  • I have a sample I’ve been testing. The opening is fruity, delicious, sweet, and fresh, with notes of raspberry, lychee, and rose. It’s a feminine, addictive, and pleasant scent, but what prevents me from enjoying it is the dry down. For me, the dry down becomes unbearable due to the benzoin, which turns too bitter, and the wood resin amplifies that bitterness. It has good longevity and projection, but unfortunately, the dry down ruins the fragrance. Edit 7/6/25: I recently bought the Trésor Midnight Rose by Lancôme, and indeed Angel Nova seems like a fruity clone, except for the dry down where Lancôme’s is much finer and more seductive. On the other hand, Angel Nova’s dry down is more pleasant in autumn. I’m not ruling out buying the EDT version or trying the new fruitée.

One of my favorites from Mugler and from my entire collection (over 250 perfumes). It has two notes I absolutely love: raspberry and rose. It’s super cheerful, sparkling, and addictive. The sillage and longevity are excellent (over 8 hours on skin and counting). Every time I wear it, someone compliments it. It’s fruity and floral with just the right amount of sweetness. Impossible not to love it. If you love this perfume, stock up now; soon it will be replaced by another version they say is less long-lasting and more childish 🙁

  • FraganFari_76

Loud and brash to the point of no return. I’ve tried it twice and reached a point where I had to take it off. I think there are better perfumes of this style on the market—better crafted, like Very Good Girl Glam.

  • What a spectacular perfume! It’s a real bomb. The opening is super sparkling and juicy with red berries, featuring raspberry and lychee, while the rose becomes more noticeable as it dries down. It’s very similar to Lancôme’s Trésor Midnight Rose, but here the rose is less dominant; this Angel Nova is much brighter and fruitier. I think it can be worn in any season. Lasts for hours and has great sillage.

  • BeatrizBlackwood

A burst of lychee and strawberries, bright and shameless. No half-measures: it’s bold, vibrant, and overwhelming. To some, an excess; to others, an irreverent masterpiece. Its projection is imposing and the sillage nearly indelible. It never goes unnoticed. If Ralph Lauren’s Woman is contained elegance and Delina is velvet sophistication, Angel Nova is a different story: more exuberant, rebellious, and with a glow that demands attention. It’s not a shy perfume; you either love it or challenge it, but you never ignore it. It has conquered me without a doubt.

  • liloinblack

I was eager to try it, started with a decant and fell in love. Bought the 100ml bottle… at first, it floods the room, you can smell the raspberry, but then it fades on the skin. Everyone talks about its projection, but it doesn’t work on me, and that disappointed me. If I wear it, it’s just for my own enjoyment; maybe my skin just doesn’t play well with these notes. So sad because I love it, but it’s like it doesn’t work for me.

  • Ojitosdeuva

My favorite from the whole collection. The scent is the best; don’t let the raspberry fool you: it’s not fresh at all, it’s intense and perfect for the night. Every time I wear it, people compliment me. The longevity is unmatched and the trail is impressive.

  • Another one that was on my list but I’m done with it. When I smelled it, the raspberry dominated—it’s sweet and maybe just not my style. It felt a bit heavy to me.

  • Vanessascarletterr

I love it; it’s sweet and not heavy at all. I’d wear it all year round without any issues.

  • What a beast of a perfume! The lychee and wood are noticeable from the first spray—they’re the kings of the party. People say it’s fresh, but it’s not; it’s for going out at night because in the heat, it suffocates you. It’s powerful; you’ll smell it for life. The rose and raspberry sweeten everything up; the rose tries to stand out, but the lychee never slows down. It’s one of my favorites, but try it first: it’s not for everyone or for every hour. For me, 10/10.

  • ConiEtcheverry

I ordered Angel Nova as a gift and now I regret it. I tested it at the airport (I liked it, I think it was the EDT) and then at a perfume store. The second time, I had to ask them to open the glass; I don’t like them dispensing drops without touching the bottle, it feels like they don’t want to sell. They sprayed it on my hand and I liked it, so I bought the gift. Now I don’t like it as much. I love Mugler and this has hype, but the raspberry is artificial and overwhelming. If you don’t own it, you’d probably love it. It lasts forever, opens up artificial and sharp, with rose and a woody base. I see it for day or events in autumn/winter; in summer, it’s suffocating. Don’t buy blindly, don’t do what I did with the 100ml.

