A delicate, sweet floral gem with a subtle talc note, less intense than the original EDP. Very versatile for all seasons, fresh and sparkling, yet with a chic and refined air. Personally, I don’t pick up any patchouli. I love this line; this is already my third bottle.
Like the men’s version, this 2024 Love Edition doesn’t fully match Gucci’s official ingredient list (patchouli, vanillin, moss), but it truly shines here. I detect impeccable cleanliness in the valley lilies and a modern lilac reminiscent of Issey Miyake’s A Drop. It reminds me a lot of ‘Tears of the Moon’ from the Private Blend line, and I suspect Alberto Morillas is behind it too, though the 2024 version takes its own path, less similar to the 2020 with its raspberry and violet. It’s a clean floral with a nearly solar lilac and soapy lily, bathed in soft patchouli and a bitter touch of moss, all over a modern vanillin base without excess. The bottle fits perfectly. Bravo to Gucci! If you like ‘Tears of the Moon’ but find it pricey, this is a great option, though with a distinct vibe.
