Jasmine, orange blossom, gardenia, iris, mandarin. It’s like a layering between Pure Poison and Noa by Cacharel, without the lily of the valley. A powdery white floral. Excellent combination of notes. It’s one of those floral scents that might be underrated now that most people ignore florals and powdery notes. A good move by Zara to diversify so many styles in this recent collection. It’s a great perfume. Glorious powdery musk opening. Versatile, feminine, and clean. Lasts beyond 10 hours on my skin. If I didn’t collect perfumes and went to Zara to buy just one for daily wear, I would have definitely chosen this. The good thing about florals is that with so much sugar and rum out there, in the end, who will stand out is the one using a good floral. Highly recommended 100%.
If you like the scent of the blue tin Nivea body cream, this is your fragrance. Spirited Romance smells exactly like it. It’s a clean scent that reminds me of summer. It’s pleasant, appropriate, and not intrusive; it doesn’t leave a huge trail, but if someone gets close, you can tell, and it lasts on clothes with dignity. It’s great to have as a subtle background note that doesn’t bother anyone. Personally, I don’t detect any citrus, iris notes, or animalic touch. It’s exactly that: Nivea.
Hey, this smells absolutely incredible—it’s that classic blue tin Nivea body cream scent. It’s clean and creamy, giving me a massive sense of well-being, like I’m wrapped in clouds of hydration. It’s very similar to the Nivea Eau de Toilette, and I’d even dare say it could be mistaken for the new Issey Miyake A Drop d’Issey, though I haven’t tried that one. Many people think it sounds like Dior J’adore Parfum d’eau, but NO WAY!!!! I’ve worn it daily for half a year and they have nothing in common. J’adore is creamy, milky, soft, and distinguished. Spirited Romance is more potent, less soft or milky, more powdery, but it smells so good I already have two bottles in my collection.
