  Only for those who love patchouli. This Coromandel revolves entirely around that note. I’ve worn it for two hours, and from the very first moment, it smells of patchouli. At the start, it’s accompanied by citrus, and once those fade, benzoin steps in, creating a softly powdery, vanilla-like aura that blends beautifully with the patchouli. I could stop here because the fragrance still has legs; perhaps it will shift again later. It’s not a loud perfume; quite the opposite, it maintains a prudent distance between the timidity of skin scents and the extroversion of heavy hitters—very elegant. I thought seeing the notes would make it too feminine, but the truth is, so far, it feels unisex and, I repeat, very elegant. P.S.: After many hours, it’s still on my skin, now almost imperceptible, but it’s there. It doesn’t change its character, remaining as patchouli with a powdery, vanilla-infused benzoin base. Excellent longevity, with projection staying closer to the skin.
