  • Musk, rose, peony, coconut, plum… Delina La Rosée. It’s super feminine and coquettish, like it’s from another era without feeling vintage. It’s an adorable perfume. Personally, it’s not comfortable for me to wear because I don’t identify with it and it doesn’t bring me the calm that its companion, Velvet Shadow, does. I do recognize it’s beautiful and I do recommend it. Some might find it reminiscent of Oriana by Perfums de Marley.

  • A fresh fragrance with a soft, delicate blend of roses and citrus; I want to wear it daily for everyday life, not for special events. It has the same price as other Zara lines or high-end brands, but I’m disappointed with the longevity on my skin—it didn’t last more than 4 hours 🙁

  • I don’t get why everything with rose is compared to Delina… they have nothing in common. It’s a citrusy, fruity rose. Paired with Blanc de Porter (Zara), it’s quite similar to Sisley’s Izia (a perfume I love, though I got rid of it due to poor longevity-to-price ratio). All in all, a sharp rose with great sillage and longevity. Nothing sweet, which is a relief lately.

  • MissPennyLane

Doesn’t work for me. Starts with a really ugly rose, like air freshener, then moves to flowers I don’t recognize from Mercadona perfumes, and suddenly there’s a horrible note, like fly insecticide. Can’t stand it. At least I bought it on sale at half price. If Delina smells like this… ugh.

  • MissPennyLane

Not for me. It opens with a cheap, air-freshener-like rose, followed by flowers that smell like Mercadona perfumes, and then suddenly there’s a horrible note, like fly spray. I can’t handle it. Luckily I grabbed it on sale for half price. If Delina smells like this… oof.

  • Very pleasant scent if you like roses. I liked it quite a bit; it reminds me a lot of Mon Evidence by Yves Rocher.

  • I own Delina, Rosée, and Exclusif. Zara’s True Amour is a lighter clone of Rosée: less refined, shorter-lasting, and lower quality, but it smells good and is worth it for the price. I’m worried that with so many clones, it will end up like Baccarat Rouge; they burned it down just like Delina, and both will die from success. What a pity.
