This is the fourth MFK sample I’ve tried and the one I liked the least. It’s fresh and spicy, ideal for everyday wear in summer or spring. It reminds me of Aventus without the fruit, staying in the fresh, woody, and vanilla notes. It smells good, but it’s not my style. It also has a bit of Kilian’s ‘Vodka on the Rocks’ vibe. The performance isn’t bad, though it’s the weakest of the four in longevity. Its projection might be slightly better than Gentle Fluidity Gold. I’m clearly sticking with Baccarat Rouge or Grand Soir, and between GF Gold and Silver, I’d choose Gold. It’s interesting to see how two perfumes with the same notes can change so much depending on the house. Scent: 7, Longevity: 7.5, Projection: 7.5, Value: 5, Versatility: 8, Originality: 6, Overall: 7.5

This is the fourth MFK sample I own and the one I liked the least. It’s fresh and spicy, perfect for everyday wear, especially in summer and spring. It sounds like a fruitless version of Aventus, focusing on the fresh, woody, and vanilla aspects. It smells great, but it’s not my style. It also brings to mind Kilian’s ‘Vodka on the Rocks’ style. The performance is decent, though it’s the shortest-lasting of the four. Its projection might edge out Gentle Fluidity Gold. I’m definitely choosing Baccarat Rouge or Grand Soir, and between GF Gold and Silver, I pick Gold. It’s fascinating to see how two perfumes with identical notes can evolve so differently based on the brand. • Top fragrance, suitable for all seasons though I see myself wearing it best in spring and summer. It smells amazing and isn’t annoying, but the downside is that it lasts and projects very little; for the price, you’d be better off buying two designer scents with more punch. In short: ten out of ten scent, outrageous price, and weak performance.

  • I bought an MFK set just to see what it was like, and I have to say this is one of my favorites, without going crazy. I imagined it would be more like Voyage d’Hermès, but it leans much more masculine. Curiously, my partner (who rarely opines on my perfumes unless I ask) says, ‘You smell phenomenal, but without a second thought, huh?’ I have to say I agree: it’s very pleasant and fresh for hot days, but it doesn’t have anything that hooks you. Simply, it’s pleasant and wearable. I’ve worn this perfume three times already, and until now, I only found a mix of juniper and cilantro, accompanied by a woody base, making it very pleasant and completely unisex. Today, however, with the heat, I was surprised: after this great aromatic opening (which lasts about half an hour), the perfume disappears from my skin for a couple of hours, only to reappear in ‘trendy men’s perfume’ format. I mean that fresh and sweetish scent at the same time, a bit spicy and woody, with a synthetic hint, but pleasant in the end. I’ve smelled it a million times, but I don’t know what it is. Well, this is its Finolis sibling: more subtle and rounded, but you can tell it’s four times more expensive. Contrary to what the guys below say, I’ve worn it for about 9 hours and it still projects nicely with just 3 sprays. Anyway, I think this could be a good all-rounder signature perfume if you prefer aromatic woody scents. In my case, however, I think my GFS sample will end up in the drawer until temperatures drop. Pleasant: 7/10 Interesting: 7/10 Versatile: 7/10 Original: 6/10

  • The ingredient quality is notable, but the performance is very poor for the offered price; a 10ml decant is where my love ends.

  • The first MFK I tried and I love it. It has something different. It’s aromatic and creamy at the same time. It’s discreet but noticeable for a few hours. It’s very wearable in many circumstances and any weather. It doesn’t seem to resemble anything else in fragrance or notes; due to that freshness/depth duality, it reminds me of Jardin Sur Le Nil by Hermès, although Fluidity Silver has much better longevity. We’re looking at a very high-quality perfume.

Aromatic, fresh, herbal… and the vanilla neutralizes it. I just discovered this after almost finishing my bottle, haha! I don’t know what it is, but in combination, I feel a smoky touch; I love this perfume!!!

Luxury for hot days. Fresh minimalism, uncommon and of very high quality. It’s the kind of silent luxury fragrance. It conveys shine, peace, and elegance subtly; being such a minimalist, simple yet different from everything on the commercial market. On very hot days, it’s a shot of freshness that brings tranquility.

Luxury for hot days. A fresh, minimalist vibe that’s unusual, with brutal quality. It’s that silent luxury that conveys shine, peace, and elegance subtly; a simple yet distinctive scent that stands apart from the commercial crowd. In the middle of summer, it’s a refreshing burst that brings tranquility.

If you’re looking for a loud perfume that grabs attention, this isn’t it, but I’ll say it’s a pleasure to wear. You feel good, you feel classy; this goes with your outfit. 100% recommended, I think for those over 25. It lingers in a cloud that you’ll always be aware of; truly, it’s a pleasure.

  • Fresh and sharp opening. The top notes are like the drydown of Platinum Egoiste. I smell unlisted fennel and other aromatic plants. It dries down immediately and stays as a very subtle but elegant skin scent. The cedar and amber combine with a touch of vanilla for a drydown that reminds me of Millesime Imperial at times. I think it’s the ideal perfume for the office or jobs with close public contact, like medical fields. It also works well for those modest salaries because if you’re a ‘mileuriste,’ you have less elegant options that will satisfy you almost as much. Perfect age: 30-45 years.

Another one from the Maison I wouldn’t buy. Not for the price, performance, or scent. It has an Aventus-like vibe, but cleaner and spicier, sharing limited longevity. The opening citrus with pineapple immediately shows a spicy character; I’m not sure if it’s saffron, which surprisingly isn’t listed. The drydown is reinforced with musky notes, clean woods, and a subtly sweet touch. It’s decent, but I won’t pay that price for what it offers. I’ll stick with other options that share that DNA.

A masterpiece by Francis Kurkdjian. The definition of a signature scent. A perfect compilation of spices, citrus, a unique vanilla, and incredible musks that provide just the right creaminess. It’s the ultimate expression of a well-made perfume, but it won’t appeal to those looking for scents that project from another galaxy, which seems to be the trend here.

I don’t get why people on YouTube say it doesn’t last. I bought it two years ago. Sure, I don’t use it much, but when I do, it lasts all day and projects insanely well. Best of all, women love it.
