It keeps the DNA of the original but with tweaks for people over 30. Here, it doesn’t smell like a young girl like L’Interdit or My Way does. Although at first it seems very similar to My Way Intense, once it dries down, everything changes. The woods and coffee come to the forefront, giving the fragrance presence and seriousness.
It has all the DNA of L’Interdit. It’s like its nighttime version; you can definitely smell the coffee and woods. I agree with everyone else—it smells great and lasts quite a while.
I was expecting a classic, powerful neroli, but what I smell is a sweet, sticky neroli hidden among vanilla and a hint of tonka bean, even though it’s not listed in the notes. It starts strong—stronger than other derivatives—but the intensity fades quickly, leaving a clean patchouli at the end. If you like the L’Interdit line, give this a try; it shares the same DNA. For now, you can only find it at Sephora, and it’s a limited edition.
