Descripción
Nina by Nina Ricci is a fruity floral fragrance for women. Launched in 2006, this composition was created by Olivier Cresp, Jacques Cavallier Belletrud, and Christian Dussoulier. The top notes unfold with a vibrant citrus accord featuring Amalfi lemon and lime; the heart reveals an unusual blend of Granny Smith apple, praline, peony, and datura; while the base notes land on a sensual woody register with apple wood, musk, and Virginia cedar.

Beautiful perfume. Although it’s a classic from several years ago, I just bought it looking for something for daily use and found it very wearable. Plus, it’s not as mass-produced anymore; I see it as more exclusive. It’s feminine, sweet, and has that magical fairy-tale imprint of the Nina Ricci line. I think it suits any season, more for daytime. The apple-shaped bottle is very cute, ideal for a gift, and looks super good.
To me, it smells both citrusy and sweet, but I feel that sweetness is a bit synthetic; it’s not my favorite.
My aunt let me try it on my skin; it’s a tender, sweet, feminine, and pleasant fragrance, but I’d never buy it for the price because it’s so weak in persistence and sillage. What a pity that such a rich perfume is so expensive and yet so poor.
Nina, I think it’s an essential piece for a miniature collector due to the beauty of the bottle and its flankers, which are getting more beautiful with each release. For me, Nina defines itself as: adolescence, innocence, and purity. If I dig deeper, it conveys virginity; it’s very noble, not invasive, a bit shy, focused on the forbidden fruit, the apple, very juicy. Just to add that I perceive the sandalwood note, more evident than the declared cedar, on an elegant base of very noble musks.
Disappointing. It’s too sweet and invasive. Like many people here, it gives me nausea and dizziness.
I love it. I think I tested it on a cardboard sample I kept in my jacket, used it the following year, and found the card; I couldn’t believe how beautiful and well-preserved the scent was. I’m addicted to perfumes.
A youthful apple with a delicious dry-down, soft projection, and a light trail. It opens juicy, sweet, and fresh with a charming citrus note, then transitions to a faint trail of fresh roses with a touch of sweetness. Since it’s an EDT, I didn’t expect much, and yet it disappointed me because it lasts only 1-2 hours on my skin. What a pity it’s so delicious. Perfect for spring or summer daytime for a young girl.
I hated it during my pregnancy and could never wear it again. I could even smell it in my bones, and that floral trail gave me so many nausea.
It was my first imported perfume back in 2008, and I loved it. But I think they reformulated it, and it’s not the same anymore. The original version was sweeter and lasted hours on skin and clothes. When I bought it again in 2019, it’s softer, less sweet, and lasts about 4 hours. Still, it’s very cute, versatile for all seasons and occasions. It’s the kind everyone likes. I recommend it for blind buys.
Radiant, cheerful, and coquettish. It’s a floral-fruit fragrance where the apple shines, with a caramelized yet citrusy touch. It brings back childhood memories, smelling like those dolls from the 90s. It’s innocent, charming, romantic, and dreamy, like a fairy tale. It shines in autumn, even for Christmas. A delight with excellent longevity and a subtle sillage.
I think it’s one of those fragrances where you either love or hate it. In my case, I didn’t like it at all because I don’t like sweet smells, and this perfume is too sweet for my taste; it makes me feel cloyed and dizzy. But if you are one of those people who love sweet scents, I think this is a fragrance you should try.
I really liked the scent of this perfume; it smells very fresh and not cloying at all. However, it didn’t catch my attention whatsoever, neither on my clothes nor did it have a great sillage. It’s a pity since it smells delicious. I recommend it for spring-summer.
Delicious fresh and playful apple. One of the perfumes that has complimented me the most. A typical perfume that I think you don’t feel anymore, and then suddenly someone says, ‘hey, but you smell so good’. It gives me good humor and joy.
