Super unique fragrance, like Ebony Wood but with a woody base and a honey note that makes it sweeter and stickier. It’s a bomb, perfect for night. What a shame they don’t sell it anymore; I’m dying to buy it again.

It hit me hard. Very similar to Ebony Wood, especially once it dries down. At first, it smells fruitier than the original. The longevity on my skin is 8 hours.

  3. The opening smells like the typical fruit juice of old. That scent lasts less than an hour before evolving into something less strident and more woody.

  4. I picked it up on sale for 5 euros last year… it’s slowly become one of my Zara favorites. The citrus opening and the sweet woody drydown instantly put me in a good mood. What a pity I didn’t value it sooner; I would have bought several refills. In my opinion, it’s very well constructed; sometimes Zara surprises with great creations at a laughable price.

Nice fragrance. Soft, with a weak sillage but the longevity on skin is quite good. Almost for personal enjoyment. You can really feel the spicy touch and the wood very softly in the background. I don’t know the Ebony Wood to compare, but this is a solid fragrance in itself. Worth buying and enjoying.

An original, feminine woody scent. I wear it and everyone says they can smell it before I even walk into the room. The 5 euros were the best investment of my life, haha. I put it on last night and I can still smell it after 12 hours. I love it.

I smelled it at Zara today and it smelled like punch to me, but I’m not sure beyond guava with a hint of clove. I saw the notes and honestly, my nose doesn’t identify with them much, but maybe it’s the cassis, rose, and pepper that I confused with guava. The ebony could be an aromatic touch. I really like the opening; then that sweet touch fades and it becomes more masculine in the drydown, but I still like it quite a bit; it’s cute.

It’s a strange perfume for me; I’m not used to this type of scent. I can’t describe what it smells like; it feels super sharp at the start, with a freshly cut plant leaf aroma (I guess that’s the cassis), I don’t smell any rose, and a hint like coconut or something creamy and warm. I feel coconut to the max in the drydown on my skin; I know it’s not in it, but I do smell it. It feels quite unisex. The longevity is good, hours and hours, with a pretty good and stable projection throughout the day. I’m not fascinated by the aroma, but it seems very interesting and special to me; I feel like I want to keep smelling it.

I haven’t had the pleasure of trying the Ebony Wood; in fact, I bought this fragrance a bit blindly based on a recommendation and because it was on sale, but I was pleasantly surprised. I’m usually a floral and fruity girl, but this combination of wood and blackcurrant is delicious. I like to compare it to a soda: bubbly and acidic. The only problem is that that sensation doesn’t last long on my skin, though I have no complaints about the woody notes afterwards, which are custom-made for this cold weather. Anyway, now that I’ve seen the 100ml format is discounted to 10 euros, I’m too tempted.

  11. I’m simply in love with this perfume. Just that. That fresh green mixes with the rose and another sweet thing I don’t know what it is, but on my skin it feels so delicious. I love woody perfumes, but here the wood is very subtle and yet I still feel that magical touch that makes me feel like a witch who smells like the forest she tends. I was never interested in having a signature scent before, but this perfume is making me think about it. What’s weird is that just one of Zara’s perfumes makes me want to have a signature scent.

  12. It is indeed very similar to Ebony Wood, but different enough that I’m happy to have it in my collection (30 ml) despite already owning the original. I love Ebony Wood, so this flanker with fruitier, sweeter, and more wearable notes for hot weather has also been a hit. It opens with juicy plum that soon reveals the rose, both notes swimming in the woody-sweet DNA of Ebony Wood, though without the soapy aspect the original has on my skin and less heavy on the spices. It has a moderate-to-wide sillage and lasts over 10 hours. Of this line, it’s perhaps the least original due to its strong resemblance to Ebony Wood, but it offers the best performance. Personally, I loved it and won’t hesitate to buy a larger refill because it feels versatile and elegant, a bit more relaxed than Ebony Wood. Although I enjoy it immensely and have discovered fantastic fragrances at Zara, I admit I’m starting to get a bit tired of so many launches and haven’t paid attention to the most recent ones. Maybe Zara needs to find a middle ground in their marketing to keep us interested. Scent 9/10, Longevity 10/10, Sillage 7.5/10, Value 9/10, Packaging 7.5/10. Would I buy again? Yes.

