A perfume that evolves just like many others should: starting with a citrus opening, not too strong despite having bergamot, but where you feel freshness. I don’t know why it reminds me of the opening of Davidoff Cool Water for women. In the heart notes, we perceive that aromatic touch, and in the dry down, wow, it evolves into a woody scent that can be worn any time of day, emulating the style of the gentlemen’s perfumes of the 90s. It’s a good fragrance that’s easy to enjoy; in that shift from citrus to woody without losing freshness, it compares to my taste with Versace Dylan Turquoise, but it also feels sweet and aromatic at times. I love it.

Light Blue by Dolce & Gabbana, an exquisite fragrance with wasted potential. Its skin performance is low, lasting only up to 3 hours, max 4 on skin. Moderate projection, leaning towards soft. If you’re looking for something very fresh for extreme heat, I recommend it; it’s ideal for going to the gym or to school or the office. Just to clarify, for the last two you’ll need to reapply the scent since it doesn’t last the whole day. Scent (in my taste): 9/10. It’s simple but easy to like for my nose, very citrusy, and in the dry down it feels slightly spiced accompanied by the citrus of the opening. It reminds me like making a lemonade and adding grapefruit soda. Longevity: 6/10. Something normal for a summer perfume, except I’d like it to last at least one or two more hours. Projection: 7/10. The hotter it is, the better; you’ll stand out with its fresh and revitalizing citrus notes wherever you go. Just be sure to touch up the scent. Price: 9/10. Accessible, you can buy it for as little as $1000 pesos for 125 ml, which comes out to $8 pesos MX per milliliter.

  • Well, it’s not bad. I don’t understand why they don’t identify marine notes. It has a very persistent aftershave impression, which isn’t particularly good. Poor personality. I used double or triple my usual amount and it still doesn’t have a brutal intensity. With this level of atomization, it obviously has some trail, presence, and certain longevity, but generally, it just doesn’t blend well with me. It’s one of those clean, super-clean, antiseptic lemon scents. It’s not ugly, it’s not unpleasant, it’s masculine but so clean you’re like… it smells clean and that’s it. Is this clarity necessary? Am I a hospital operating room that needs to stay spotless? Minimal, diffuse musk, but it’s what gives it a certain masculinity along with the drying down of soft, super-soft wood. If there were a kit for guys’ ‘first perfume,’ this would be in it. Thanks, but I’ll keep moving on.

  • Wow, how can it be so good?? A citrus perfume, soft incense in its dry down, fresh at all times. Evokes elegance and cleanliness…

  • The opening is a citrus blast, enchanting to me—or maybe enchanting to smell? It makes you want to bite the air. It evokes a lemon orchard on some paradise coast. It’s a masculine yet delicate scent at the same time. The longevity is a bit weak, along with its trail. But it’s worth having in your personal collection if you like fresh and citrusy aromas. Fascinating!

I used to love this fragrance until I started working next to someone who wore it every single day without fail, constantly reapplying it. That made me hate it and it became so overwhelming that I can no longer tolerate it at all.

Excellent for hot weather. The downside is its longevity; in my case, it barely lasts four or five hours. So, if you’re expecting the scent to stick around, don’t count on it. I’d recommend the Intense version instead, as it has much better performance. As for the scent, it’s super rich; lemon dominates initially before turning woody, so many people will love how it makes you smell.

  • It’s somewhat reminiscent of L’Eau d’Issey Pour Homme in its opening, but without being as harsh. It’s quite citrusy at first with aromatic notes; as it settles, it becomes more masculine with its woody base notes. Ultimately, however, it didn’t win me over. This aquatic-soapy trend just doesn’t work for my nose because I’m one of those people who ends up smelling like eggs with it, haha, just like Versace Pour Homme.

