  • I smell plastic in it; I don’t know if I’m the only one since no one mentions it in the comments. If I smell it from afar, it smells good, but when I get closer, I already feel that sticky artificial smell 🙁

  • I wasn’t going to buy it because all the reviews said it was ‘mango in a bottle,’ but one day I decided to try it and I loved it. It’s a fruity lactonic scent that doesn’t smell like a fruit salad or a soda. It’s a luxurious mango very well blended with jasmine, incense, and a final touch of vanilla. Very, very delicious. I do consider it elegant. I could wear it to dinner or at the office because it doesn’t overwhelm or cloy. It’s the perfume you’d wear in Dubai or on a yacht in Ibiza.

  • Fame is a very enjoyable fruity-vanilla scent, with a neutral sweetness and a slightly creamy base from the sandalwood. At first, it reminded me of Alien Goddess, though they aren’t the same; it’s a mental reference point. It’s youthful, sparkling, and I think it would make a great gift. It’s feminine, wearable, and the packaging is very beautiful and unique. Performance is average and projection is discreet; it’s not the most overwhelming from Paco Rabanne. The quality-price ratio is acceptable. I think it’s appropriate for spring and autumn, although it has a summery touch, I don’t think it’s that refreshing in the heat. Who will like it: lovers of fruity scents.

  • An ultra-delicious mango, tropical and youthful with sandalwood that adds depth and complexity. I love it! I can’t wait to wear it in summer. Although on my skin it doesn’t last or project as much as I’d like.

  • What a disappointment! I tested it on a tester strip and loved it, but on my skin it was super generic, fruity but without personality. Zero longevity! I tested it in the store and after half an hour there was nothing left; the salesperson sprayed me heavily. The bottle is pretty but not worth it. There are perfumes that last longer and cost less.

  • It smells good but doesn’t break the mold. It’s the kind of perfume to play it safe and please everyone. Ideal for gifting.

  • The mango smells like juice, you can detect the vanilla and jasmine, but nothing extraordinary. For me, it’s a bit too soft.

  • At first, it’s strong until the notes settle. After 5 hours with washed hands, it still lingers; it’s a sweet mango and more pleasant. But the scent is quite typical, otherwise it’s fine, I’m not sure if I’d buy it.

  • I don’t know, I expected something creamy like Lattafa’s Yara, but it’s not. It has that tropical-fruit look, but it smells more like laundry detergent. Yes, it’s similar to Yara, but it’s more synthetic, clean, and much less creamy. The downside is that it lasts twice as long and smells chemical, which bothers me, so I wouldn’t wear it.

  • Playas1010

The bottle is gorgeous, but the perfume feels very common—nothing stands out or grabs attention. I wouldn’t buy it again. 7/10.

  • Fresh and vanilla-forward, featuring a beautiful, seductive dry-down. It’s a miracle for spring and summer.

  • lilololi

This perfume is spectacular. Its fruity sweetness with a sophisticated touch creates a unique sensory experience. As a Paco Rabanne fan, it hasn’t disappointed me at all. Every time I wear it, I feel wrapped in elegance and charm. It’s an exceptional addition to my collection.

  • Mr. Baskerville

Young and sweet fragrance, though there are more intense options out there. It balances mango, vanilla, jasmine, and bergamot with a woody base. The projection is decent but restrained; the longevity is good, though it lacks personality and edge. I don’t think it will surprise niche lovers, but it fits perfectly in the current market. Ideal for young girls or party nights, a solid choice if you like vanilla scents. The price is reasonable, so it’s worth it if you’re in the mood for something sweet.

  • nataliedrm

It didn’t win me over. I wanted to believe it smelled like real mango, but it settles into a sticky, one-note sweet tropical scent without nuances. The longevity is poor, and the bottle is both ugly and uncomfortable. If you’re looking for something authentic to mango, try the Sexy Rio de Janeiro by MK.

  • I love it! It smells soft, warm, and sweet, but it lasts forever. I barely notice perfumes, and I can still smell this all day. I wear it to work because it looks serious. I also spray it in bed, and it lasts an incredibly long time. What a great scent.

  • charlotinable

Pure tropical goodness… it smells like juicy, sexy mango with balanced bergamot and a smoky vanilla at the end, finishing with a hint of incense that adds class, plus a soft, fine jasmine. I love the mango, and it really shines here. I want it; it’s wonderful. The bottle isn’t ugly, but the packaging could be prettier.

