Fresh floral, sweet but easy to wear, nothing cloying. Soft and subtle, yet with incredible longevity. It doesn’t project much, but I put it on at 6:30 AM for work and at 8:00 PM it still smelled perfect on my wrist. White flowers dominate, but the tiare gives it a tropical touch, like a bronzing lotion, and the hibiscus adds a red fruit aroma. Ideal for work and daily routine. Scent: 9, Longevity: 10, Sillage: 5, Versatility: 9, Uniqueness: 9, Overall: 9.
It’s floral with a tropical sweetness and a citrus touch that lightens it up. At first, it reminds me of Gabrielle by Chanel. What I notice most is the tiare and neroli. After half an hour, the musk and vanilla round out the fragrance. On my skin, it has moderate sillage and lasts over 10 hours. Although it’s compared to Beach Walk by Maison Margiela, this one lacks the persistent citrus note and has salty accents the other doesn’t. Bon Parfumeur is more versatile; Beach Walk is just for summer. I like this one better, it’s pretty and good quality. Scent 8/10, Longevity 10/10, Sillage 7.5/10, Value 8/10, Versatility 8/10, Packaging 6/10. Would I buy it again? I didn’t end up buying it.
At first, it didn’t grab me; the opening smells like an air freshener, and those floral notes, very similar to lily of the valley, are sharp and piercing. But when they blend with the tiare, that heavy flower that smells like sunscreen, everything opens up and becomes balanced. It evokes an open cave, sunk into the earth but with the sky visible. If there were more green, the fairytale image would be complete; as it is, with just flowers, it feels a bit plain, like background music.