  • I’m reviewing a batch from approx. 2008 by P&G, made in the UK, with a matte blue cap, decoded. I also own the Eau Intense in my collection, but I wanted to try the moss version (containing Evernia Prunastri and Evernia Furfuracea) that this original release offered. As one of the most controversial and harmful IFRA regulations, the 2009 ban/limitation on oakmoss due to its allergenic properties and other factors is key here. Since oakmoss was in the base, it provided fixing effects. It also contained Lilial (Butylphenyl Methylpropional), which has been banned since 2022. Current versions are BPI, made in Italy, featuring a laser engraving on the bottle base instead of a sticker. A friend detects a strong cilantro note, which doesn’t appear to be in the composition. I’m very open to any corrections or clarifications you can provide.

Hi, here in Chile we drink a drink called pisco sour, and when I apply this fragrance, it reminds me of that, a pisco sour made with pisco and Pica lemon… hehe.

  • In my opinion, this is one of the worst perfumes I’ve ever owned. It might have been good in its time, but I absolutely do not recommend it today. It barely lasts three hours on me, and the scent is extremely generic—it doesn’t impress at all. I actually received it by mistake; they were supposed to give me the Pour Homme, which I love, but after trying it once, I was totally let down. It’s sitting unused, and I’d love to sell it. I’m genuinely disappointed because nowadays, if you strip away the D&G name, any drugstore perfume or even an Arabic fragrance would easily outperform it in both scent and longevity. I wanted the Pour Homme, thought this might be similar or a replacement, but it’s not. I’m completely let down.

Good but outdated. If you’re 30-35, it makes you look 15 years older. It doesn’t project much, but luckily that’s a good thing. I prefer it after an hour; it becomes a bit more complex but only as a skin scent.

  • A summer classic. Although the opening can be too citrusy, the dry-down is very rich (subtle woody). The only downside is that it lasts a breath. It’s for quick outings because, with the heat, after two hours it’s just a skin scent.

  • The best summer perfume I’ve ever had. It’s a citrus bomb for warm climates, above 25 degrees. I own Aqua di Gio EDP, Polo Blue EDP, and others, but this was the only one that made people in a room ask who was wearing it. It suits both men and women. In my opinion, like with Issey Miyake, it’s better not to spray it on the front of your neck because you can get tired of smelling it yourself. The ideal is to apply it multiple times, go a bit heavy so it lasts, and let people walking by catch a whiff.

  • FherZamudio

One of my favorite perfumes: fresh, clean, and citrusy, it never fails. It has a slightly woody dry-down that I love. Like all citrus scents, it’s not a longevity bomb, but it does its job.

  • Bernardo88

I love it; I bought it on a trip with friends and it always reminds me of Cancún. It’s my wife’s favorite fragrance. Unfortunately, in Argentina it’s a bit pricey and doesn’t have the best longevity, but it’s a 10 for those occasions when you want to smell good without being overwhelming.

  • I just tried it and I really liked it. To me, it smells exactly like a gin and tonic, although it’s true that it doesn’t last long.

  • eduavilag

Smells amazing, perfect for spring-summer heat. The longevity isn’t great; it projects well for the first two hours and then fades to skin scent. That said, it gets compliments and is very easy to wear, ideal for everyday office wear, casual outings, or the beach. One of my favorites; it would be perfect if it lasted longer and had more sillage, but it’s delicious.

  • Soft and soapy, I think it’s the musk, but that spicy note doesn’t really suit it. It’s not annoying, but the performance is weak, a 7/10. I wouldn’t buy it again.

  • fresita55

Very realistic, rich, and fresh citrus aroma 🍊🍋, ideal for summer, spring, sports, and casual outings.

  • Smells very good. I imagine some said it smells outdated; I guess they’re kids around 20/21 years old. I don’t know if it’s that every year we have to buy ‘seasonal’ perfumes smelling like bubblegum, as if they were fruit. People like it and that’s it; however, it doesn’t last at all. I wouldn’t buy it again, but only because of what (doesn’t) last.

  • Flushedatom

Casual consumer review: A very soft and gentle aroma. Soft citrus and quite aromatic. The grapefruit, tangerine, and bergamot give fresh energy, but in my opinion, the rosemary and moss project more, giving it a herbal touch that reminds me of the smell of clover. The first 2 hours project richly on the skin, but afterwards it almost disappears. Undoubtedly, I love the scent and it seems like a great perfume for sports, gym, or workouts. Pity its longevity.

