  • This opinion stems from strange times due to COVID, where with masks and no contact, performance is key: a scent that brings life and a sense of cleanliness in enclosed spaces. This toilette seems to arrive just in time with that fruity freshness I adored. It’s the perfect scent for the right moment, though I admit citrus usually doesn’t attract me, but this one has won me over. It’s in the style of Hermes’ Al Sur del Río Nilo, a classic. The bergamot invites activity and mental clarity; the blackcurrant is subtle, fun, and creative, giving it a fruity and enveloping touch. The pomegranate is more timid and appears as the bergamot relaxes. The final moss is what I like least because it’s very masculine, but the blackcurrant softens it with femininity. Ideal for the office to feel cheerful, active, and to project optimism.

  • I’m sharing this under special circumstances due to COVID, which invites me to value other aspects of scents. Wearing masks and avoiding contact, I value the performance of a fragrance that conveys life and brings back a sense of cleanliness in enclosed public spaces. In this regard, this toilette seems perfectly timed to offer a fruity freshness that I especially enjoyed. It feels like the perfect scent for the right moment. However, you have to like citrus scents; they usually don’t attract me, but this one has won me over. It’s in the style of Hermes’ Al Sur del Río Nilo, a classic. The bergamot invites activity and mental clarity, while the blackcurrant is subtle, fun, carefree, yet creative, adding a fruity and enveloping touch to the citrus. The pomegranate is more timid, waking up as the bergamot relaxes and steps back. The final moss is what I like least because it feels too masculine, but the blackcurrant wraps it in femininity. Overall, ideal for the office to feel cheerful, active, hopeful, and to project optimism in closed spaces.

  • Fruity and sweet freshness. To me, it smells a bit synthetic, but it’s well-executed. It’s not heavy or aggressive; it’s a friendly, creamy fragrance with a slightly feminine touch. Its siblings are also day-wearers, looking great on women of any age who love sweet fruity scents. Perfect for daily leisure with friends or everyday errands. For men, the scent isn’t groundbreaking, but it’s addictive and optimistic. I agree with the previous review: in this COVID era, we’re given sweet perfumes that provide good energy, and we need it. Sweet, creamy, and soft—I like it.

  • Fruity and sweet freshness. It smells a bit synthetic to me, but it’s well-crafted. It’s not overpowering or sharp. A pleasant, creamy scent with a slightly feminine touch, perfect for women of any age who love sweet fruity aromas. Great for casual days out with friends or everyday errands. For men: the scent isn’t groundbreaking, but it’s addictive and uplifting. I agree with the previous review; in these COVID times, we need sweet perfumes that boost good energy. Sweet, creamy, and smooth—I like it.

  • Wow, I’m speechless. It smells exactly like my favorite Promesse—I love it! It’s acidic and fresh with that super-feminine blackberry note that makes it wonderful and potent. I don’t feel that creamy or soft touch people talk about; instead, it gives a boost of energy, joy, and positivity. Promesse is very similar but was more romantic.

  • Wow, I was blown away. It smells exactly like my beloved Promesse. I’m so excited. It’s acidic and fresh with its blackberry note, super feminine for me, absolutely wonderful and beastly. I don’t detect that creamy or soft touch people mention; instead, it gives energy, joy, and positivity. Promesse is very similar but was more romantic.

  • A sparkling, optimistic lilac juice of red berries. It reminds me of blackberry and red pepper colognes thanks to that youthful citrus effervescence. It’s a fruity scheme without being sweet, though it has a beautiful, subtle tender and creamy side. It brings me back to the sadly extinguished Promesse de Cacharel, which thrived when youth was associated with those red fruity scents of raspberries and blueberries. That sudden freshness and rich flavor, like tossing pomegranate into a salad, represents the richness and joy of this perfume. A cheerful, reddish-violet beauty, a great combination that makes you smile even when no one is watching.

I bought it for two reasons: 1) It smells almost exactly like Gucci II, which is my favorite and is currently unavailable in Argentina, and 2) it’s already discontinued.

  • I love it. It’s fresh and has a touch that makes it unique. It radiates joy and you can wear it all year round. It smells very similar to Promesse de Cacharel.

  • LosPerfumesDeJavi

No direct rival, but it smells like supermarket shower gel or shampoo with a pomegranate scent. It’s such a common fragrance that it doesn’t make you feel special or give you that freshly showered vibe; no disrespect to the perfumer, just my take. The sillage is brutal on this rectangular-label version; the old square one didn’t smell as much.
