I was genuinely surprised that this smells like Nishane Hacivat; I’ve worn it several times with hers and they share something truly special. I didn’t expect that kind of quality from a Zara perfume.

It smells heavy when you first open it, similar to the Sandalwood in the collection, which can lead to a bad first impression. But once applied, it turns out great: very masculine, marine, and dark. It’s linear with notes of ambroxan and violet all day. Longevity is amazing: 3 hours of full power, then drops to 50% but still lingers. Easily lasts 8+ hours. I use it at 31 degrees, but be careful with the sprays because if you overdo it, it smells invasive at first. Recommended for moderate temperatures, though it performs better at 25 degrees or lower.

Bought it on sale blind and regretted it after the first spray. Smells chemical, like tires with a sugary touch. I don’t detect the iris. It’s not a massive sillage, but it gives me a headache and is unbearable. It gets slightly better once it dries, but nothing to write home about.
