  • Out of all the Very Irresistibles I’ve tried, this is the best. It smells like very young roses, nothing like those classic perfumes that just use the same flower.

It’s super feminine, light, and magical. If you loved the first version, this one is an absolute must.

  • I tested this fragrance today; it’s really very delicate and feminine. Soon it will be part of my beloved and perfumed collection.

Cheerful, very feminine, delicate, and sweet. I like it quite a bit; it’s the delicate and kind little sister of the other Very Irresistibles. If you like roses, they’re here.

Delicate, coquettish, and cheerful. It has nothing to do with the older siblings in the Very Irresistible family; forget the tea and anise. It’s pure rose, a bit powdery, with a citrus touch (bergamot or lemon) that isn’t listed in the notes. It reminds me of Loewe’s Aire Sensual because of the dominant musk. If you like Aire Sensual, you’ll definitely love L’eau en rose. The only flaw is longevity and sillage; I can’t even smell it after five hours, though maybe my nose is just getting used to it while others still detect it. The trail is very fine. Ideal for spring and summer when we’re looking for something fresh and floral. Right now I have a 10 ml decant a friend gave me, but if I had to buy it, I’d say no, because that rose scent isn’t exactly what I’m looking for. I lean more toward Chloe’s Roses or Tous’s Rosa. Still, it’s a pleasant perfume I’ve used a lot in this heat and I’m encouraged to reapply. I’ll enjoy it while the decant lasts. Recommended. 8/10

Delicate, coquettish, and cheerful. From my point of view, this perfume bears no resemblance to its older siblings in the ‘Very Irresistible’ family. It lacks the characteristic tea or anise notes of the rest: its scent is of roses, slightly powdery, and I perceive a citrus touch (like bergamot or lemon) that isn’t in the listed notes. It reminds me somewhat of Loewe Aire Sensual, I think it’s because of the musk note they both share and which is predominant. If you like Aire Sensual, I almost guarantee you’ll like L’eau en rose too. A flaw is its longevity and trail; I stop smelling it myself after 5 hours, although sometimes it’s just that my nose gets used to it while others still smell it. The trail is very fine. Ideal for spring and summer when we’re looking for something fresh and floral. Currently, I have a 10 ml decant a friend gave me. If I had to say whether I’d buy it or not, my answer would be no, mostly because its rose scent isn’t exactly what I’m looking for; I lean more towards something like Chloé Roses or Tous Rosa. Still, I admit it’s a pleasant perfume I’ve used quite a bit in this heat and I’m motivated to reapply. I’ll enjoy it as long as the decant lasts. Recommended. 8/10

  • I’ve been buying perfume after perfume for a while. I like the ones I have, but none of them ever charmed me enough to identify with them for daily wear until I tried this. When a friend smelled it, she told me it smelled like an expensive perfume. This fragrance is the concrete definition of what a perfume should be: something refined. It’s extremely sophisticated, fresh without being acidic, sweet but subtle. I already chose it as my signature scent. Few notes elevate a perfume as much as roses do, and this smells practically like pure roses. It’s exquisite; I love it.

A light and springy version of the Very Irresistibles: it contains the DNA of the line but is fresher, cleaner, softer, and less sweet. Its notes are rose and musk; the blackberry gives it a slightly sweet fruity touch, and you can perceive lemon or bergamot, citrus. Sometimes it reminds me of Chloé Roses. The only downside is the trail; I have to overapply. The first time I used 5 sprays and it disappeared completely after 2 hours. Now I use between 12 and 15 to achieve a soft trail and 6 hours of longevity. When I finish the bottle, I won’t buy it again, what a pity because the scent is beautiful.

It’s the springtime, light version of the Very Irresistibles: it carries the line’s DNA but is fresher, cleaner, and softer. Its notes are rose and musk; the blackberry adds a fruity and slightly sweet touch, and yes, there’s a hint of lemon or bergamot citrus, sometimes reminding me of Chloe’s Roses. The only thing I criticize is the sillage: I have to overapply. The first time I used it with 5 sprays, it vanished completely after 2 hours; now I use between 12 and 15 to achieve a soft but acceptable trail and 6 hours of longevity. That’s why I won’t buy another bottle when I finish this one, what a shame because the scent is beautiful.

  • I love this perfume, but it doesn’t last at all; I feel so sad because it’s a scent that makes me feel happy and fresh. I bought it on eBay, a used tester bottle at a good price, but I’m not daring to buy the big bottle because I know it’s an ephemeral love. I tested it again today: it’s a spring day and I can perfectly feel the 3 declared notes. On my skin, about 4 hours, and on clothes, it stays soft. The union of rose, musk, and fruit makes it ethereal, tender, and powdery. I’m enchanted again, and I think my skin or sense of smell changes by season.

  • A very feminine and elegant fragrance, but also cheerful and delicate. Ideal for spring, it’s fresh and charming. It has good longevity, though not a strong trail. It lives up to its name: if you like the scent of roses, this perfume is perfect.

  • Pink Rococo roses, where the blackberry ensures it doesn’t get boring with its fruity tone. The musk accompanies this youthful scent all the way through.

  • Soft rose water with a slight sweet blackberry fruity touch, very light. It has nothing to do with the EDP or EDT of ‘Very Irresistible’ (I own them and like them sometimes, but I can’t stand them because men ask me what perfume I’m wearing and it draws too much attention). This version is much more pleasant to my taste; it’s my type of perfume.

  • ParfumAddict

Fine and delicate rose water that doesn’t deceive you: its softness hides a brutal, long-lasting scent with an incredible trail. I bought it on sale and initially wouldn’t even rate it a 5, but it has become an indispensable ally to make me feel clean and delicate. It’s versatile, perfect for hot days because it’s not overwhelming and brings freshness. Although it’s not my absolute favorite, I always keep it in my collection for its great performance. Highly recommended ❤️
