Today I recount my encounter with this perfume and its sibling, Gucci Guilty Pour Femme. I was a huge fan of my beloved Love by Chloé, but unfortunately, it’s been discontinued. I managed to get a bottle from a specialized website. I started testing perfumes that were too heavy and none of them appealed to me. I decided to search the Fragrantica forum for similar scents, and a forum member whom I will be forever grateful to recommended Gucci Guilty Pour Femme. I went to try it and fell in love. So much so that when I found out they were releasing the Gucci Guilty Love Edition, I didn’t hesitate to buy it. As for this perfume, I must say it’s very similar to its sibling. I’m not sure which one I like more. This one has a more citrusy opening, but once it settles, it becomes powdery. It’s an absolute delight and, above all, original, standing out from the army of cloying and overwhelming sweet perfumes. I never could have imagined the union of citrus and powdery notes, but it’s truly delicious.
