Liked it. Smells like mandarins or maybe orange. The orange blossom is very prominent with a touch of vanilla. I get a slightly soapy vibe, or maybe that’s just because I had a soap with a similar scent before. Excellent projection; it doesn’t feel like a modern perfume—it reminds me of scents from another era—but it’s exquisite nonetheless.

  • Bought it a few weeks ago. It was love at first sight when I got to try it in the store; for an EDT, it has beastly longevity and projection, which really surprised me. It lasts on my skin until the next day and on clothes for days; I’d dare say it’s the best EDT in my collection. As for the scent, it smells like clean vanilla, nothing cloying. You can really tell there’s a vintage vibe—do you remember those watermarked invitation notes with images on scented paper? Well, this perfume brought back so many memories of those notes I used to collect as a kid. I’d been looking for that specific aroma for years and finally found one that resembles it. I love it. What a pity it’s limited edition.

I adore this perfume! In my country it came out as a limited edition, and I had to buy three because I was scared I’d run out. I loved it from the first spray. It smells incredible and has amazing projection and longevity on skin; on clothes, it’s eternal. As always, Jean Paul Gaultier doesn’t disappoint.

  • I’d love to ask those who have tried it, especially about this limited Xmas edition (to @oliendobonito if you’re reading ^^). Does it smell exactly like the classic Jean Paul Gaultier Classique or is there some variation? Since they never have testers for these limited editions with the little strips, I never know exactly what to expect 🥲

If you like orange blossom, you’ll love this perfume. It smells sweet, classic, elegant, and very feminine. Works great in autumn and winter because it’s warm and enveloping. If you have a sensitive nose, it might be a bit strong at first. On clothes, it’s super long-lasting: stays between 9 and 10 hours without any issues. Perfect if you’re looking for a feminine perfume with presence and good staying power.

  • @MBlack Hey, you didn’t ask me, but here’s the scoop: it smells exactly like what Fragrantica says. Vanilla with a ton of white flowers like jasmine and orange blossom, maybe some slightly sticky neroli. It has an innocent citrus touch that adds freshness, and a fluffy part, like it has marshmallows in it. It also gives a clean, almost soapy impression, but that’s just a vibe. Compared to the Classic (which I don’t have right now), it definitely shares a lot of DNA with the original. The Xmas version keeps that vintage air but with different nuances; I feel it’s better balanced and more youthful. I love my new perfume! 🥰 Can’t talk about sillage and longevity yet, I still need to test it. This is just my first impression—I literally just opened it. Edit: As it dries down, it’s getting more and more like the original version.
