It has a soft and pretty scent, but it won’t turn heads or make much of an impression. As a first impression, I smell a very soft orange, shea butter, and whipped cream. I’d use it in autumn or the first weeks of spring, but the orange note soon turns bitter and isn’t pleasant in the cold. It doesn’t seem vulgar, cheap, or synthetic. To my disappointment, it doesn’t smell like sunscreen at all like some do; maybe the coconut note gets lost on my skin.
My favorite Olympea flanker. It’s perfect for summer. You notice the orange a lot at the start, but soon those exquisite solar notes give way to sweet white flowers that make your mouth water. Benzoin and ylang-ylang provide the base and body to integrate everything well, creating a wonderful homogeneity. I love it so much. If it’s true that tiare makes it smell a bit like ‘coconut’ or ‘sunscreen,’ it’s not invasive and blends in super well. Too bad it’s muuuuch too soft; I like stronger fragrances, but it’s delicious. I tested it dry, so maybe it smells different on skin; I really want to try it again.
I must admit I didn’t love it in the store; it didn’t seem extraordinary, so I passed. I bought another perfume and got a sample as a gift, so I gave it another chance. What a delight! I was starting to get overwhelmed by my perfumes in the heat, but Olympea Solar was perfect: it doesn’t overwhelm, it’s soft, gives that lovely summer vibe, and in the end leaves that delicious coconut-vanilla scent. Plus, I think it has good longevity (about 6-7 hours). Definitely that vial is turning into a bottle 💖
A super citrusy twist: tangerine and orange at full blast that soon soften to give way to ylang-ylang and that ‘coconut effect’ so reminiscent of summer, sunscreens, and vacations. It’s a very friendly fragrance, hard to dislike. It has a slight air of traditional Olympea, but this is much fresher and usable in hot weather.
This perfume is a total compliment bomb. It screams summer the moment you apply it, smelling rich like sweet sunscreen. It projects a ton and lasts excellently, about 7 hours on skin and longer on clothes. It’s not for every occasion; I see it as an option for those who love Olympea but know it’s not for wearing in full daylight. I was fascinated; it’s a warm, very summery hug. Highly recommended.
Olympea Solar is a nice fragrance; on my skin, I detect a coconut note (which isn’t listed), tiare flower, and a warm sensation, perhaps due to the solar notes 🤔. It smells very much like Dolce Garden by D&G. It’s a summer scent, cheerful, and very wearable for hot days. Moderate sillage and longevity.
The scent is very pretty, but what a pity about the performance… It projects nothing and lasts very little. I think you have to apply it in excessive amounts to even smell it. I bought it because of the many good reviews, but it falls short; it just doesn’t convince me!
What a lovely perfume! To me, it’s like if Dolce Garden by D&G and Vainilla Vibes by Juliette has a Hub had a baby. I do detect a touch of salty vanilla, though not as much as the original Olympea. I don’t understand why they don’t list coconut in the notes when it’s so perfectly noticeable. Delicious 😋
The longevity is incredible: just two sprays last hours without reapplying, and I notice it all day. In my opinion, I’d reserve it for autumn or winter evenings since it’s cozy and warm (I prefer something fresh for summer). I haven’t tried the other versions, but if you like sweet fragrances, this is a blind buy.
I absolutely hated it. The scent lacks quality, smells like common synthetic, and is bland. I love summer perfumes with tiare, vanilla, and ylang-ylang, but this doesn’t fit at all; it’s weird, poorly made, and no notes stand out. That’s all.
I must clarify that I absolutely hate the original Olympea; I can’t stand it, and luckily, this doesn’t resemble it at all. It doesn’t declare coconut or vanilla notes, but I sense them. It’s a sweet and creamy fragrance, versatile, and in my opinion, it’s for all year round. Feminine, warm, cheerful; I fell in love with it.
I passed her perfume counter a thousand times and never paid attention because I didn’t like the original Olympea at all. What a discovery! It doesn’t declare any of the notes I perceive… something very similar to Devotion by D&G but better, more stylized. On my skin, it projects strongly as flowers (now I know it’s neroli) that settle quickly and unfold into a sweet, almond-like gourmand, like a lemon cake. It develops highlighting the sweetness at times and the pastel lemon at others. It’s delicate, feminine, and very daytime. It projects for 3/4 hours, then lingers with movement until 8 hours. Very good perfume. I’m editing this opinion after months to declare it my summer perfume. With the heat on my skin, it creates pure magic; I smell like the beach, like summer, like the sun all day… it’s incredible.
