometimes reminds me of a cleaning product, but it doesn’t bother me; on the contrary, it’s a shot of energy when lethargy invades us. Nutmeg is a spice that fascinates me both in cooking and in fragrances; I love the warmth it brings. As an eau de cologne, it has more than decent longevity.
Out of all the 4711 scents, this is my favorite. With so few ingredients, it evokes so many feelings: minimalist and fleeting, perfect for daytime wear. The trail is light, but it leaves a rich scent on the skin. The lime gives it a sparkling, acidic touch, and when the nutmeg kicks in, it adds warmth and comfort. All in all, an exquisite and original eau de cologne that reminds me of Prada’s Infusion d’Iris.
Of all the 4711 fragrances, this is my favorite. With few ingredients, it evokes many feelings. It’s minimalist and ephemeral, ideal for wearing during the day. Its trail is poor, but it leaves a very rich scent on the skin. The lime gives it a sparkling and acidic touch, and when the nutmeg appears, it adds warmth and well-being. In short, an exquisite and original eau de cologne that reminds me of Prada’s Infusion d’Iris.
A timeless fragrance I use for pure pleasure; this scent relaxes me and fills me with energy and vitality. It lasts what you’d expect from a cologne, with a moderate to small trail, but in my case, that doesn’t matter because I want it this way; it’s my therapy to relax on busy days—I don’t ask for more.
Perfect for no-fuss occasions. The lime definitely takes the lead. The nutmeg is a bit too subtle for my taste. I love wearing it while traveling: it’s refreshing and doesn’t bother or overwhelm my travel companions. And if it did… well, the effect doesn’t last long anyway. It’s ideal to keep in your bag and reapply to brighten your day. And reapply. And reapply.
Perfect for uncomplicated moments. Lime clearly dominates. The nutmeg seems very subtle. I use it when traveling because it refreshes and doesn’t bother or invade my travel companions. And if it did… well, the effect doesn’t last long. It’s ideal to keep in your bag and reapply to perk up the day. And reapply. And reapply…
From the very beginning, this little marvel has won me over: it’s delicate, persistent, classic, sophisticated, and exquisite, evoking past times, maturity, and tradition. You have to own it; it always leaves you wanting more. It’s a precious fragrance that feels neat and subtle from the first moment; it starts citrusy and then settles with nutmeg, though without becoming spicy. It opens and matures, transmitting classic sophistication with that own background that makes it a pure essence. Simple, but wonderfully simple; it proves that little done well can bring great satisfaction—there’s a lot of quality here. Its only downside is that it’s a light cologne, but being subtle and delicate, I notice it persists. Without a doubt, something so well-made generates addiction, perhaps due to a marketing trick, but there’s certainly potential here. I bought it a few days ago on a trip with my wife; I was drawn to the brand 4711 and the price of the 50 ml bottle, which came with a 75 ml shower gel. I bought the first one, explored it on her skin, and the next day decided to get another; if I see more samples, I’ll take a couple more. Highlight: it’s subtle but persistent. My wife walks ahead, leaving that fine trail that I can barely catch, which I’ve felt for several hours the first few times she used it. With a little on, it’s noticeable; being delicate, it doesn’t go unnoticed, at least not by me, absolutely not. I haven’t used it outside the house yet, but I intend to. I see it as unisex with a feminine tendency, and the packaging confirms it. For a female audience, I recommend it to ladies 35 and up; its classic sophisticated character makes me think of ladies 50 and up. I repeat the term that highlights it: certain classic sophistication. I express myself this way about this little piece of fragrance. I’ll never say something like ‘it smells rich, buy it.’ We smell each other.
Deep impressions and new discoveries: it’s a classic, basic, and unique formula—one of those inevitable scents that are always there. You need to own a bottle of this juice; in fact, you must have it and never let it run out.