  • The jasmine dominates everything, followed by vanilla and sandalwood. It sounds generic; maybe a young girl would wear it for going out or to work.

  • I love Paco Rabanne, and this smells like mango—so delicious! But it doesn’t last long on my skin. What a shame because the scent is top-tier.

  • I absolutely love how it smells. It has a sweet, smoky touch from the incense that’s super sexy and elegant. If it’s true that WOW isn’t super innovative, outside the ordinary, or unusual for demanding enthusiasts, then for me, as a beginner nose, I like it a lot. It’s linear, sweet, and slightly smoky. That said, it doesn’t last long on me—about 3 hours—but I boost it with the matching body cream and oil, and then it lasts much longer. Obviously, for the price you pay, you need a combo to make it last longer, maybe something you don’t like, but I don’t mind; I use it and get compliments.

  • I heard it at a perfumery and liked it a lot. It reminds me of a spa; it smells clean. But the scent is quite generic.

  • It doesn’t smell like anything particular. I don’t know, it just doesn’t catch my attention. I don’t feel like it’s a perfume you wear and people say, ‘Aww, you’re wearing Fame.’ The same goes for the Parfum and Elixir versions; they all smell the same, and none stand out in any way.

  • Luciibelen15

Sweet beyond belief. It’s exactly the Phantom but for women. It’s a sweet, vanilla-infused scent that doesn’t tire you out or feel invasive, even for those who dislike sweet smells. It’s very rich; I’d use it exclusively for nights and going out. It’s strong but not annoying or invasive to others.

  • I liked it a lot from the start, and everyone tells me it smells great. It feels targeted at young women (around 18-25) for partying. It has a vibrant, cheerful mango opening that, in my opinion, could last a bit longer. Then a sweet, soft vanilla base that accompanies it from start to finish. In fact, that’s what remains after several hours: a subtle, sugary vanilla. Beyond being cheerful and sweet, it has a touch of sophistication thanks to the jasmine and incense, but not too much. It evokes festive and/or elegant attire, dark colors, jewelry, fun, and excitement. I’m a bit older and don’t party much, so I’m wearing it during the day in autumn to go out for drinks, shopping, or a walk. It lifts my mood and makes me feel coquettish. I wouldn’t wear it in enclosed spaces like an office, gym, or library.

  • I wear it because it was a gift from my daughter, so I’ll use it regularly for sentimental reasons and because it smells great. Setting aside the emotional side, it smells good, wearable, pleasant, and has a sexy touch, though nothing new under the sun. It’s not original or daring, lacking bold personality or a daring blend. It suits young girls better, giving them a sexy, sparkly vibe. On a woman, it can be noticeable, elegant, and lively. For me, in my forties, it’s just okay. It’s suitable for daytime formal events or the office. For a discreet, pleasant night out, it works. It’s not seductive or dazzling for parties. If you’re used to stronger, warmer scents, it won’t seem different or exquisite. The sillage is moderate, fading to light; the base notes last a bit longer, but the heart notes feel short. I’ll wear it daily in winter. In summer, only at night for drinks, but not in the morning—I prefer citrus then. For an evening outdoors on a terrace, it could work.

  • It smells like a delicious mango and vanilla gummy. I’ll never get tired of smelling it, unlike the men’s version.

  • What I smell most is the mango, jasmine, and vanilla. It’s sweet and tropical, perfect for a summer night, and I love the bottle. It’s a good perfume, just not very original, and the longevity is average. For the price, I’d prefer to buy a dupe.

Finally, I finished the 80ml of FAME. It was a blind buy that seemed nice at first but turned MEH from day one. It’s just another generic perfume: jasmine, mango, and vanilla. The longevity is poor, and the sillage is non-existent. It’ll remain a memory as one of my worst blind buys.

  • Daniela Vip

I’ve read and seen many harsh reviews calling this perfume common and generic, but for me, it was love at first sniff. It’s creamy and sweet, turning my senses upside down. The mango, jasmine, and vanilla stand out on my skin; I’ve received so many compliments, and my husband loves it every time I wear it. At 44, I have several fragrances, but this one has that special touch that captivates me—I wish it would never run out. The trail is wide for the first hour, then softens but lingers; I don’t mind reapplying every so often. I love it, no matter what people say about Fame.