  • andreassm

I ordered a decant before buying. At first, it seemed common, with commercial touches, nothing to make you say WOW. But it’s very rich. Every time I smell my clothes, I think of ‘Thank You Next’ by Ariana: fruity and gourmand. I’m not 100% sure, but they’re very similar. It’s rich, but nothing unique.

  • Fernandaluque

It’s become my favorite. I love red fruits and the longevity. Every time I wear it, I get at least one compliment. I’m a neurosurgeon, and after an 8-hour surgery, the first thing a patient said was that they loved it and wanted to know what it was. That’s when I knew it definitely PROJECTS.

  • It smells like fresh raspberry, but it just doesn’t fully convince me; it’s a common scent. It does have great longevity.

  • Very rocker, for a rebellious girl, far from conventional florals. Leans towards feminine unisex. The lychee is very noticeable and characteristic. I understand not everyone will like it. For me, it’s too overpowering in summer or spring (above 77°F).

  • Mademoiselle

Vibrant, eye-catching, and full of energy. Notes of raspberry and wood, very different from my collection. It steps out of my comfort zone. It’s characterful, risky, sweet, juicy, and sparkling.

  • I love smelling it on others: it’s cheerful, sparkling, and attention-grabbing. On me, it’s terrible, but everyone else loves it. The longevity is amazing.

  • Missperfumitas

It was my signature since 2019. Incredible longevity and great sillage. Now I’m looking for another one that makes me feel the same way.

  • albaricoques

I bought it blindly based on a summer recommendation. It smells good, just as the description says: lychee with raspberry and florals. To me, it doesn’t smell sweet; it’s more acidic due to the fruits. If you’re looking for a fruity-floral scent that lasts, this is ideal. It lasts forever, especially on clothes or hair ties. It gives me more of a night vibe, but it works for both.

  • It’s easily one of the richest perfumes I’ve ever had; the lychee and raspberry blend divinely. It’s a super edible, fruity scent, very sweet, and it lasts a long time.

  • They recommended it for summer, but I wear it all year round. It’s informal, youthful, and sparkling—definitely not for a wedding. Smells like lychee with raspberry, sort of jammy or sorbet-like. Sweet, but with a woody base and an earthy touch. I love it: I sprayed it seven times and everyone has been hitting on me. Projection and sillage are top-notch.

  • I love the opening; that lychee and raspberry are tempting. The rose is noticeable but doesn’t dominate; it mixes with the raspberry, which seems to hide but you catch a glimpse of it out of the corner of your eye. The dry down is what I struggle with most, as if it missed a turn or changed the concentration. It’s not for everyone; the initial infatuation might not last the whole relationship with this perfume. Try it before buying.

  • I bought it blindly because of the hype… and honestly, I don’t know if it was the reformulation, but I didn’t like it at all. 😬 The scent felt too intense, so much that (on my skin) it ended up smelling like cat pee. To top off the bad experience, it gave me an allergic reaction. My advice: test it before buying, especially if it’s the reformulated version. That said… it lasts and projects a lot. 🔥 I sold it without a second thought.

  • Angel Nova is a beast: super energetic, cheerful, and with a sexy touch that doesn’t go unnoticed. Very feminine, with that sparkling fruit sweetness that doesn’t cloy and a playful rose that gives it the perfect touch. The trail is brutal; you fill the hallway where you move, and it lasts more than eight hours, even more noticeable on clothes. Every time I wear it, people compliment it. For me, it’s a 10/10. I simply love it.

  • It seems identical to Natura’s Dose de Humor. I got mine for free from the brand and feel ripped off paying Mugler’s price for something almost the same. It’s pretty, but to me, it smells like boozy, sweet raspberries.

