What a shame this perfume is. Sorry, but I think it’s a scam. I tried it on skin and paper in warm weather. It’s an overpriced baby lotion that doesn’t project and doesn’t last at all. It’s almost indescribable: soft, creamy vanilla plus a flash of citrus. That’s it. It can’t be unpleasant because it’s almost non-existent. I own Ricci Ricci and L’Extase Luna, both good with performance from bomb to acceptable. This one is forgettable 100%. In Argentina, there are countless semi-selective options that do much better for a fraction of the price.

What a shame this perfume is. Sorry, but it feels like a scam. I tested it on skin and blotter in warm weather. It smells like expensive baby lotion that doesn’t project and doesn’t last at all. Barely noticeable: soft creamy vanilla with a citrus sparkle. That’s it. It can’t be unpleasant because it’s almost nonexistent. I own Ricci Ricci, L’Extase, and Luna; all are good with acceptable performance. This one is 100% forgettable. In Argentina, there are semi-selective options that do better for a fraction of the price.

Very lovely, I’d love to own it. Incredibly similar to Chant d’Extase (limited edition and expensive). Very cheerful and youthful, but without good projection and with longevity that doesn’t exceed 4 hours. Still, I like it very much.

It looks gorgeous and I absolutely love it. Smells incredibly like Chant d’Extase (that limited edition that costs a fortune). It’s super cheerful and youthful, but the projection is weak and doesn’t last past four hours. Still, I really enjoy it.

  • Like having a vanilla shake on a sunny afternoon. It has a citrus point to refresh all the creaminess, very present with a constant milk note. It’s a cream with citrus brushstrokes and slightly sweet, all at once. A beach summer perfume: vanilla shake, sun cream warming up in the bag, and a lemonade. It’s tender, easy, pleasant, and uniform. For lovers of summer perfumes like Escada or sweet ones like Olympea (which has a summer version with much in common with Nina Soleil), you’ll love it.

  • I tried it with zero expectations because I generally don’t like ‘citrus’ scents. But here is a sweet, vanilla-infused solar perfume, extremely creamy and milky, with a citrus touch that balances the sweetness and makes it wearable for summer. Simple and linear, but fresh, rich, and versatile. The performance isn’t too bad for an EDT. It doesn’t have great projection or trail, it’s intimate… but on my skin, it’s noticeable at least two hours at close range. On skin, it clearly lasts 4-5 hours. Not too bad. For now, I’m not buying it, but if I find it cheap, I will.

  • It has that characteristic Nina Ricci touch, but this one is different from the others. I was looking for a summer scent and it delivers very well: vanilla ice cream, sun cream, and lemon granita, perfect for those hot sunny days 🙂

  • It has that classic Nina Ricci apple vibe, but this is something else entirely. It smells like real summer: icy vanilla, sunscreen, and lemon slush, perfect for intense sunny days.

  • What a beautiful blend of citrus and creams!!! I thought I’d find something repetitive, but instead I found a delicious, warm, slightly solar juice. I tried it in-store; only its sparkling opening caught me. The development isn’t as yellow as the bottle suggests, but rather a milky white, very suggestive. It’s sweeter than De Gioia Light (the latter is more floral and full-bodied). Moderate longevity, a quiet dry-down, and a medium-low trail. I’ll think about buying it for summer weather, to find a summer afternoon with friends.

  • Nina Ricci perfumes aren’t really my thing; in fact, I often tell people at the counter, ‘I like perfumes that aren’t Nina Ricci style.’ But trying it in-store, the name of this citrus caught my attention, so I asked for it. I loved it and bought it. I adore it. It delivers on its promise: a summer scent. I feel fresh, like a citrus but not too sharp, thanks to vanilla and cream notes. It has a dry finish. On my skin, it has good longevity. Wearable day and night.

It’s like a lemon cider with a milky touch. A nice scent for spring and summer, and the bottle is stunning. The downside is it’s very soft; you only notice it if you’re right up close. The trail and longevity are scarce. Ideal for collectors looking for something summery but discreet.

It’s like a lemon cider with a milky touch. A lovely scent for spring and summer, plus the bottle is gorgeous. The issue is that it’s very soft and only noticeable when you’re close. The trail and longevity are scarce. Ideal for ‘citrus’ collectors looking for something summery but very discreet.

I tried it today while looking at the bottle as my husband bought his. It smells identical to the Amethyst by Ulric de Varens I own, and I’m sure it lasts longer since UDV is high quality and affordable. Maybe once I finish mine, I’ll buy this one from Nina to compare and update my review.

