Mi Fa by Reminiscence is a women's fragrance from the olfactory family, launched in 2008. Created by Zoe Coste and Jacques Flori, this composition features top notes of marshmallow (candy), bitter almond, mint, lavender, orange, Sicilian bergamot, Italian mandarin, rosemary, and green notes. The heart reveals neroli, jasmine, petit grain, and black pepper, while the base settles with vanilla, tonka bean, musk, amber, sandalwood, and Virginia cedar.

Candies are no longer a sin. Guimauve is the new version of Mi Fa; even though the original is discontinued, its soul lives on here. Playful, childish notes, like a children’s song with laughter. A marshmallow and orange blossom accord, sweet and exquisite. Reminiscence says they share the same notes, so I’ve finally found Mi Fa in new clothes! Even with Guimauve in hand, I couldn’t resist reviewing Mi Fa. The description is spot on: sweet, relaxing, playful, and elegant. It evokes my childhood and wraps me in a blanket of scents. On my skin, it’s vanilla marshmallow, LITERAL. It’s like sticking your face in a bag of marshmallows, risking suffocation but knowing I’d die happy. I’ve had it for a week and don’t want it to end. I’ve found my soulmate. I’m retracting my thoughts on Yves Rocher’s Vanille Bourbon; Mi Fa has rightfully taken the crown.
