L’Imperatrice by D&G smells like juicy blackcurrant at first, but it gets very flat and it’s way too expensive. The pomegranate note that comes out later is more acidic, though it has good projection at first; by four hours it’s faded and barely noticeable. It’s good for summer and casual outings, but I don’t think it’s worth the price. It’s not my style, but if I had to spend money, I’d go with the original D&G. Pleasant: 6/10 Interesting: 5/10 Versatile: 6/10 Original: 5/10

Well, it just smells like cologne water. The projection and sillage are minimal, and it’s a ridiculous price for what it offers. It wore off in two hours and you can barely smell it unless you’re right up against the skin.
