Chrome Parfum Azzaro: just arrived and very happy with the scent. Will edit soon about performance. First impressions: very good. It delivers the 3 notes: fir resin with a touch of forest, pines and conifers, very vintage. Then the sage rises with a green, bitter, and clean touch, with a slight mentholated sensation. The bergamot gives brightness, like resinous and metallic golden citrus. But there’s something strange lurking that suddenly comes out: imagine all that thrown into a blue jacuzzi. Blue touches that give it modernity, without them it would be vintage. In summary, I liked it. It’s a shower gel with pines, bitter green leaves, and a fresh, sweet blue juice. Good purchase… for now. Performance is pending. EDIT: now I have data. Longevity: 7-8 hours, not bad for a designer freshie, we know they reformulate often. Projection: good-average, not a beast but it’s noticeable well and launches bursts every now and then. That’s the review. P.S. I also have a review on my YouTube channel Goné Valo Fragancias. Greetings and blessings.

What a surprise! Very fresh, ideal for everyday wear, easy to like and doesn’t bother anyone. Perfect for summer. The trail isn’t very pronounced and lasts about 8 hours; it holds up well. It’s not complex, not a compliment machine, but it will give you one or two because it’s subtle and stays in your bubble. Delicious citrus opening, I feel the bergamot for hours, not explosive but present. The sage in the heart is defined and I perceive a fresh marine note even though it’s not declared. Base with soft woods, perhaps resinous as they say. Since I saw it, I knew I had to have it. If you like citrus, buy it blind and you won’t regret it.

  • At first I thought: what does this smell like? I didn’t expect such a strong hit of freshness and greenery. After 5 uses, I recognize that it puts me in a good mood and is energizing in the morning. It’s almost linear, but after 2 hours you leave a clean aura that lasts up to 6 hours on clothes (I don’t wear it on skin because it doesn’t last). Totally worth it for being different from what I have. Those who say it smells like shower gel probably didn’t buy it; it’s not that simple. Everyone agrees it smells very masculine.

Greenish blue, with the green notes dominating over the citrus. 100% masculine. It’s not common but also not groundbreaking. Perfect for warm and autumnal climates. Lasts 7-8 hours with acceptable projection and trail, releasing bursts throughout the day. Perfect for the office: it doesn’t overwhelm or demand compliments. If I had to define it in one word: CORRECT, no more, no less.

Honestly, when I smelled it, I thought of fresh 90s perfumes. It evolves well and doesn’t become boring or typical; it stands out from the market. Ideal for the office or as a signature scent. I recommend it for ages 30 and up; it can be slightly mature without being over the top.

About Azzaro CHROME: the original 1996 version never lasted long and its projection faded quickly, but that was always the case. I’d never seen any flankers in my city until I found this Parfum version at the Low Cost kiosk. It’s not a standout scent and has nothing special about it. Its main strengths are longevity, and while it’s not in Best Mode for projection, it’s definitely noticeable. It carries some of the original DNA, but overall it’s darker, woodier, and less beachy; despite that, it remains a summer scent and very versatile for any occasion, even at night, something the original didn’t allow. It’s an easy-to-wear, pleasant summer fragrance. I think the era of Azzaro CHROME is coming to an end. I didn’t notice the metallic touch, but it’s practical. Edit: on my skin, the green note isn’t noticeable.

The original Chrome from 1996 never lasted long and only projected for the first hour, but this has always been the case. In my city, I couldn’t find flankers except for this Parfum version at the low-cost roundabout. It’s not anything special; its virtues are lasting longer and having notable projection. It has some of the original DNA but is darker, with more wood and less beach vibe. It’s still summery, versatile, and even works at night, something the original couldn’t pull off. A pleasant, easy-to-wear summer scent. It seems the days of Chrome Azzaro are ending. I didn’t notice any metallic notes; it’s practical. Edit: on my skin, the green note isn’t noticeable.

This is ADG Profondo: leave the DNA behind. The opening is mandarin, the base is aquatic-sweet, and the mid-to-drydown phase is the most interesting part of the whole thing.

  • Original and minimalist, nothing like Profondo. It’s an addictive aromatic scent that smells like a luxurious Mediterranean shower; that smoky touch and fresh density are spectacular. My favorite in the collection. Works all year round, ideal for those over 25 or for younger folks wanting to try something truly masculine.