Nina by Nina Ricci? Are there two? Okay, here’s my review. I bought the apple scent at a somewhat forgotten perfume store in the US, which I didn’t notice until I was already sitting in my car, but the white box was yellowed due to an old label aging over time. However, I had already opened it and couldn’t get a refund, so I decided to keep it and try it. I opened the cap and found a small apple-shaped bottle (30ml) that was semi-transparent, slightly pink on one side. On the first spray, I felt a very citrusy fragrance that had nothing to do with apple and thought, ‘mmm, what is this?’. However, after 15 minutes, it became the famous sweet, juicy apple of Nina, and it never seemed cloying or nearly gourmand as some comments claimed. It could easily pass as a subtle fragrance for casual outings or a date. After returning from my trip, passing through the freeshop in Chile, I approached the Nina Ricci stand wanting to try the flankers of my newly acquired apple. I felt so confused noticing that the bottle of the classic Nina apple was lighter but noticeably different from mine, a more intense red. I decided to try it, and upon spraying the first time, the difference was abyssal: this apple was so sweet it could easily pass as an autumn gourmand or even for mild winter days. One final observation: the box containing my fragrance has a small silver label that says ‘Les Belles de Nina’. Said that, my final theory is that there are two versions of the same fragrance: one which was probably the launch, and another that was an improved version released later. The more citrusy version evolves and becomes sweet over time, with a quite heavy sillage when it reaches the apple note. I see it well for a teenager, around 15 years old. The sweeter version is constantly a sweet apple, but within that range, it starts citrusy and ends more caramelized. I see it more for someone in their 20s. Everyone can wear any fragrance they want. I clarify that all of this is speculation, but by saying it, maybe I reach someone who knows about this and can clarify if I got screwed on the perfume I bought or if there really are two versions. Greetings from Córdoba, Argentina 🙂
I’ve tried several apple scents from the Nina collection; my favorites so far are Nina Fleur and Nina Rose. This scent has a very notable citrus opening, but I didn’t like the combination of green apple with praline. It smells like caramel. It’s not a scent I enjoy wearing, though if you’re looking for something that smells like candy, this could be an option. The scent is identical to Nina Pop (2015), the white bottle with colorful circles. Even the listed notes are identical. However, the Pop version represents what’s inside very well: playful little sweets. The longevity on skin is short.
Nina… you are pure innocence. A perfume that brings me a drop of melancholy; look how interesting they are. I feel it like the apple before Eve bit it. Innocent, dreamy, charming, idealistic, playing coquettish. A particular perfume… ephemeral. And ephemeral because it’s special, but it fades quickly, what a pity.
It reminds me so much of middle school. It’s a lovely, fresh, and wearable scent. But it lasts a breath. In 30 minutes, it’s like I didn’t wear anything at all.
Ah, Nina. My eternal favorite. A delicious, joyful, fresh fragrance full of beautiful memories of youth in every note. It’s the perfume my boyfriend introduced me to, fell in love with me, and still adores 16 years later, just like the first time. It features delicious fruits: raspberry, strawberry, bergamot, and an apple that is juicy and fresh, perfectly ripe, so biting into it intoxicates not just the taste buds but the nose too. In the dry down, a touch of woods and praline with exquisite sweetness. Nina is a sunny spring day, memories of high school. On my skin, it’s long-lasting with a lasting, hugging sillage. I remember that before we lived together back in 2008, my boyfriend sprayed Nina on a hair bow I wore in my adolescence and kept it in an eyeglass case; every time I smelled it, I could feel him by my side since we lived in different cities. Last year, we found that case again, opened it, and the bow still smelled of the fragrance. It’s an incredible perfume I’m sure I’ll wear on our wedding day and keep buying for the rest of my life. I adore Nina and deserves all the love I can give it, for so many reasons.
A delight, one of my favorites. Fresh, not cloying. Ideal for daytime wear. I love it.
It’s the perfect spring wardrobe staple. I absolutely adore it; it’s youthful: a sweetened apple with woody notes. It projects strongly and grabs attention at first, then settles into a personal scent. Worth it for anyone looking for something feminine yet playful.
My favorite perfume since I tried it in a store. I barely had the chance, so I bought it. I love it because it smells delicious and is fresh, perfect for everyday use. I wish it lasted a few more hours, although it is an Eau de Toilette.
My eternal love… It’s (along with Black XS EDT) my all-time favorite. I met it back in 2007 when I was 17 and fell in love so much that it became my graduation gift. I’ve been wearing it for 17 years, and although I’m a perfume lover, Nina is a must-have for me. Despite its versatile scent that works well at any time, I use it for special occasions; in fact, I wore it to my wedding. As for longevity, it lasts hours on my skin, even until the next day, and much longer on clothes. This is a subjective review because it’s my life’s love made into perfume. The typical one that everyone likes, and I personally LOVE IT!!!
Musky, elegant, and sweet. Ideal fragrance for the office or meetings. Short longevity, but the bottle is beautiful. Would I buy it again? No, right now I prefer other scents.
Lovely mimosa apple… 🌸 Juicy, innocent, sweet, and musky, perhaps even a bit rebellious. I can understand the mixed feelings: it’s innocent yet mature in taste but youthful. Even though I’m a young girl, it brings me incredible nostalgia. It’s perfect for daytime, spring, and summer. Although it’s playful, it’s also elegant and versatile, better for special or family events. 🕯️ I love the bottle; I have the 30ml version to use for different occasions, but unfortunately, I haven’t been able to use it perfectly. It reminds me of the fruit Adam and Eve bit, bringing those vibes. Innocent and sweet, but captivating. On my skin, it lasts a short while, about 2-5 hours, which is little, but on clothes, it lasts quite a bit, even until the next day. Would I buy it again? Yes, but it’s a shame it doesn’t last as long. (❁´◡`❁)
I didn’t like it; I gave it to my mom. I feel it’s more floral than fruity. I thought it would smell like the green DKNY Be Delicious, but nothing like it.
