  • Let’s start by saying I own three perfumes from this exclusive Trussardi line, and I’m head over heels for all three. This one is, without a doubt, one of my favorite iris scents, alongside the discontinued Eau de Tsuru by Rituals. Here, we have an iris fragrance with a very fleeting citrus opening that quickly shifts to almond notes thanks to the Amaretto and heliotropo. The perfume stays in this creamy, powdery almond phase for several hours before taking on a slightly vanilla character at the end of its development. It has a moderate trail and lasts over 10 hours on my skin. It’s not particularly remarkable in terms of elegance or sensuality, but I think it’s a beautiful, cozy aroma that I love wearing daily, especially suited for autumn and winter. • My third from this line, and I couldn’t be happier with its performance and essence. It opens with a strong almond vibe but evolves into more floral accords and softly licorish Amaretto tones, turning slightly resinous and vanilla-like as it dries down. I get that it shares similarities with some perfumes mentioned above, but I can testify that it stands apart from them by a lot. The more I wear it, the more I fall in love. It’s very refined and cozy. Perfect for any occasion, even if you just want to wear it around the house in comfort. The trail isn’t too wide; I’d say it’s modest and even discreet—like a personal enjoyment scent—but the longevity is impressive. I totally agree with Angela’s review below. Awesome! 🫶🏽

  • A BLEND OF IRIS AND HELIOTROPE This perfume is a delicate combination of iris and heliotropo, two notes I adore for their powdery texture and soft almond character. It’s a warm, comforting hug for cold days, though its versatility lets you wear it almost year-round and in various occasions, bringing serenity and calm. Essentially, it feels like a hybrid between Prada’s Infusion d’Iris and Infusion d’Amande—thanks to the powdery, elegant iris treatment—and Etro’s Heliotrope, which shines with a more vibrant, potent heliotropo. Aperitivo Milanese Portanova lands right in the middle, offering a softer, less harsh heliotropo that’s very balanced and pleasant. Performance is quite good: longer-lasting than Infusion d’Iris, though a bit more discreet than Heliotrope. On my skin, the trail is contained, but the longevity is enough to enjoy without rushing. (As always, longevity varies by skin). It’s one of those perfumes that doesn’t try to impress but accompanies you with delicacy. Like a kind gesture, a memory of a caress in olfactory memory. 🍀

  • Started off with a brutal bitter almond scent, then a well-blended lemon kicks in with almost a marzipan vibe. I was falling for it until, at the five-minute mark, the true essence exploded and hit me: it’s definitely Prada’s Infusion d’Iris, almond version. From that point on, I moved on—it kept getting more feminine and started smelling like my grandma’s bar soap, which honestly bothers me. But hey, for women, it’s a phenomenal and rich perfume!
