  • A somewhat intense fragrance at first, which then settles into a clean, elegant, and delicate aroma of white flowers with a super pleasant and comforting citrus hint. Great longevity and a medium sillage that really catches attention.

It’s practically identical to the EDP version, just sweeter with a less intrusive patchouli and without that jasmine tea smell; it’s pure jasmine. It’s more similar to the Lanvin Marry Me than to the Donna EDP.

I own the Donna Trussardi EDP and the Lanvin Marry Me; this EDT feels like a middle ground between the two. The Donna EDP is rougher, with a more intense, gritty patchouli note that gives it character, a nighttime vibe, and a smoky touch. Here, those notes are toned down; it’s not quite as juicy as Marry Me, but it’s closer. Basically, all three are almost identical: if I had to pick one, it would be Marry Me. The Donna EDP is tolerable only in winter, more of an evening wear, while the EDT is similar but watery. Marry Me is more versatile. There’s no point in buying all three; any one of them suffices since they’re practically the same. The longevity is acceptable, over five hours—I’d say it lasts longer than the EDP version, though it projects less.

If you love Marry Me, you’ll agree: this is very similar, perhaps slightly less sharp. The moment I tried it on my skin, I immediately thought of that Lanvin piece. I was so happy because Marry Me is hard to find now; I believe it’s discontinued. So if I run out and can’t locate it, I know exactly where to turn!

I was looking for the EDP but only found this EDT, and what a find! It’s one of those perfumes that truly defines me. The citrus opening is fresh for summer, like sipping an iced tea with white flowers, vanilla, and lemon slices. It’s a pity it doesn’t last long; after about four hours, it becomes a personal scent, but it dries down to divine jasmine. Once I run out, I’ll grab the EDP. It’s another Trussardi treasure I never want to lose, and I think anyone would enjoy it since it’s not overpowering.

  • I own both the EDT and EDP; while the EDT is my favorite for being sweeter and less sharp than the EDP’s citrusy opening, its longevity on my skin is terrible—barely two hours before it fades to skin scent, forcing me to reapply. The EDP, on the other hand, lasts longer and is perfect for intense summer days. Either way, I’m a huge Trussardi fan; I also own the Pink Marina, which is another gem in its own right.