Too much bergamot with a base of vanilla and whipped cream. I like the vanilla and whipped cream, but I don’t like the bergamot at all, especially when it smells so strong. When it dries on the skin, the bergamot becomes subtler, but its presence can be ignored, and my nose would prefer if the bergamot note didn’t exist in Nina Soleil. If you like bergamot mixed with vanilla and whipped cream, take a look and smell Nina Soleil. If you don’t like bergamot, direct your gaze and your nostrils toward a perfume like Alien Goddess by Mugler. Overall, Nina Soleil was an adequate summer perfume launch for the Nina Ricci brand. Playful, refreshing, pleasant (except if you have a dislike for the bergamot smell).

Ladies and gentlemen, please be responsible because someone might invest money in a perfume based on what’s written, and it’s a scam. This perfume lasts 5 minutes, smells like nothing, and only has a hint of citrus, but any splash lasts longer and projects more. It only serves as a nice paperweight or to display all the apples; it’s not worthy of the brand. A failure, my worst blind buy.

  • Yamila, you’re not wrong. I bought it for 27 euros and wouldn’t buy it again, although since I have it, I must say the packaging is stunning; for people like me who are growing our visual collection, it adds a nice touch. Now, it’s true that its longevity is 5 minutes, and maybe you were generous, which is quite sad because the notes are beautiful. I wonder why there are so many fragrances with this kind of… non-existent performance. Scent 7/10, Longevity 0/10, Sillage 0/10, Value for money 0/10, Versatility ?/10, Packaging 8/10. Would I buy it again? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO hahaahhaah, everyone makes a mistake.

Nina Ricci is nostalgia for me; they were my first designer brand and I still own one. This flanker is peculiar: citrusy but not like the usual stuff, it’s creamy, sweet, and exquisite. It smells like Lemon Pie, my favorite dessert. The trail is subtle and it’s not long-lasting, but enjoyable for about five hours. Pity it was a special edition; I would have loved to have it in my collection.

Nina Ricci is synonymous with nostalgia for me, maybe because it was my first designer perfume; in fact, I still keep one in my collection. Now, this flanker is very peculiar: it’s citrusy, yes, but not like these types of fragrances usually do. It’s citrusy, creamy, sweet, and exquisite. In my opinion, it smells like Lemon Pie, one of my favorite desserts. Its sillage is very discreet and its performance isn’t very extensive, but it’s perfectly enjoyable on my skin for about 5 hours. Unfortunately, it was a limited edition, and I wish I had this scent in my collection before that bottle runs out.

  • I’m not a fan of Nina Ricci perfumes because I find them too strong and they give me a headache… But this particular one I really like. I bought it for the whipped cream note combined with citrus, like a summer smell. It’s true that it doesn’t last at all; on my skin, it lasts a maximum of an hour. But well…

  • Late review for a discontinued fragrance… when I bought it, I got a strong baby perfume vibe with soft, boring vanilla and citrus, and poor performance. I left it forgotten on my desk for almost two years. Now the teddy bear scent lasts an instant, leaving a citrus and cedar skin scent, which I actually like. However, I bought it looking for a solar, milky, gardenia scent, and I didn’t find it here. What I ended up finding was the Montblanc Signature, which I could buy when it was just starting to gain popularity, because it seems like it was reformulated.

  • I want to highlight that it is SO soft, barely skin-scent. The first time I smelled it, I got a palo santo vibe, like walking into a Hindu clothing store with a heavy presence… Now I can barely detect it from the start. For those with a less sensitive nose, it smells like a woodsy lemon cream, sweet and soft. It feels super cozy, like a grandmother’s house but with a touch of childishness.

  • Here’s a little gem. Soft, with minimal sillage and longevity, but the scent is very well-balanced. On my skin, it highlights a creamy gardenia and a citrus note that keeps it from being heavy. Maybe it’s not a WOW scent or a showstopper, but how the notes are balanced is an incredible experience. A super feminine, pleasant, and wearable smell. They described it as ‘cozy,’ and that’s exactly how I feel.

I picked this up because of the tiny bottle, which is gorgeous, and my curiosity about the mandarin and whipped cream blend. It wasn’t what I expected, but I still like it: citrusy and creamy at first, then dry, floral, and a bit synthetic. It’s not the eighth wonder of the world, and I won’t feel bad about not buying it again when it runs out since it’s discontinued, but it’s a lovely and wearable perfume.
