Wow, Rouge Crush has dropped. Even though I own many cherry perfumes, this one is worth it. It’s a drunk, black cherry—something sexy; the heart stays boozy, then a patchouli base kicks in giving it body and a spiced quality. Hours later, it closes off vanilla and boozy. There’s real quality here and it smells amazing. You can clearly hear the three phases and it lasts for hours. I wish the trail was a bit stronger, but it’s not a negative; it has good longevity. Definitely a Zara gem worth buying, thinking about getting a backup. The other two options, Iconic and Delicious Crush, are lower quality and I didn’t like them at all.
Pleasant surprise, an absolute delight that fell in love with me at first sniff. That dark, boozy cherry is sensual and vibrant; it clings to the skin and makes me feel special. It gives me the urge to paint my lips red. The sillage and longevity are moderate, but for a Zara price, it’s a marvel. I’m already planning to buy another bottle because I know I’ll finish this one quickly.
The tonka note is a beast—it lasted me the whole day when most perfumes fade after three hours. It smells serious and elegant, perfect for going out at night or special events. At first, it’s cherry, but then the bitter tonka takes over. It’s not my everyday style, but on someone else, it looks exquisite.
