Dora Baghriche
Born into a family with a rich culinary heritage, Dora Baghriche’s passion for aromas dates back to her childhood. Growing up with two grandmothers who were pastry makers, Dora’s earliest olfactory memories were filled with the tempting scents of cinnamon, almonds, and pine nut cream. These formative experiences laid the foundation for her future career in the world of fragrances.
Dora studied at the prestigious Institut Supérieur International du Parfum, de la Cosmétique et de l’Aromatique Alimentaire (ISIPCA), where she honed her skills and knowledge in the world of perfumery. Before discovering her true calling in the fragrance industry, Dora worked as a journalist.
Dora Baghriche began her illustrious career as a perfumer at Firmenich, one of the leading fragrance companies in the world. Her exceptional talent for capturing the essence of life through scent has earned her a reputation as one of the most in-demand perfumers in the industry. Dora’s portfolio includes an impressive list of creations, including Yves Saint Laurent Mon Paris, Glossier You, Versace Vanitas, Paco Rabanne Fame, Cacharel Anais Anais Premier Delice, Yves Saint Laurent Mon Paris Intensement, L’Artisan Parfumeur Caligna, and Olfactive Studio Still Life.
Dora approaches the art of perfume creation as a solitary, introspective process. Drawing on her journalism career, she puts her thoughts and ideas into a journal, describing the fragrances she imagines in a literary style. This method allows her to channel her many experiences, such as her trips to the Mediterranean, Asia, and New York, as well as her deep connection with Italian culture, into her fragrances.

From her childhood memories in her grandmothers’ kitchens to her travels around the world, every experience serves as a muse for her perfume creations.
