Bright Crystal by Versace is a fruity floral fragrance for women. Launched in 2006, this composition was created by perfumer Alberto Morillas. The top notes of yuzu, pomegranate, and ice deliver a fresh and vibrant opening; the heart reveals floral elegance with peony, lotus flower, and magnolia; while the base settles on musk, cedar, and amber, adding warmth and longevity.

  • Mmm, Alberto Morillas, you surprise me again. 💞 I smelled this perfume out of curiosity, the huge and extravagant glass cap stole all my attention. Upon smelling it, I wasn’t sure if I liked it or not, mainly because of its opening which I felt was citrusy, and personally, I’m not a fan of citrus, but something caught my attention, something that totally softened the perfume continued to pass the time to dry down and see how it developed. I sensed a jasmine scent, totally soft, I felt it like a bath gel, one of those for spring and summer days, when you step out fresh after taking a refreshing shower. It’s very feminine, but I could say it embraces the feminine unisex very well. White flowers, it’s a floral perfume in every word. It’s nothing new, but it makes you feel clean and fresh. Its price I honestly feel is slightly expensive, but nothing I can’t afford. I like it. I would buy it again. (❁´◡`❁)

I love the peony with the musk. The great projection it has on me fascinates me because, not many fresh perfumes adhere this well and last throughout the day. I like it a lot, but! there are some difficulties. Like how it’s so citrusy and sparkling at the start that I want to sneeze, or that at times I notice a very artificial smell and that doesn’t please me. This perfume is very “Spicy” due to the “yuzu” and its ice. The lemon is citrusy and acidic, like cutting an unripe lemon too early… spicy🌶️ It’s not entirely my taste but it projects and fulfills its function: it makes me feel clean and neat for any occasion. Pd: The pomegranate isn’t felt at all. ⭐️💫6.5/10💫⭐️

  • It’s a soft and wearable scent, but not long-lasting, at least on my skin. I feel the cold in the notes, it doesn’t say anything special that sets it apart from others, although I did like it, I could use it, but I prefer others. It reminds me of Chance Eternité, a rich and slightly floral opening that evaporates quickly.

  • My favorite fragrance!! Fresh, floral, ideal for any occasion! It has something special and truly unique. For a long time I searched for a perfume for my sister and none of them pleased her, but this fragrance was love at first sniff for her!! 😍

  • Monty Phyton

It has a masculine touch! At the start, more than the flowers, I notice the yuzu (Japanese lemon), the cedar as wood, and to a lesser extent, the amber and pomegranate. The ice must be due to that cold sensation. As it develops, the flowers come out like spring after winter, evoking that beautiful transition, though a bit more synthetic this time. Zero sweet. Zero aldehydic. Zero spicy. Zero balsamic. Suitable for those who hate patchouli and vanilla. Not long-lasting, doesn’t give me addiction vibes either. 🕯️ 5.5/10.🔥

I bought it without smelling it, but I tried the Absoluy version and imagined it would be similar… I’ll update this when I get it, but for now, I thought it was fresh, floral, with light fixation… EDIT: It smells sweet and floral… but I feel it’s not for me, a bit old-fashioned on my skin… but others find it delicious, I checked, it’s sad to make a blind buy based on these comments. EDIT AGAIN: The problem was I tested it over another fragrance I was already wearing, which is why it smelled weird, but after showering and applying body lotion, I felt its true power: IT’S FRESH AND FLORAL, pleasant and radiates so much peace, I got compliments from my friends and partner, it’s the best floral I’ve ever experienced.

  • I liked the fresh sensation it gives when sprayed, probably due to its icy opening. I liked smelling it in a tester and decided to buy it, however, it doesn’t seem as pleasant when worn, it’s not bad but doesn’t make me feel special, I think it’s a very serious scent and not elegant because of it, I don’t identify with it. I wouldn’t buy it again.

  • A friend of my sister traveled to Europe and brought a set of minis to share with her and two other friends. I got the chance to try Crystal Noir, Yellow Diamond, and Bright Crystal. I would have chosen the last one if I had been one of the recipients. Fresh floral. Very rich. Maybe I can treat myself to it someday.

  • One of my favorites, a great perfume. The fresh floral notes are delightful. It’s delicate, not a huge sillage, but noticeable at a meter. The longevity is good, though it could be better. On my skin, it lasts 3 to 4 hours.

  • I didn’t feel any fresh sensation, I didn’t find the citrus in the perfume, at least on my skin. I didn’t like it.