I already had Ebony Wood and bought Nobody Knows by chance. It was an instant click when I smelled it. I never thought it would be the Ebony Wood; this one smells more feminine, sweet, and even slightly juicy (everyone perceives it differently). If you haven’t tried it on your skin, give it a chance; maybe you’ll like it as much as I do.

To my nose, it’s Ebony Wood with a grapefruit note in the opening… just as beautiful as the other! I don’t know, which do I like more? Both!

  15. I own Ebony Wood and just picked up Nobody Knows; I smelled it by accident while looking for new releases and it was an instant click. I never would have guessed it was related to Ebony Wood. This smells more feminine, sweeter, and even slightly juicy. (Obviously, everyone perceives it differently) If you haven’t tried it on your skin, give it a chance, you might like it as much as I do.

  16. Ojos Claros

Feminine woody. Tonka, sandalwood, coffee, and tobacco flower make this perfume an addictive scent. It has a great resemblance to its sibling, Ebony Wood. Personally, I prefer Nobody Knows. The passion for woods has entered our lives thanks to mass-market perfumes like Zara’s. They offer a wide range of possibilities: fragrances that recall niche scents, trendy commercial ones, or with very diverse notes: florals, whites, amber, sweet, with oud, or like in Nobody Knows and Ebony Wood, woody. In the perfume world, woody notes have been used a lot in men’s fragrances. But I invite people to dive into the enjoyment of woody scents. It’s fascinating how woody notes can awaken nostalgia for our childhood, each associated with different moments. In the case of Nobody Knows, an interesting name by the way, the opening evokes an independent, confident woman who doesn’t follow trends but owns her style. Like an entrepreneur in the 80s. Then more sensual mid-notes and a comforting dry-down that embraces you like the warmth of a fireplace at home. It has hooked me; it’s different and beautiful. The sillage might be slightly greater than Ebony Wood’s. For me, it’s a 9.5/10. Thanks, Zara.

It smells identical to Ebony Wood with a floral and citrus twist. At first, it smells a bit odd due to the unusual blend, but once it dries down, it’s Ebony Wood. Did I like it? Hmm, I definitely prefer Ebony.

  18. Since when does Zara decide to clone its own success without saying anything? On my skin, this Nobody Knows is 80% identical to Ebony Wood. They share that woody, balsamic, and resinous base, but here the touch is more fruity and sweet, while the other is warmer and spicier. I see it clearly for fall and winter. It’s unisex, but due to that standout pink and fruitiness, it leans a bit more feminine than Ebony. Both last about 8 hours, but Ebony wins in projection and trail. I don’t know if this means the original is being discontinued, but today both are available. Honestly, I choose one or the other; both are top-tier and worth it, but owning both is redundant. For me, Ebony remains my absolute favorite from the entire collection, and I’ll keep looking for it until I can’t.

  20. Ojos Claros

A feminine woody scent with tonka, sandalwood, coffee, and tobacco flower; an addictive smell very similar to its sibling Ebony Wood, though I personally prefer Nobody Knows. The passion for woods reaches everyone with fragrances like Zara’s, which offer a huge range: from niche to commercial, floral, white, amber, sweet, with oud, or woody scents like these. Although woods are usually masculine, I invite you to try them; they awaken childhood nostalgia, each with its own memories. Nobody Knows has a curious name: the opening evokes an independent, confident woman with her own style, like an entrepreneur from the 80s. The heart notes are sensual and the dry-down is comforting, like the warmth of a fireplace at home. It has captured me; it’s distinct and beautiful. Ebony Wood’s trail might be greater, but for me, it’s a 9.5/10. Thanks, Zara.

When does Zara decide to recreate a previous, unbeatable launch? On my skin, Nobody Knows is 80% identical to Ebony Wood. They share the woody, balsamic, and resinous character, but this one is fruitier-sweeter while the other is warmer-spicier. I see it as an autumn-winter scent. It’s unisex, though the rose and fruit notes lean it more feminine than Ebony Wood. Both last about 8 hours, but Ebony Wood wins on projection and sillage. I don’t know if this means Ebony Wood is being discontinued, but both are still available. Honestly… you can choose one; both are great creations worth buying, but owning both is redundant. For me, my favorite will always be Ebony Wood; I’ll keep buying it until I can’t find it. It’s one of my favorite perfumes in my ENTIRE COLLECTION.