Hi! I bought the original Olympea and we didn’t click, so I gifted it. Then I came across Olympea Solar… WOW! This is mine. I love anything that smells like sunscreen, coconut, beach, or just being there. In this one, the sunscreen scent isn’t too marked, plus the neroli and tiare flower notes are my favorites. It’s simple, nothing extravagant, and discreet. Medium-soft intensity and moderate longevity. Opens sweet and luminous, sweetened by citrus and benzoin, without being cloying. Then come the clean, creamy, feminine, and sensual white flowers. The tiare flower and ylang-ylang give a tropical touch, and the creaminess makes you feel coconut even if it’s not listed. A pretty fragrance without complications. Daytime, for spring or summer. Recommended <3
A simple and unremarkable perfume. The neroli opening confirms the season and turns into something sweet, light, with a salty hint. Standard longevity. Nothing new under the sun with this Olympèa flanker; it’s not worth the price.
I admit the first Olympea impressed me; you could love it or hate it, but it was groundbreaking. Same with the Legend. Since the Blossom came out, it has been declining until it reached this. It’s a simple perfume, a bad copy of others, and neither its longevity nor its sillage are good. A resounding no!
I love this perfume! ❤️ It’s the improved version of Dolce Garden by D&G. The coconut doesn’t feel heavy or nauseating like typical monoi fragrances. Today it’s my favorite coconut scent, alongside Alien Goddess Intense.
I bought it blind, loyal to my favorite sport 🤣. I loved it! Smells like summer, like happiness. I’m not an expert on notes, but I associate it directly with summer. It’s relaxing and super wearable. I don’t know the classic Olympea, but I have the Legend and the Blossom, and this is my favorite. I usually go for potent and gourmand perfumes, and this isn’t in that category, but I love it! It has medium projection and lasts about 6 hours. I think it’s versatile, ideal for summer days and nights. ❤️🇦🇷
To me, it doesn’t remind me of the original at all; it’s a different story. It’s a summer and solar perfume, as its name suggests, with milky and tropical touches. For very hot weather, it smells like skin kissed by the sun. Ideal for those looking for sunscreen scents.
Smells like summer, but elegant. It’s wonderful, and I’ll buy a big bottle when I finish my 30ml tester. Imagine being in the sun, covered in the best sunscreen, on a lounge chair surrounded by oranges and jasmine… that’s what it smells like, pure HAPPINESS. Lasts about 7-8 hours and you take your personal bubble with you.
The first time I tried it in the shower, I loved that tropical touch. Although I don’t know all the official notes, on my skin the ylang-ylang, amber, and vanilla work like those ‘solar notes’. It reminds me of warm clothes fresh out of the dryer. I love it because it works for any season, except extreme heat, so I wouldn’t wear it to the beach; it lacks freshness. It’s simple, perfect for everyday wear, easy to carry, and not annoying. 8.5/10
It smells like creamy neroli with solar notes and I love that, but upon analyzing it closely, it’s not that unique or different (it doesn’t call you to be your “signature”). It doesn’t go wrong with anyone, shares traits with several similar ones but each has its own thing. I imagine using it on a summer night trying to conquer someone. I don’t see it as fresh; rather, it’s dense; the orange is only in the opening because it vanishes in seconds. For me, it’s a 6/10: not that creative, but delicious and addictive.
At first, I didn’t like it at all; it seemed strong and weird, but after drying down in 5 minutes, I fell in love completely. It’s like Hawaiian Tropic: super creamy, sweet, an incredible summer feeling. It lasted about 5 hours on my skin. It’s delicious; if you like coconut, vanilla, and especially that sunscreen vibe, this is the one!