  • Quite simple but it does the job. It’s refreshing when applied, a mix of floral, fruity, and citrus, delicious. Honestly, I don’t feel it changes much after drying down, just the citrus softens a bit. Recommended for the price, I love it.

  • Chocolate con licor

It smells super fresh, perfect for a summer day; even on the skin, it feels refreshing. It’s clean, fresh, floral, feminine, and youthful. It doesn’t drive me crazy, but honestly, it’s nice. The 200ml version is a good price. As always, Versace perfumes blend the notes well; once it dries down, it smells like peony, yuzu, and pomegranate. I didn’t detect the musk and amber on my skin, but it’s still good.

  • Nicolle Padilla

I absolutely love it, super feminine. It’s not a complex fragrance, hard not to like among girls. It’s floral, citrusy, and playful. It makes you feel like a delicate, coquettish, beautiful doll. It lasts a long time on my clothes until I wash them; on my skin, about 8 hours, and if I go to sleep, I wake up with a skin-scent. Its sillage isn’t super wide, but it’s always noticeable. I’ve gotten tons of compliments.

  • I used to have this perfume in a mini size and kept it because I thought it smelled delicious and fresh. Now that I have the full-size bottle, I don’t like it anymore—it smells like a market 🙁

  • mariamaria222

I received it today. I wanted it because once I saw the empty bottle on my grandmother’s vanity and, out of curiosity, smelled the cap. I was surprised: I thought it would smell old, but instead, I felt elegance. At first, it smells a bit like wet towels, but that disappears in minutes. It definitely smells clean, though at the start the scent is a bit sharp and acidic, like a clean, acidic floral. I’d appreciate it more in the heat. The vibe is freshly out of the shower and heading to an event, looking put together, clean girl aesthetic, and elegant. I can’t wait for summer to see if the feeling changes. I bought it out of nostalgia for my grandmother and think it’s worth having as a backup for when you’re in a rush, even if there are better options. If you buy it, I recommend starting with the smaller size to test it. Maybe my nose will evolve over time. It doesn’t last long on the skin, but since it’s a bit irritating at first, it settles into something softer later. On clothes, it lasts quite a while.

  • One of my favorites. It doesn’t give me allergies, which is key since I have a sensitive sense of smell. It smells like everything I’ve always wanted: freshly showered, just soap, shampoo, and lotion. I guess the hint of ice gives that fresh feeling. If you want to smell clean, just out of the shower, and like you’re wearing only your skincare, buy it! It doesn’t smell artificial. The only downside is it doesn’t last long, but for the price, it doesn’t hurt too much.

  • Versace Bright Crystal combines fruity and floral notes in a super refreshing way. While it’s not the most innovative, its aroma is very pleasant and satisfying. It’s an excellent designer fragrance for women that over time becomes a classic. Its performance is moderate, ideal for daily use, and it will surely attract compliments. If you’re looking for something fresh and feminine for any occasion, Bright Crystal is an option to consider.

  • A beautiful perfume for spring. It feels sweet, delicate, and super feminine. It leaves me feeling clean and full of joy.

  • SamanthaL

I detect floral and yuzu notes; I didn’t find the pomegranate. Woody and amber notes are felt in the background. It’s very fresh; honestly, I’m more of a sweet perfume person, but I wanted to try something different and admit it’s not my style, yet I’m not regretting experimenting with it. The scent is very pleasant, makes you feel clean, and at least on my skin, the smell is lasting.

  • Nice, versatile, and daily perfume, but lacks longevity and has very personal sillage. White florals dominate; it’s not cloyingly sweet, rather fresh, clean, cheerful, and subtle. I feel it’s more suitable for a teenager, for school or university, because it’s not invasive. I don’t feel it’s too original; it reminds me a lot of the original Gucci Flora 2011 or the Bombshell family from VS, actually with similar longevity but at a higher price. I’m disappointed it lasts so little on skin; it’s quite a considerable price for the half-hour it lasted, plus it has zero projection. If I don’t bring my arm close to my nose, I can’t smell it.

  • I don’t like it; it doesn’t last at all and is very soft. At first, it feels sweet and pleasant, but after a few minutes it turns somewhat bitter, as if I hadn’t put on any perfume. I generally love the notes it carries, but I don’t feel the sweetness it should have.

