A Day Fragrance by Zara is an aromatic fragrance family creation designed for men, presented as a new fragrance in 2024. The nose behind this composition is Jérôme Epinette. A very polished neroli cologne that feels incredibly well-made. It offers a quality far exceeding its price point. While it starts with citrus notes, they’re beautifully wrapped and nuanced by the neroli, which is top-tier and absolutely dominates the entire progression of A Day. It’s completely unisex, eminently daytime-appropriate, and works wonderfully in summer. It delivers an intense sense of cleanliness that’s quite pleasant. Longevity is acceptable for this type of scent, lasting a solid 4 to 5 hours. It has a reasonable resemblance to the 2018 Eau de Givenchy. Highly recommended—it’s one of the few Zara fragrances where the perceived quality truly justifies the purchase. Salu2
An old-money fragrance with a classic, bookish vibe—daytime wear with a distinct Italian flair. Though marketed as unisex, the citrus notes and neroli give it a masculine edge. Smelling it transports me to a sunny day by the Mediterranean coast, in a white shirt and linen pants, ready to hop on a yacht. This gem by Jerome Epinette is an absolute steal if you’re looking for a timeless scent for daily wear in hot climates.
This Zara perfume reminded me 98% of Indélébile by Frederic Malle; the only thing that varies quite a bit is the price, hehe. It’s a simple, unisex summer floral with little sillage and very pleasant. No risks involved; given the price, it doesn’t last long on the skin, but it’s worth it.

This smells very much like the classic Acqua di Parma Colonia. On my skin, it fades away in about half an hour. For 30 euros, it feels like throwing money away. It lasts just as long as 4711 or Álvarez Gómez, but at double the price. I’d stick with Acqua di Parma—not because the scent is better, which is well-crafted, but because of the terrible longevity relative to the cost.
The scent reminds me a lot of the classic Acqua di Parma Colonia. On my skin, it’s gone in half an hour. For 30 euros, I feel like I’m throwing money away. Better to go with Acqua di Parma, not because the fragrance is superior—it’s well done—but because of the zero longevity relative to the price.
I don’t trust most reviewers, except for a few like Antonio from Fragranceando. But with this and the Night, I saw one of the most bizarre and denigrating reviews in my life. A YouTube guy named PerfumesByPaco crossed the line of credibility: he reviewed both without even having them in hand, not even a decant, just from the photo, and on top of that, he claimed the Night smelled like another fragrance he was holding. It’s shameful how desperate some pseudo-experts are to get famous at any cost. Be careful what you believe from those videos; while we live in a world of fake news, letting this happen to a healthy hobby is disgusting.
I’m a woman and I tried this fragrance. It starts very citrusy with lemon and bergamot, then settles into a soft amber, slightly floral and musky. The heart notes don’t seem entirely masculine to me, so I recommend it as unisex, especially for warm weather.

Nothing groundbreaking, but it does its job well. I picked it up for around 25€ in 50ml, making it a solid choice for spring-summer right after a shower. The longevity isn’t the best, but it smells like many Italian perfumes at a very competitive price.
