  1. I bought this blind because I’ve always used the green one and expected similar sillage and longevity. Well, not so much. The opening is soft, fresh, and marine; it smells clean and on my skin it’s like hand cream. I don’t like the anise, which fortunately fades quickly. In the end, that subtle powerful touch typical of the brand emerges. It lasts no more than 4 hours on the skin, and although it seems strong at first, it leaves almost no trail. I love it for my collection. Would I recommend it? Not yet. As always, I’ll be back in a few weeks once it’s more mellowed.

New proposal from Grès. A Cabotine that moves away from its green side to adopt a marine development. Sweetish opening (not gourmand) with mandarin and marine notes, then the scent stays linear until the end. Dries down with predominant musk that makes it clean, like fabric softener. I feel it’s ideal for daily use, during the day, and in spring. It has good longevity, more than 6 hours.