  • carme2001

I’m completely in love with this perfume. It’s fresh, floral, youthful… I haven’t found anything similar yet. It’s a shame it’s a bit pricey… But I adore it. I’ve received compliments several times when wearing it, and curiously, when you sweat, the fragrance intensifies. Plus, it’s long-lasting, at least on my skin, even sticking to clothes! I’d also like to buy the matching body cream to smell like this perfume all day.

Another gem by Alberto Morillas; what would perfumery be without this wonderful man, a creator of emotions and award-winning scents? I love floral/fruit fragrances; while this one is sweet, the yuzu gives it an acidic touch, making it soft yet powerful. I recommend it for all-year use; it’s office-appropriate since it doesn’t overpower, ideal for a date or heading to university. It’s a beauty that adapts to our activities. A sparkling diamond that makes us happy from the first spray.

  • oliendobonito

If you like floral and aquatic perfumes with a citrus twist, then you’ll love this. Super refreshing, floral, clean, subtle but with character. Its longevity is about 8-9 hours on skin. Moderate to intimate sillage that develops over time. I see it as more of a spring and summer scent.

  • Someone tested this perfume on me at a store (just two sprays on my arm), and honestly, I fell in love. I’ve worn it for 4 hours; it’s soft, clean, citrusy, and feminine. I can’t stop smelling it on my arm… if you like soft perfumes because strong ones overwhelm you, this is a muuuuch good option! I’ll use it all year, not just in summer ❤️ It’s been over 8 hours and I still have a faint scent on my arm… I passed the test 😍 and already bought it ✨

  • I tried this perfume and literally noticed almost nothing; it’s so subtle I almost felt like I didn’t put anything on. What a pity.

  • A watery caramel disguised as a jewel. Bright Crystal starts with a synthetic blast of watery pomegranate and plastic flowers, like a cocktail with too much ice and no soul. It promises sparkle but delivers perfumed water: cold, superficial, and forgettable. Its femininity is display-case fragile, like cheap glass that shatters at the first touch. There’s no mystery, no depth, no shadow—just the illusion of freshness wrapped in marketing. Versace offers not a crystal here, but a disposable glass with a translucent pink scent.

  • Elegant and flirty, subtle yet suggestive; it makes me feel very feminine and men love it. Its notes create a perfect balance between citrus, floral, and fresh. One of my favorites; I absolutely adore it.

  • Sarah Poggio

Simply wonderful. Extremely feminine and sophisticated, soft, delicate, clean, fresh, simple, and elegant. It had to be by Alberto Morillas; a must-have in my collection.

  • KenyaCarrillo

The perfect perfume, my absolute favorite. So fresh and rich at the same time, soft and delicate. Every time I wear it, I get compliments; it’s very feminine. I love it and feel like a woman of any age can wear it. Although I’m obsessed with it, I feel the longevity is a bit short, but it’s a truly beautiful scent.

  • My Versace Bright Crystal is my daily signature. Fresh, clean, and light with peony and lotus notes. It’s not overpowering; it leaves a warm, cozy aura, and I always get compliments. It makes me feel feminine, radiant, and confident. The perfect chic choice for everyday wear.

  • Rich aroma, no surprises. The longevity is that of a cologne… a bit disappointing for Versace, for the price, and for the hype created.

  • Here we have a designer/commercial fragrance that isn’t here to revolutionize or bother: floral, pleasant, but at today’s price, you’d expect something more standout. Recommended for anyone looking for a daily floral for hot days and ages 25+. Perfect for the office or casual use. Very wearable.

  • Another classic from Versace for my mom, in her 40s to 50s. This one is more solid than the others… A perfect summer floral fragrance for the humid climate and relaxed Mediterranean coastal lifestyle. It’s cool, sensual, and flirtatious; it makes a difference without being overwhelming, drawing people toward you. In my opinion, it’s for a mature, established woman; at 28, I can’t see myself wearing it. It has that amber I can’t stand—it makes me nauseous and puts me in a bad mood—and the magnolia is a heavy flower; the combination is lethal for me.

  • Crystalline fruit ice palette: a juicy citrus opening with yuzu and pomegranate, not sparkling but rounded, featuring that metallic ice accord that smells like ice itself. Morillas’ intent is clear: to convey freshness. It evolves into an aquatic floral with peony, magnolia, and lotus while maintaining transparency, closing with a clean veil of musk and soft woods. Ideal for spring and summer, day-to-day or office wear, without being overpowering. Neo-masculinity in a feminine bottle, totally unisex for anyone seeking something light and crystalline. Rating: 9/10, it delivers on its promise of elegant freshness.