  • Fragranticman

Fresh, citrusy, woody, softly green and woodsy. A very simple fragrance but with an infallible aroma and quite versatile for hot days. I’d wear it from shorts to slightly more formal situations. An aroma that, without having the elegance of the classic D&G Pour Homme, is quite good for work functions with a suit and tie, as long as you don’t aim to make a huge impact or mark hierarchy, just for a normal hot workday, because as said below, it’s a ‘soft and gentle’ aroma. The longevity is relative. I used it in dry 20°C weather and it lasted 7 hours. In hotter weather, it lasts less. But it’s quite good. 200ml for 60€ is a pretty good price. Another gem from Dolce & Gabbana with a quality-price ratio hard to match.

  • One of my favorite men’s scents. How pleasant. Fresh, clean, for summer or all year round. Smells great.

  • I didn’t like it. At first, it smells fresh, marine, and salty, but a few hours later, when the heart notes take over, the pepper becomes unbearable and gives me a headache. I really didn’t like it.

Vibrant freshness for summer. Light Blue Pour Homme is pure freshness. It opens with a delicious, energetic citrus blast that transforms into a herbal and spicy heart with pepper and rosewood, adding vitality and a distinct character compared to normal aquatic scents. As it dries down, it becomes clean and soapy, conveying cleanliness for hours. Youthful and informal profile, perfect for summer and for those seeking something light with personality. Its versatility makes it a safe bet and generates compliments. Plus, the feminine version is equally fresh and luminous with a floral twist, making it unisex. My rating: 9/10. The summer fragrance that shines in the heat and never fails.

  • Javier Agustín Pitt

Rich and fresh for spring/summer. The advertising is better than the perfume itself, but it remains a classic. It’s about 85% similar to Kevin Spirit, though the original has a sweeter twist and feels less synthetic.

  • A good citrus and woody perfume that results in a very noticeable sweet citrus opening. It starts citrusy, then the woody notes come through, and as it dries down, it becomes rich and more woody. I’ve received good compliments. Recommended for daily wear and summer. Rating: 9.8/10.

LuisEnrique31, that happens because the store bottle has been open since who knows when, oxidizing. Yours will do the same; let it sit for a while and you’ll see.

  • LuisEnrique31

Great scent, but poor longevity. I still wonder why the six sprays I applied in the store on my arms lasted almost the entire day, but the bottle I bought doesn’t even reach two hours. It lasts very little.

  • LuisEnrique31

Campeones22, here’s the update. I have a 2019 pandemic batch of Bach; it smells about 10% different but 90% identical to the 2025 version. The 2020 batch smells a bit more oily after 30 minutes. Both are 90% similar; oxygen did its job. The 2025 projects a bit more. The 2025 stays closer to the skin, projects less, and lasts a maximum of six hours, drying down to lemon. Simply put, the famous oxidation.

  • I’m not an expert on notes, but it smells tasty, with a sweet touch yet marine. It’s fresh. As for longevity, it’s noticeable after about six hours. Note: when I first wore it, I was sweating a lot from walking, so both the scent and the trail became more prominent. Great perfume, I liked it.

  • It’s like wearing summer itself. Delicious, citrusy, and fresh; good longevity and projects well for an EDT (depends on the skin). No one gets tired of smelling it. It makes me want to check my wrist every few minutes. One of my favorites for summer. Versatile, works for an outdoor lunch or the office, and always looks good.

  • Great for gifting and 100% safe. Super versatile fragrance: smells good on a kid your pet your pillow or in the car—basically anything you can imagine. Its only flaw is the short longevity.

  • Spectacular clean fresh and incredible quality. What a pity the scent doesn’t last long barely three hours even on a lucky day.

  • Citrusy and subtle luck, perfect for heat or everyday wear thanks to that clean touch. It opens with bergamot and a hint of ginger, but the patchouli is barely noticeable. The real downside is the longevity: the 2025 version fades in an hour on clothes and two-thirds on skin, which is way too little for the price. 7.5/10
