Strange scent, but charming. It has a bitter note, unique and not copying anyone, though it reminds me of a distant touch of Dior’s Dune.

Got this as a gift with a purchase. I only knew the classic 4711, which left me indifferent (lol, I prefer simple meadow hay for that). But this saffron and iris scent surprised me. The best part: it doesn’t smell synthetic. I can’t find the bitter, spicy saffron I expected… it smells more like fruity, creamy iris with a fresh, clean metallic base. It’s very pleasant and versatile, reminding me of a sunny park. For the price, it’s very well done as a cologne.