  • If there’s anything to say, it’s that it’s DELICIOUS. If you like sweet perfumes but not too cloying, it’s a huge yes!! I adore it too much. Anyway, I have to admit it’s not very long-lasting on the skin and doesn’t have much sillage for what it costs, but without a doubt, its scent conquered me!!

  • Yes @mitierradelibros

I’ll start by saying I’m glad I didn’t pay a lot for it; I bought it blindly during the hot sale. Let’s see if I like it, but it doesn’t really drive me crazy. I was always sure it would be a perfume I’d love and didn’t even stop to try it in perfumeries, and maybe those expectations are why it didn’t make me fall in love. I’m testing it in autumn with quite cold days; surely when the heat returns, I’ll take another look. For now, I’ll say it doesn’t generate much for me; regarding longevity, I’d say it’s okay, and my partner loved it. But I still wonder if I should sell it or keep it.

  • It’s an imposing perfume. I have the problem that perfumes don’t last for me, but this definitely saves the day; it lasts many hours on the skin and leaves your clothes with the scent. You can smell the jasmine and vanilla notes; it’s not cloying and has a sexy touch. I feel it projects much more in summer.

  • jorgeluiscabani

It’s very rich; the mango 🥭 stands out and has a delicious vanilla. Yes, it’s worth it; ladies adore it.

  • Wlad Molina

Sweet and creamy, Fame is a fragrance that feels and is perceived like a celebrity, even from its launch. After a few minutes, the mango is there; maybe it’s not the most realistic, but it perfectly accompanies a subtle citrus note that refuses to disappear. However, the true protagonists are its floral and creamy notes. The jasmine feels very opulent, while the vanilla’s sweetness breaks through to sweeten the heart. But what makes it delicious and special is the base, where frankincense and sandalwood give it that creamy, sensual touch that makes it so attractive. Due to its warmth and sensuality, Fame is ideal for a party or date. It’s not for daily wear, but for special occasions where you want to stand out. Although it leans heavily floral due to the jasmine, it’s worth it. 7.5/10

  • I bought it after trying it several times, but eventually swapped it for another because the fruity scent is only at the beginning; the trail is just flowers with a touch of sweetness.

  • Fame has become my favorite. It’s very feminine, smelling of sweet jasmine with tropical fruits and a soft, delicate sandalwood base. I don’t find it similar to anything else. I’d wear it all year, day or night. On my combination skin (alkaline pH), it lasts about 8 hours, a bit more, but by then it’s skin-only. I love it so much I have two dupes to touch up, carry in my bag, or just smell like Fame without it being a special occasion. I own Yara by Tous, and it’s neither equal nor similar; it has the Fame vibe but feels more like a creamy mango-vanilla, not floral. It’s heavier to wear, so I don’t consider it a dupe. I suppose some smell it the same due to the mango, but it doesn’t get confused with Fame.

  • CarliCherry

My summer perfume, super fresh. It’s the only one I wear in this heat and humidity. On my skin, the mango disappears, leaving just the jasmine and vanilla, which is… synthetic, powdery. As a gourmand consumer, I’d dare say it doesn’t smell like ‘mmm delicious,’ which is why jasmine with a touch of sweetness (but not much) dominates on me. The bottle is gorgeous, like a dressed-up bottle, but the style doesn’t match the content; it should smell stronger, almost cocktail or evening vibes. Very meh 😐. I remember smelling it in a freeshop and thinking it was delicious; when gifted to me months later, it still smelled good but wasn’t the same. I never felt that first sensation again. It’s an ambivalent relationship for me; some days I want it, others I ignore it in my collection 😅. It’s for summer and daytime, or blended on the skin. The sillage is good, but longevity isn’t great, about 2 hours, which is its trail. It’s a good perfume, nothing more.

  • ikamikamika

It’s my go-to fragrance; I absolutely adore it. I fell in love the moment I tried it, and the mango lingers on my skin—sweet, juicy, and sometimes a bit powdery. The vanilla shines through later, never letting the jasmine fade. It’s a shame it doesn’t last long, so I keep a decant to reapply when I’m out for hours. My partner and friends love it.
