Perfumer
Emilie Coppermann
“I will be where you least expect me.” This could well be Emilie Coppermann’s mantra, since her creations cultivate a signature that is both elegant and full of surprises: harmony born from opposites and from ingredient choices that are counterintuitive. There’s no denying that the more you discover about the Parisian perfumer—raised by hippie parents and a grandmother devoted to Chanel—the more surprising it becomes. Alongside her boundless love for her hometown, she has an absorbing passion for traveling to remote places, from Tanzania to Japan. Master Perfumer since 2016, leading a large happy family, Emilie is a professional with a dazzling career who manages to juggle everything, even finding time to play the piano. Living her life at full speed, she stays balanced thanks to the contrasts that define her, and always with a smile on her face.