  • It smells super fruity and delicious, but it’s nothing innovative or unique. What does give it extra points is that it lasts a long time, which is rare for such a fresh scent. Hey, does it really smell like cat pee to anyone? I didn’t know that could sound good…

  • I met Angel Nova thanks to Tucci Incanto di Fiore and was hooked by its personality. Although it’s an amber floral, what shines on my skin is that sweet, juicy raspberry that gives it a bright opening. That intense fruit softens the dense amber and makes it more wearable. It’s outside my comfort zone since I usually avoid anything so sweet and potent, but I save it for winter when its warmth and trail are just right.

  • It’s my go-to perfume. Imagine squeezing raspberries into a bottle with woods: it’s juicy, exquisite, and I always get compliments. The trail is brutal, and I adore it.

  • Hi! I need urgent help before buying Angel Nova tomorrow. I already own Miss Dior Essence, and both smell like berries. Is it my imagination, or do they smell very similar? Miss Dior is more floral and I love it, but I’m not sure if I’m going to waste my money. Thanks!

  • I have Angel Nova Fruitee (new reformulation, blue box). It has extremely high projection and longevity; people notice where you are and it lasts. My skin is dry and some scents don’t last on me, but this is a 10/10. The scent: raspberry and lychee make it sharp. I feel the raspberry very high, without creaminess, with a woody base. At first, it smelled like hairspray fixative, sharp and biting. Little by little, my nose got used to it and now I like it more. Performance is wonderful: I can smell it almost all day and people notice. Usage: all seasons except very hot summer (40C+), because it’s overwhelming. Works day or night, very versatile. It’s not my absolute favorite (I’ve had it for 1 year), but it makes me feel secure and present. Added to the projection and longevity, I stick with it. Response to Pato2026: They are very different. Miss Dior Essence is like red fruit jam, sweet with wood. Angel Nova is raspberry and lychee with woods, less sweet, sharper smell but not annoying. Recommendation: try it before, it’s intense.

  • A rich fragrance that always gets compliments. It’s versatile and wearable in all seasons, mostly in summer. I had the original and it was more potent, enveloping, and invasive. The Fruitee version feels weaker to me, though it has incredible longevity.

  • I love it; I feel very wintery, but since it’s one of the few I always use. Whenever I wear it, someone compliments it.

  • Flor d agua

Incredible perfume, exquisite and sparkling fruity opening. Lasts all day with high projection. It seems perfect… but it has that very prominent Akigalawood note on my skin. It’s woody and sweet, and I struggle to use it frequently. I wear it with the EDT to balance it out so it’s not so bothersome. If people compliment it, I’m happy. I’ve had it for 3 years and the last time it didn’t feel as strong; maybe it’s the maceration? Hopefully, it will mellow out so I can use it more. Many try to imitate it, but the quality is superior.

  • This fragrance left me in love. It’s something I desired, I like it, and it suits me well. Its little sibling didn’t disappoint me. The original Angel is rich, but this fruity one is delicious, it fits me perfectly, lasts long, and the rose note feels strong. I have no complaints; it’s excellent. I have the blue box version.

  • I had hopes because I’m obsessed with smelling juicy fruits. I thought I’d fall in love, but oh my god, what a letdown. It smells too artificial and strong; every time I bring my wrist close, it gives me a headache. It meets expectations for durability and projection, but personally, I haven’t liked it at all.

  • A juicy red fruit scent. The opening is a sweet, citrusy, acidic, and fresh slap in the face, very red. It dries down harmoniously. It reminds me of My Wish Halloween.

  • I don’t hate the smell; it’s an intense, juicy, and vibrant raspberry. But I can’t handle the excessive sillage and longevity. It’s too much, it follows me around, and it becomes annoying. I sold it for that reason. In summer, be careful not to overdo it or you’ll get a headache.

  • It’s an absolute perfume bomb! Definitely my signature scent. I find it exquisite and I’m completely addicted. Everyone always compliments it. I use it mostly for night, but it’s super versatile.

  • vanumirasson

I’m not usually a fan of fruity scents, but this one captivated me. I thought it would be youthful, but as it dries down, a soft rose emerges—not bitter like in others. It’s consistent and lasts incredibly long on my skin, which surprised me. It’s different from everything else I wear and I love it.