Sweet, red fruits, apple. It’s very red. Soft but with presence, without being invasive. Very rich, classic, and safe. A must-have in any collection. I recommend it for ages 20 to 30. Ideal for daytime, something relaxed.
Nina Ricci doesn’t disappoint. At first, it smells like lemon, reminding me of a CK fragrance. Then comes that juicy apple note that I like, and finally, a musk dominates on my skin, though almost imperceptible. It’s a good perfume for everyday wear, youthful, fresh, and summery, although it’s not the best in longevity since it’s an EDT. The trail is only at the beginning; afterwards, almost nothing. Longevity: 4.5/10, Scent: 8/10.
Smells good, citrusy at first, then dry and sweet, but very soft. I see it as suitable for girls from adolescence up to thirty, ideal for spring and summer. The trail is scarce. I don’t think anyone would dislike it because it smells nice, but I prefer more intense perfumes. I wouldn’t buy it again.
Delicious fragrance; every woman should try it. Its scent is like a warm caress at midnight, tender and unexpected, without being cloying, and it invites you to get closer. It’s like taking a bite of a dessert and feeling the urge to keep going. I’m saying this as a man: I’m crazy about the sweetness and the shyness, it’s like seeing a beautiful girl waiting to be conquered. The packaging is attractive and fits that softness perfectly. I could smell it on any woman and never get tired of it. It doesn’t last long, but it lingers like a personal aura in close proximity. If this is the fragrance your partner chose for you, wear it; they wish to be close to you 😛
It was my first imported perfume, but if I buy it again, I’ll only get the 30ml bottle just for the nostalgia. The scent wasn’t bad, but the projection was way too penetrating; I had to wear it in cool weather because I couldn’t handle it in the heat. The worst part is that after two hours, there was nothing left, not even a woody trace, as if I hadn’t worn anything at all. Plus, the sprayer broke, it started dripping, and the bottle became sticky. I don’t recommend it, especially in Argentina where it’s expensive for its low quality, when there are tons of better and cheaper local dupes available.
It’s delicious, sweet without being cloying, just like the little apple it represents. It’s versatile and perfect for everyday wear, but it doesn’t have a great trail; you have to bathe in perfume to feel it a bit. Still, it smells great. It’s for feeling like yourself and perhaps for the person greeting you in the first half of the day. As a collector and lover of sweet fragrances, I might buy it again if I see it on sale later.
I was surprised by this little apple; I didn’t have much faith in it. I’m not usually a fan of citrus perfumes, but even though it’s an EDT, it’s rich, youthful, and addictive. Ideal for spring and summer, it’s cheerful and I love it. I recommend it 🥰🌷🌺
I hated it, sorry. I never understood the scent and felt it didn’t last at all. At Volá, they sold me a fake.
It’s one of my favorite perfumes. Floral and fresh, ideal for wearing any time of year.
If you like tart and citrus notes, this is for you. Even though it has praline, it’s not sweet at all. It has moderate longevity and projection. It’s fresh, with a spring-like touch, very fruity-citrus, wearable, and versatile. The green apple and lemons create that illusion of tartness and freshness. Nothing invasive or aggressive for the nose.
In 2021, a friend gifted me a necklace with this perfume on it, and it still transports me back to that year. The scent on the necklace lasted for months, no joke, though on skin it faded after eight hours. It had a trail that reached super far. It smells youthful without being immature, versatile, and rich with an exquisite tart apple note. Even though it has praline, it doesn’t feel heavy; it’s just a touch that goes great with the apple to cut the acidity. The only downside is that it’s very well-known, so you won’t smell unique, but you will smell good, and there are no dupes that smell exactly the same. It smells like pure nostalgia to me, haha.
It’s jovial yet elegant. It’s a staple for me. 10/10.
What delicate and delicious femininity hides in this little apple. It’s sweet and soft, the perfect balance between sweet and citrus with a spectacular harmony. Smelling it gives me calm. It’s not at all what I expected given its huge success; it’s a pity it’s so overused and makes noses tired, but it’s lovely to rediscover it and feel it like the first time, imagining that first encounter to be enchanted.
This was one of my first perfumes; I wore it a lot during my pre-teen and teenage years until I got tired of it. Maybe now I prefer sweeter, milky scents, but it still transports me back to good memories of when I was younger. It’s perfect for any occasion—sweet and fruity.
It smells like Sprite right when you spray it, but once it dries down it’s pleasant, though you have to really try to catch the scent. Lasts literally two seconds.