I got a sample and I must say that, although I don’t fully like the Olympea line, the opening of this impressed me. I felt something youthful and citrusy, just like its tangerine notes, but that freshness lasted a couple of minutes and in the dry down the flowers come out. I smell summer, creamy, very fitting for the name “solar”. It’s good; I say it’s for 20 and up if you like florals. Very good for summer
At first, it smells citrusy and delicious, then it changes to something creamy and vanilla-like, almost like sunscreen; in fact, on my skin I don’t feel the flowers (I do in the dry down). It smells rich, but it can be very intense with that sweetness that has made many dizzy. I prefer the opening because I’m a citrus person, but it smells very good. It takes you straight to a beach day under the sun. I see it for any season if you want to smell like the beach and for any age. Although it’s feminine, since it smells like sunscreen, it suits any gender
Incredible fragrance, but it lasts very little. It’s sweet, but nothing invasive. I feel elegant and cozy at the same time. I wear it day and night. It’s super creamy; it could be heavy for summer, but no, it’s ideal for hot days. It’s disappointing that it’s so expensive and lasts so little. I want to try Divine by Jean Paul Gaultier, which is very similar and maybe lasts longer
If anyone from Argentina is reading this… Tucci Incanto Eterno is the good, pretty, and cheap option. I use the domestic one daily and this one for special occasions. It’s like keeping my olfactory signature without having to live under a bridge. I love it: it’s not invasive or heavy, but it has presence. It smells like expensive cream and leaves an amazing scent on clothes; my dirty laundry smells delicious
Please don’t kill me for this. The brand is top-notch and I didn’t like the previous ones, so I thought this would be the one. But it wasn’t either. Every time I went to the perfumery to smell it, it just didn’t convince me. I wanted to like it, but there was no way. Even Olympēa Flora won my heart (I’m on my second 80ml bottle) and this one was still there, waiting to be forced. Today I received a free sample from Senigalia (an Argentine brand of inspirations) and tried it. It’s so identical to the original that, logically, I didn’t like it at first because it’s too cloying. After 10 minutes, the magic happened: as it dried, the sweetness didn’t overpower, the solar notes dropped, and a creamy streak emerged like dulce de leche with coconut. If the original dries the same, I’d buy it without a doubt. I feel like I’m in front of a bakery dessert I want to smell forever. I’m going to read reviews to see what’s happening with people regarding Olympēa Solar
Love at first sight. Ideal for those who love sweet gourmand scents: it’s sweet but warm, then smells like fruity custard. It doesn’t seem like the original; this one is better for hot days. It’s gorgeous; even though there’s a domestic dupe, I’d like to buy it someday, though it’s hard to find lately
I love it! It brings summer straight to my soul, instant love at first sight, like keeeee. It’s perfect, sweet, and beautiful; it smells incredible on the skin and I enjoyed it to the max
Looks stunning, but it fades away in the blink of an eye ✨
I discovered this fragrance through inspirations (Millanel and Ana Pink) and I loved it. I finally got the 80ml bottle and am waiting for the heat to use it, so I don’t know its longevity yet. It’s super summery (for 30°C, not 40°C), sweet but not cloying. I’d describe it as creamy, with orange and a bit of coconut. I thought it was super original when I tried it. I like it a lot and hope to keep it in my collection for a long time.
I tried it in the store: the opening smells metallic and then it feels like nothing, just like when it dries down.
It smells good, it evokes the beach, but it’s not very intense.
Yesterday the limited edition Antonio Banderas, Queen of Seduction Samerland arrived. It’s a blatant copy of Olympea Solar. In Argentina there are several dupes (Tucci and Millanel), but this is also a good option.
Delicious! Smelling it from the bottle makes me happy. It’s super feminine, floral, and citrusy at the end. It doesn’t last long, but it lingers on clothes. The price is worth it for the feeling. Ideal for warm but not extreme climates. The packaging is cute. I’d buy it again!
On my skin, Olympea Solar has a warm floral heart with tiare and a creamy solar touch. The citrus notes are subtle and fade quickly, leaving a soft, bronzed, and feminine skin. It’s not intense, but it has good longevity and medium projection, ideal for heat without being overwhelming. I get lots of compliments for its clean and sensual scent. It doesn’t seek to impress, just to please, like a golden caress. Perfect if you love the tropical vibe without too much coconut or vanilla.
It puts me in a good mood! Perfect for spring/summer. On my skin it lasts well with medium projection. I recommend it to use up when you’re running low.
Smells different from today’s fragrances. It’s sweet, like ice cream or vanilla bean. Perfect for all year round and the bottle is beautiful ♡
A fail-safe summer scent: sweet but not cloying, very similar to Hawaiian Tropic. It just needs a bit more longevity.
I love it! Smells like Hawaiian Tropic sunscreen or tanning lotion. It’s gorgeous!
